Despite the fact that is located in a tourist area, not noisy. Staff - above all praise, cleaned daily and no complaints and can not be. For a child without any problems and payment provided a crib

This is a review for Danubius Hotel Hungaria, as the original Hotel is being renovated and I was offered a free transfer. Everything was great, thank you very much for your hospitality!

We arrived early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early with a surcharge of 15€. I thought it was the best decision after a 7 hours bus ride!😆

About the only thing I would change is the addition of an in-room safe

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from metro station. And the bed was so comfortable.

Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and was really good with plenty of choice. Add to this ample and free parking space and you end up with a solid passing score

The good part is that the room is clean, no problems, and the wellness area is amazing and clean. In short, you get what you pay for in a 3-star hotel, but they could make an effort with the cleaning and service

The shower door didn't close properly but on the other hand the shower was excellent. Soundproofing is not the strongest point here

Also when I took water from the machine for my daughter, it came out dirty, as the machine is not clean, so reccommend you to buy whater and soft drinks. There is no room cleaning, and the service is not good

There are good and bad things, the bad part first: It's not worth getting full pension, as they serve the same food all week, with no variety but the taste is not bad

It was an easy process. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

Good location very close to the Parlament building and Margaret bridge areas. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. A quiet location for sleeping at night

Wifi barely works even though front desk said it was upgraded or fix previously. If you need wifi best you stay away.

The location of the hotel itself is good, everything is very accessible. The room was big and comfortable, beds were nice. The coffee in the room is weird, a 3 in 1 sachet, which is no good if u want black or no sugar

I am 100% satisfied! The best part of my stay was the friendly, helpful and polite staff. I send a big thank you who worked at the reception during our stay from the 22 to the 26th in July 21.

Great hotel for soih three stars. The room is a Hairdryer,kettle and mineral water, sugar and sticks with coffee and tea. Pleasant staff. Extensive delicious breakfasts on the principle of Swedish table.

The checkin was superb, under 5mins and i had my key and the rooms are incredible with every facility, very highly recommended

Excellent location, lots of restaurant around the hotel. Attractions are within walking distance ( 5mins - 1hr). Hotel is quite neat and exactly thesame as advertised on the app.

The location is good, walkable distance to the Liberty bridge (c. My room was located in a quiet area of the hotel, far from the lifts. However, my room was very basic with no kettle which could have been a plus for me

Limited space even for a twin room, also, no kettle or hot water provided in the middle of the night. But good for those exploring Budapest as stopover point.

Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities. Staff overall attentive, food is good

We drive from Austria often to Sopron for medical reasons and we always look for the best options in terms of hotels in the center of the town with a parking place and specially with a place for the little one to play and have a bit of fun or a pool

Breakfast was more than enough,dinner was ok too with plenty of food,service from Zsolt was amazing,his collegue was nice too( maybe a bit of smiling wont hurt from time to time),the fact that outside is free parking is a good one too

We had an accident in the room and we required new bedsheets and new towels on which we were charged extra 20€,but to me is still unclear if one stays in the hotel 2 days why the extra charge for setting the beds and changing the towels but probably this is the way it goes

Reception was friendly ,maybe a bit more infos about the hotels policy on charging 20 € for new towels in the room would be appreciated,but overall not a big thing

Just returned from 4 day trip to Budapest Xmas markets. Hotel location is excellent for this as just a few paces away from the main section of the Danube as well as the Xmas markets. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean

I recently stayed at this hotel and truly an outstanding experience from start to finish, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful We stayed there during my husband birthday and when we returned to our room ,we found a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us!!! along with a personalized birthday card from the General Manager

Only negative is there is not an area in the hotel where we were able to meet up to have a drink with friends we travelled with , so always had to go out and find a separate bar/ coffee shop to do this

The private bedroom and ensuite bathroom were comfortable, quiet and modern, and the aircon was a delight! The public spaces were amazing, including a number of different lounge/dining seating options both inside and out, a shared kitchen and laundry, etc

You could store any food in the fridges, cook your own meals if you wanted, or simply bring in food from outside and enjoy it in a proper dining space (rather than having to eat in your room)

The hotel staff is attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is clean and located in a great area, very close to Váci Street and the bridges that connect the Pest side to Buda

The location is fantastic, most of Budapest's attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, they helped heat up my takeaway food and even gave me some travel tips

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Danube River in Buda. It's very close to major attractions like Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, all within a 10-15 minute walk

I can only recommend this hotel!! We had a lovely stay there. The staff were very kind,professional, and helpful (except the ones at the breakfast). Our room was clean, spacious, with a nice balcony

It would be nice to strengthen the wifi a bit and to put at least a basic small kettle in the room so that I could make my favorite tea next time :-) But these are just small details

Very nice hotel, close to the camp next to danubius hotel. Hotel has room where to save bikes. Biking is common around Balaton. Outside pool and wellness also perfect

This hotel supposedly is a 4 star superior hotel, but I would give it hardly 3 stars. We arrived on a Monday and stayed till Friday. Tuesday late afternoon I informed reception that our room was not cleaned

Really weak value for money, definitely not a 4-star accommodation. They change towels only every third day, so you have to visit the spa three times with the same towel (quite unhygienic)

Beds were never made up, bathroom was never cleaned and vacuum cleaner never used in the room. Same for the rooms of my travel companions. And I guess we were still lucky

Being the only one following sauna etiquette makes you feel like a nudist😂

In the room was a leaflet from the hotel informing us they had a problem with some kind of beetle from the Donau and asked us to keep the balcony door closed

Our room had to be changed due to a leak from the air conditioner. No matter they would try their best to help you out. Loved the bar tender who worked in the evenings

Good hotel close to the main bus station and public transport, it is approximately 20mins by train into the main part of the city

The service in the restaurant during the meals were top notch. The rooms were comfortable enough, and even had a good mini bar selection, just make sure to bring your own toiletries

I struggled to find a clean plate, cutlery or glasses next to the food buffet (once I tried 4 different plates, and found dried food on the bottom of each, glassess and cutlery had greasy stains on them - not dried water, but visibly something else

It is not a nice sight when the cook is coming out of the kitchen, checking if there is enough food under the heating cover and find something sticked to the lid, remove it with his bare hands and throw it back to the pot

The wine and cheese from 4-6pm is a lovely touch and the singer needs to sing London Grammar as she would be amazing (she is anyway) but a great stay, love how the lights in the centre of the hotel are the signature of the hotel, and the door handles at the entrance hasn't gone unnoticed, the decor is just lovely! The location of the hotel is perfect: next to the shopping district and the famous St Stephen church. The staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and never was there once a bad service

The hotel has a fantastic bar on the top of the hotel, High Note which has a wonderful ambience. The only downer for me was the lack of kettle in the room and the compact gym with minimal equipments
