The food in the Platan restaurant was one to die for, very delicious and with a wide selection of food. Well done to all the team at Ensana and we were super happy with all the service given

I have visited Budapest many times, staying in various locations and accommodation types. I will not be staying anywhere else the search is over. Clean and tidy with friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing

This was my second time that stayed in this hotel, and im so super satisfied and happy that i decided to stay here, so it means that this is sure not my last visit to Ensana

The breakfast was good, there was a day that the food was poor (cold and very dry) but this was only on one day and the days after was great! Had a very good selection to choose feom the the breakfast room was lovely! Will absolutely be booking again when I return to Budapest

The thermal complex is good; it can get a bit crowded, but if you time your visit well, you can enjoy the pools with only 3-4 other people

The location is great, surrounded by nature, yet close to the city center. Overall, a very good experience and we would gladly return

The room was a good size and had tea and coffee readily available. The hotels location is not bad. There is good links to public transport but the city attractions are not in short walking distance

A good stay! The hotel is well located although maybe not the nicest area near the train station but fine enough. I traveled as a woman alone and felt safe and secure

The headboard features a stylish map design, and it's very close to the subway station, right next to the train station. The guy at the front desk who checked me in was really handsome and spoke excellent English

Great location, right by the subway entrance. The breakfast spread was generous and replenished promptly. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

The facilities are brand new, and there's a kettle provided. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet, and spotless. Transportation is incredibly convenient nearby

Location: Near metro station and walking distance to centre. Area looks dodgy as it seems to be surrounded by old dirty buildings. Some leaks and stench coming from the bathroom

We stayed at Impulso Hotel, Budapest with our family for three nights. While the lobby and breakfast area were clean, the room soundproofing was extremely poor

The coffee shop across the street was nice and the room did have a mini fridge for left over food. It was walkable to an Aldi grocery store as well. Good location, we ubered most everywhere

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by local restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are amazing. I would stay here again for more reasons than one

The three of us stayed for three days during winter solstice time and were very satisfied with beautiful hotel and the friendly staff. A great advantage is the garage as well as a good location

The hotel is in a good location, 55 minutes by bus from the airport. I checked in at around 1am, and it was quite safe. The hotel also provided a bottle of drinking water for free.

The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Utter and ferocious relaxation

The hotel is located near the center of the spa town of Hevíz. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a king-size bed in renovated part of hotel for four days

Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones sitting on the benches outside, enjoying their...

We had an excellent stay in this charming hotel! It’a a very beautiful building, an old palace with a lot of history, with the most wonderful breakfast room and the most complete breakfast we ever had! Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast and very beautiful rooms with all the amenities to make you feel comfortable

This hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions. We stayed in the Sissi Suite. One of the very best rooms we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t convey the attention to detail. Amazing location for breakfast.

The prices are super competitive, the breakfast menu is extensive and serves great coffee ! A bar and food service is also available with several different seating areas where guests can relax and socialise … A fantastic package and a thoroughly enjoyable stay in central Budapest

It is a very nice hotel near to the opera house. Walking distance to famous landmarks. The room is not very spacious, but they have everything needed for the stay. And also, love the christmas decorations.

Excellent service and 100% recommended

I want to point out the excellent gym the hotel has. It's not big but it's amazingly functional and will give you a nice few days worth of separate exercises. Open 24h and always clean and tidy.

This hotel is in the city center, close to the Danube River, and very close to the most famous Chain Bridge. The Fisherman's Bastion is still so charming, and the natural city under the sun is so harmonious and beautiful

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Matild Palace! Nikoletta in Guest Services was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed (thank you again for the upgrade Nikoletta!!). All the staff were so very nice

Short stay We stayed 2 nights, the location was excellent, breakfast was good, sadly the wifi was not good at all on the 2nd floor. I would recommend to friends just update the wifi for thr future please.

I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden

They didnt had built in air conditioner but they had a fan in the our room that kept the room cool especially in the night when we also opened windows. Short distancess to everywhere

However, it might feel a bit far if you're lugging a suitcase, and the surroundings can be a little dark at night. There's a bus stop nearby though, so you might be able to avoid walking much if you plan your routes well
