The breakfast offered a variety of options for each taste and the quality was excellent. Staff across the hotel was very kind and forthcoming- from the reception and bar to the breakfast-room and cleaning personnel

The view was absolutely unbeatable! I emailed the hotel in advance to reserve Room 418 and paid an extra €40 — totally worth it!! The room, atmosphere, and overall experience were amazing. Highly recommended!

This hotel offers the best views of the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest. It's located on Fisherman's Bastion, and the rooms with a view are on the ground floor, accessible via a private, discreet pathway

The hotel is quite new overall, with excellent service, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and faultless. The room facilities are very new, and a complimentary bottle of water is provided daily per person

The rooms are spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the service is excellent

Our stay at the Hilton Budapest was truly unforgettable! We were surprised and delighted to be chosen as Guest of the Week and received an incredible upgrade to a king suiet , it made our visit feel extra special

Location: Near metro station and walking distance to centre. Area looks dodgy as it seems to be surrounded by old dirty buildings. Some leaks and stench coming from the bathroom

We stayed at Impulso Hotel, Budapest with our family for three nights. While the lobby and breakfast area were clean, the room soundproofing was extremely poor

The coffee shop across the street was nice and the room did have a mini fridge for left over food. It was walkable to an Aldi grocery store as well. Good location, we ubered most everywhere

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by local restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are amazing. I would stay here again for more reasons than one

The three of us stayed for three days during winter solstice time and were very satisfied with beautiful hotel and the friendly staff. A great advantage is the garage as well as a good location

The hotel is in a good location, 55 minutes by bus from the airport. I checked in at around 1am, and it was quite safe. The hotel also provided a bottle of drinking water for free.

The hotel was good the room was all renovated and so the bathroom perfect shower pressure with good amenities refrigerator

Clean room, great breakfast buffet, nice pools. The only downside may be the distance to the center of Budapest but bus stations are close enough. So calculate around 25 minutes. Recommended.

The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Utter and ferocious relaxation

The hotel is located near the center of the spa town of Hevíz. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a king-size bed in renovated part of hotel for four days

Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones sitting on the benches outside, enjoying their...

Excellent service and 100% recommended

I want to point out the excellent gym the hotel has. It's not big but it's amazingly functional and will give you a nice few days worth of separate exercises. Open 24h and always clean and tidy.

This hotel is in the city center, close to the Danube River, and very close to the most famous Chain Bridge. The Fisherman's Bastion is still so charming, and the natural city under the sun is so harmonious and beautiful

The pools were a bit crowded on the weekend, on weekdays there is plenty of room. All I've missed was a small cooling pool or barrell with temp

around or under 20, but the walkway between Thermal pools was deep enough to cool down. Shame there was no available rooms with a bath, but OK

You could vaguely see the castle from the room, which was a nice view. The hotel's location was good, within walking distance to the castle. Breakfast was mediocre, not very varied

Nice hotel, close to the Old City and to public transportation. Walkable distance to the city center. Quiet and clean, unfortunately people don't take good care of the furniture and of the walls.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. It's within walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, which is great for catching the sunrise and sunset

The room facilities are relatively new. However, there are few supermarkets nearby, and they close early, making dining options in the vicinity a bit inconvenient

The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from the Red Line Metro and tram station. It's less than 20 minutes to Fisherman's Bastion and other attractions

The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! I haven't been so disappointed with treatment in a long time!

The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom

This was a birthday/Christmas trip the hotel left the most amazing dessert and champagne in our room with a birthday card they had all hand signed. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful

The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs and a supermarket across the street, making shopping a breeze. The front desk even gave us chocolates, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

I asked the reception for a knife and some ice, and was told that they could only be provided if I paid an additional delivery/service fee, otherwise I had to come down to reception myself

I was surprised that such a policy was not explained at check-in or shown in hotel information. The hotel itself and the rooms were nice, but this kind of charge left a poor impression

Basic items like a knife and ice should not come with a hidden fee when the hotel already markets itself as a comfortable 4-star experience

I hope management will reconsider this policy or at least inform guests transparently at check-in so that expectations are clear

I booked breakfast at the hotel on the fly, and it was really plentiful. The restaurant decor was very retro and luxurious, with a historical Eastern European feel

Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers

The Hotel Visegrád is really family friendly, the food is the best, spa is complex, free sauna. I recommend to all. Close to Danube and Visegrad Castle.

The services offered by the hotel were very pleasant (boat ride on the Danube, medieval show with soldiers and medieval weapons, several heated pools both outside and inside and the hospitality of the staff is a big plus for this hotel)
