We loved our first holiday abroad with our two boys. The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful and the food delicious!! Such a big range on offer and didn't feel too busy. The beach was very close to the hotel and pools were nice. So convenient having towels and sun loungers in good supply! My boys particularly loved the kids club, the staff really went the extra mile. Georgia and Eirini in particular...

There was 12 of us 6 adults and 6 children acomadtion food and service was excellent will go back again . Only 1 hr drive from the airport lovly town only 15 mins taxi drive

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. It would be nice if they would change it up with different options...

The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

The hotel itself was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was super nice as well as the beach and the breakfast was good. My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day. We spent a week in the Aegean Pearl, right at the end of the season in October, and had a fantastic week. Although it’s a small hop across the road to the beach, there is a pedestrian crossing and the hotel has its own section of beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach, with an approximate 30-40 minute flat walk to the old town of Rethymnon. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Made us all very welcome. Breakfast was second to none and definitely 5 star..bedrooms well equipped and spotless excellent shower and comfy beds. Also we were allocated 2 very quite rooms with side sea view. Provided travel cot and all bedding for infant. Plus tea and coffee in a daily basis to use in our rooms

Lovely experience from the hotel. clean bedrooms- with towels and daily cleaning to high standards Perfect beachside location, the private beach is delivery to a bed for drinks and snacks. The lady doing this was lovely!!! The concierge could not do enough she deserves a pay rise, whilst bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.

perfect location for a holiday - Uli was a credit to the company. Friendly staff nice rooms and entertainment every night. Cleaners were lovely and did a great job, bar staff were all superb. Wonderful hotel in good location. Just a short walk to the old town for shopping, dinning, etc.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Room was so comfy, lush decor and really relaxing. Food was gorgeous. All fantastic and really reasonable, affordable price. Thank you!

Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service A lovely hotel with all the facilities we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service at the beach was also marked by smiles and excellent, friendly service. All in all, a wonderful experience with a high standard from start to finish

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus station, we could use the beach in front, and our room was spacious and open, so we were able to relax. There was a pool inside the hotel, so we went for a swim to relax instead of getting a massage.

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

I had great experience with Nicol and Nikos at Melody spa, they are so experienced and made me feel relaxed and relieved.

Had a great massage & facial at the Meldody Spa. Kindly helped by Nicol, Alex and Christina. I would definitely recommend it!

At the beginning a bit disappointing as we expressly asked for the same room as last year and they promised they had it arranged..which was not the case...anyway they gave us an even better option! Thank you Erini! And also thank you to Alex and Renia from the spa Melody - I can only recommend!

We have just returned from an excellent stay at Ikones Seafront Luxury Suites. The location of the hotel was fantastic being right in front of the beach. The long flat promenade was ideal for my wife who has some mobility issues as she was able to walk easily with her rollator. Stayed here for 2 weeks in July. Lovely spacious rooms, great air con, fab shower, room cleaned every day to a high standard. Great pool area on the smaller side, but enough sunbeds, we would get a couple of beds when we came down for breakfast around 10 am. Pool great could even swim as most people just popped in for a cool off and then got out. Stayed half board, food was great we really enjoyed...

This hotel is rated 5 star but compared to many hotels we have stayed at, this is a 4 star at the most. 5 star price for a 4 star hotel which is frustrating when there other, better options nearby. Clever advertising and photos! Not the best of welcomes as, although booked and paid for a week stay, we were not on their list of arrivals! Rooms near to the main road are very noisy....there is traffic...

Once arriving at the hotel we were taken To the Minos Hotel which is classed as 4 star with families. Once registering with reception we were taken over to the Ambassador adults only classed as a 5 star. Local taxes were extremely high at 105 euros. In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel.
