Friendly service, good food, nice drinks. Infrstucture is perfect but it doesn't quite resemble the 'Római' feeling. But certqinly a great alternative if you're looking for something different ashore the Danube.

OK hotel. Good value to price to value ratio.

The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Hotel with three and four star rooms, with well trained and very friendly staff. It has a relaxation base equipped with thermal water pools and various relaxation areas. Large restaurant and good diversified food

It was good overall, the staff were great and resolved any issues experienced which was made our stay comfortable. The bed in our room, we could feel the springs so the staff provided us with mattress topper which helped

Located a few mins walk off the metro, and in a very quiet area. Would definitely use this hotel again as it was so clean and offers good choice of food and drink

The city center is about a 40-minute walk, which is a real pleasure on a nice day :) The staff were polite and friendly, and they resolved all our requests very quickly! Although breakfast was the same every day, it was quite varied, so it didn't get boring over our 4-day stay :) We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Budapest! We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival and the room was amazing, mini bar in the room inside a decent size fridge. We did not use anything as the local shops offer much better choice at half the price

We went here in February for our honeymoon, the hotel is superb and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choices and coffee and juices available

breakfast was plentyful and lots to chose from. Reception  staff were friendly but Daniel was very helpful with our party of 9 from asking for a kettle to booking taxis and trips

Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink

It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood

It's alright, close to Heroes' Square, which is convenient, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. There's a Chinese supermarket across the street. The housekeeping service and breakfast were okay

Hotels in Budapest seem to be very attentive. This hotel also gave a small bottle of dry white wine when checking in. The breakfast was also a surprise, exquisite, delicious, and the service was good

The location of the hotel is good. The airport bus can go directly to the vicinity of the hotel. It is very close to the subway station. It is very convenient to go to various attractions by buying a 24-hour pass

The location was good and clean, but the bed was small and a little uncomfortable. Although it was cleaned during my stay, it was not vacuumed, so a lot of hair and dust accumulated in the room

This is the first and last positive comment. Room toilet draining was far strong, so every time I flushed, water came out (hope it was just the water). No hot water in the morning times. No warm food at the breakfast

Eggs were cold, also keeper did not work I guess, cos the food was cold. I don't understand 4 stars, if they shows only 3 stars, or even 2 stars, that is ok and I will wonder how good this hotel for 2 stars

This hotel has very good location in the city center at the Sugovica river bank. From the balcony we can see a good wiew. We can walk just a few minute to see the Danube river and many others tourist places

Turns out there are so many hotels with this name! The front desk staff was nice; they let me check in early. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, quite spacious, and had everything I needed

First off, the hotel navigation was wrong. Luckily, a local helped me call the hotel, and they told me it wasn't the right place and was actually a few hundred meters away

The place is convenience and clean staff are friendly and supportive! What a comfortable place to stay totaly definitely worth your money

However, the shower water was terrible – it kept switching from cold to hot, making it impossible to shower properly

I had a wonderful stay at Mera Hotel in Budapest. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring

Clean room, easy check in, good breakfast. Only thing is the view from the room - R. 102 was overlooking an inner courtyard that was not very nice
