We stayed 2 nights, the location was excellent, breakfast was good, sadly the wifi was not good at all on the 2nd floor. I would recommend to friends just update the wifi for thr future please.

Rooms clean, comfortable and very functional. Reception staff very helpful and speak English. Good location. Car parking on side streets, but no problem and free No laundry on site but one recommended
Spacious rooms and good beds in a sleepy area. There is a cafe and restaurant close, but hours of operation may vary. Short walk to the lake, parks, or center of town
I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden
They didnt had built in air conditioner but they had a fan in the our room that kept the room cool especially in the night when we also opened windows. Short distancess to everywhere
My room type included breakfast and dinner; the food selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The indoor pool water was 32-35 degrees Celsius in winter, so it wasn't cold
The property and all the facilities were good but most of the reception staff were really rude to the point I had to ask if I had done anything wrong to one of the guys as he was speaking to me so badly
The price is relatively reasonable for Hungary. The front desk staff are friendly, especially the younger ones who are very helpful and enthusiastic
There wasn't much other storage space, making it much worse than the Hunguest Hotel in Szeged and Eger. Secondly, I suspect the hotel might have unfairly treated my Ctrip booking
We had a great experience staying here! The room and the view were beautiful and we loved the saunas and the pool! The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake and you even have access to a private area by the lake that’s part of the hotel
I didn't experience any elevator issues, as many people mentioned; the elevators arrived quickly for me
We stayed at the Flora Hotel before the renovation and were very pleased with everything. The food is excellent, and the saunas and cleanless, The connection to the thermal baths is fantastic

Novotel hotel is at just 10 minutes on foot till the walking area and 15 minute on foot till the main spa of the town , safe parking,warm ,clean , functional and quite room,delicious breakfast and friendly staff
The breakfast was plentiful, including Chinese dishes, and was clean and hygienic. The waiters were also friendly.
One of the best features is the "business lunch" offer at the restaurant, very affordable and perfect even for families. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional they truly made us feel welcome

It is a very nice hotel near to the opera house. Walking distance to famous landmarks. The room is not very spacious, but they have everything needed for the stay. And also, love the christmas decorations.
Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)
Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.
Shame that there was construction was in the wellness area
Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes

The reception is very helpful and thanks to them. I got the limited Lake Cave boat tour ticket. The playground is free and the paid mini golf are very interesting and good for family trip
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent wellness facilities including a cave for therapeutic relaxation. Good choice of food and plenty of it. Love this place.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Staff are very warm hearted 4 minutes walkable to the city center. The sauna facilities is very new and maintained good. The hotel room is a bit small but they offer extra bed

In the centre everything near you! The rooms are fantastic the double bed very large! The breakfast good but not too big. Cleaning everyday and very good work! WiFi and sauna !

You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E

But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in

A newly built section with a huge jacuzzi and a beautiful sauna was open in the afternoon for adults only, and the other section became adults only in the evening hours

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. I'd recommend staying closer to the city center if you're here for tourism. This area is a little out of the way.

The breakfast was good, there was a day that the food was poor (cold and very dry) but this was only on one day and the days after was great! Had a very good selection to choose feom the the breakfast room was lovely! Will absolutely be booking again when I return to Budapest
The thermal complex is good; it can get a bit crowded, but if you time your visit well, you can enjoy the pools with only 3-4 other people
