It was an amazing experience, the people are really nice. The treatements do wonders. I got helped so well by Evdokia and found what suited me, and got my amazing massages from Ioanna. When I come back to Rethimno I Will come here again.

Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs. Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff. Downs: The spa treatment are too expensive ( double the price of a regular treatment), coffee at breakfast is a disappointment and the beds are rather soft. Still worth going there but be aware of the downs.

We had a pleasant stay here. The location is excellent — just far enough from the noisy seafront to be peaceful, yet only a short walk to the beach and the old town. They also have a beach area. Visited the spa twice on my holiday. Totally relaxed experience, hubby even enjoyed the peace and quiet. The newSpa facilities are wonderful. Will go again. Evdokia explained everything well. Great location to access the beach, lots of shopping, and lots of dining and drinking establishments. Very walkable. Had an excellent stay at the Apollon Hotel. Very friendly, clean and relaxing. If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher).

Lovely stay at Steris Elegant apts, friendly helpful staff with free bicycles to use to get around . Cleaners in the apartments every day . Great spot to walk into old town

We had the perfect stay at Steris Beach Hotel. Very much recommended. No complaints all well, it was such a satisfying stay. We booked a junior suite and the view was stunning. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious with two bathrooms (a very big plus). The location of the hotel is great, everything is at a walkable distance. I booked for a room without balcony (with view) but I ended up with a twin bed situation not a double bed. The lady went to the extra trouble of getting a double room with balcony at no extra charge. God bless those few angels who walk among us.

Well located but felt more like a hostel. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Overall it was ‘fine’, but we were disappointed as we expected better from the photos. Great location near the lively side of town but still quiet in the room. We didn’t have a balcony so the room was quite dark and dingy. The lights flickered so we couldn’t leave them on. Roof top access was quite cool in the evening. Self check in was seamless. Pros and cons!
