Regarding the wellness area, I found the swimming pool water a bit cold, and it was a pity that the steam cabin was out of order. However, the saunas and the bucket shower were excellent

Every day there were different types of dishes. For dinner there were some appetizers, at least two soups, chicken, pork, beef, side dishes, vegetables, sauces

I stayed at the hotel as a solo business traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations

The dessert is not their best skill but still there was always something sweet. Even when it is busy you can still find place for activities. You have discount for a massage of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet

I would especially like to highlight the attitude of the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout; whatever I asked for, they handled immediately and with a smile

The bed was greeaatt!!! I slept like a baby all 3 nights. The food was really really good and the cherry on top? The team!!! The team was spectacular

But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in

A newly built section with a huge jacuzzi and a beautiful sauna was open in the afternoon for adults only, and the other section became adults only in the evening hours

Maybe the management needs to treat their staffs better. I believe that good management reflects on the employees and vice versa

The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok

To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge

Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel. We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff

My only note is that the standard rooms are on the smaller side, which might be an issue for extended stays

The restaurant on the first floor was noisy, and the sounds of staff working carried all the way up to the top floor, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The soundproofing was also poor

Pros: Great location, generous breakfast, and warm, friendly staff. Cons: My room faced an air shaft with a glass panel instead of a window, so there was no way to get fresh air

Breakfast was lovely and the Staff were super friendly! It was also in the heart of the city too so it was easy to get to everywhere! Highly reccomend

The breakfast was decent and runs from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, with probably the best eggs we had during our whole stay across Central Europe

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café

It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath

Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun

Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience

The food was great, although the menu is short, but each meal was tasty and the portion was good. But the best part is the spa and wellness area. The size of the pool and sauna area is excellent for a hotel of this size

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is good, and the service communication is basically no problem. Bring a swimsuit to enjoy the sauna in the hotel

Outstanding boutique adult only hotel with private balconies, great breakfast, large gym, and a lovely spa. I enjoyed my 2 nights here while taking a trip up from Budapest for the weekend in November 2024

Overall impression of the hotel is good. Spacious rooms and common areas, service was excellent, rooms nicely designed, big shower. The only thing I am not used to was the air conditioning

The spa was a highlight with a multiple saunas, baths, and steam rooms. The hotel's location is a quick 10 minute walk into town. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the great service and amenities offered at Imola

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind

Excellent hotel! This hotel is excellent. Among the best we've stayed in. The room was comfortable and clean, the swimming pool/ spa / sauna and outside seating area lovely

The breakfasts had lots of choice and we had an excellent evening meal there

Their garden (more like a park) is full with toys and playgrounds for kids, and looking over a dense forest. And dogs are allowed at the restaurant too. It's just 10 minutes away from the popular green hiking trail

Outside there are plenty of playgrounds on an enclosed area which is amazing if you travel with kids. Also the pool had a good size and a little plattform for kids who can’t swim yet

On Monday I had an overnight stay in Bristol hotel and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. I mean, it was impeccably clean! It was a true joy to take a shower and the hotel offers vegan friendly skin care

A lovely hotel, very close to the train station. about a 5 minute walk, clean, modern decor, the young man on reception, was so helpful, 10/10, I would definately stay here again.

It also faced the central AC units, which were very loud at times, even at night. Breakfast was okay, not many pastries, but they were good quality. The location was fine, easy to park and close to a nice park

I am from Brighton, the United Kingdom. The Hotel is amazing, situated in an idyllic place, the closest accommodation to the Cave Bath. The wellness area of the hotel is exquisite, we enjoyed ourselves like in heaven

Our first room smelled like smoke, but the staff quickly gave us a bigger one, which was nice. The room was large, with a huge bathroom. However, it had no kettle or coffee machine

There are also many good cafes and restaurants around, and the transportation is also very convenient. The whole room is very clean and tidy, full of modernity, and the color matching is simple but warm

The bed is comfortable, the pillow is soft, and the sleep quality is very good. The bathroom is clean, the hot water is sufficient, and the towels and toiletries are of good quality

My mother requested a mobility impaired room and was very happy with the accommodations (raised toilet, handrails, easily accessible shower). The staff was very helpful and friendly, and of course breakfast was delicious

The inside of the bathroom door was definitely not cleaned before my stay. My room was on the street side and the soundproofing could be much better

Location is good if you are going to the airport and there is also a big supermarket nearby. Staff was kind, I had a good laugh in the morning with the cleaner lady :)

Free parking in front is a big plus in Budapest. Also good access to the airport and a subway right outside the door to go to the city center in about 15-20 min. At night a regular direct Night bus as well

We would definitely recommend this location for not only the above reasons, but also for the cleanliness of the hotel overall, not to mention the proximity to all the wonderful things to enjoy in Budapest

This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group

Location was very good because the hotel has its own beach and it is not far from the main city and nightlife stuff. The breakfast was a normal breakfast just like in every other hotel. Overall its a 4 star hotel for me

Our room was great we got a room with the panoram windows and on the top floor!But it was a little bit dirty and it had a very small tv,also i don’t like the fact that you have to pay for the air conditioning

Absolutely best value for money accommodation in Siofok. Private beach close to many restaurants. Only wierd point is asking extra money for AC.

They offer rich variety of delicious food, comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, friendly staff and open minded director. Spa pools are stone throw away. Do you need anything else? Do not hesitate and book ASAP

It's a shame there's no kettle or coffee maker in your room. But the only BIG negative point is Renata's welcome at reception on the day of our arrival (August 15th). We clearly felt like we were bothering her

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed as it’s written. Heard some noise from the ceiling room. Wellness is quite good, but very small. I found a FLY in my soup during dinner, but no one really cared

Anyway the food wasn’t really good, meat was dry every evening. Over all, it was ok, but not recommend to anyone. Maybe few years ago, it was a good hotel, but now it seems like struggling

There was a Google review that said the air conditioner didn't work, but the air conditioner remote control (made by Siemens) is unique, so if you don't know how to use it, I recommend asking the front desk

Friendly service, good food, nice drinks. Infrstucture is perfect but it doesn't quite resemble the 'Római' feeling. But certqinly a great alternative if you're looking for something different ashore the Danube.

The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit
