Loud parties at night can be heard in the rooms, beds are extremely squeaky, otherwise good wellness facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.

In the very center of Kecskemét this hotel is the best choice for those who want to spend some chilling days there!

The location was the best being in the centre of town. We’re from Australia and have been travelling on bicycles for 4 years and consider this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed due to great staff, location and cost

The location is perfect! Metro is in the front of hotel BF are also good but the food is still the same :( I’ve stayed for 3 night the food are still the same.

Daniel, who worked at the front desk, in particular was very helpful and patient with our many questions. The breakfast buffet was very good

Breakfast and dinner (half pension) is fantastic, nice food, plenty choices and good taste. Only downside, when we went back in the evening for a drink, there was no one at the bar, we waited for 15 minutes

Rooms are nice and tidy, bathroom is clean and large with a good shower. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows as well

My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle trip across Europe. The hotel is nicely situated on the main street through town. There are a few cafes/restaurants around. The hotel foyer and reception is very grand

Our room large but was quiet dated, but I suppose in keeping with the age of the hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. They let us store our bikes in the hotel covered car park

The hotel apparently had a rooftop bar or restaurant at some point. It was not functional, but the seating remained there and so we enjoyed the beautiful view in the evening. The place would have been really fantastic

If it had been photographed I would have chosen a different type of room. The balconies are connected and facing the courtyard. The air conditioning did not work properly and I found glass fragments at breakfast

We could relax and recharge our batteries completely. The thermal water was excellent, the food was good and the price/quality ratio was also good

We were there in low season midweek. The hotel has been recently renovated, everything, including the spa and thermal facilities, was new, modern, clean and well working

Dinner is like in a regular school diner, nothing bad, but easy to forget. Breakfast is plenty and fresh. Room service and bar are extremely expensive for a hotel so remote and simple

If looking for time travel, you will survive this place but if you would like to explore the region, you’d better of in a small and well-run B&B or in a newer hotel

The hotel is in a strategic position to get around the city both on foot and by public transport (including the 100E bus to the airport). It is very clean, with particular attention to the bathrooms in the rooms

The plan included breakfast every day. It was just the right amount and both my husband and I were satisfied. It's just a few minutes walk from the tram and subway, so it's very convenient for going anywhere

The welcome drink was also appreciated and the convenience of having the restaurant in the building which you can use if necessary! In the room you can prepare an Italian coffee 😉! What can I say

This hotel is surprisingly super great both for adults and kids. The staff is extremely friendly, food is excellent, and the venue at the beach has also an amazing atmosphere and view. I couldn’t find anything negative

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier

The rooms definitely are on the older side. They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets and on shelves

Not a big deal but was noticeable. Patio was super dirty with spider webs everywhere. Food and drinks were 4/5 and overall very enjoyable

The lobby and restaurant are very tastefully renovated. However! In the restaurant, there is dirt and cobwebs next to the large windows, on the curtains, and all over the ceiling

The spa is very good, we had a pleasant time as a team in the outdoor hot pool in winter.

This was the worst hunguest hotel, it s the 4th hunguest hotel that I've been to. The best one is in Gyula, really recommend that one. Extra, people did not speak English and it was a language barrier

Everything meets with 4 star hotel standard. Room design absolutely contemporary, you cant find better hotel on the west also in this class. I hope the food will be on the same level :) i’ll try it later i just arrived

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent

In the restaurant there is all kinds of food. The wellness in on the top floor. You can really relax and enjoy. As for the swimming area I can say only the best. The water is very hot where it has to be

Big rooms, nice furniture, separate toilet. Thermal park is really nice for kids. Bar at rezeption is missing good service. Hotel has good areal, but is located at the end if a small town with nothing interesting near by

The staff provided attentive service, and the hotel facilities met my expectations. However, for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast selection could be significantly improved, offering more variety and quality

The service was also great; Sofia was especially helpful and suggested lots of cool things to do around Budapest. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea all day, which was a wonderful surprise

Close to the metro station, and walking distance to the central city. The room had facilities if you wish to buy your own food to heat up. The staff were friendly and helpful

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, which makes getting around very easy. The breakfast spread was also very good, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby

The room was clear, 2 rooms - its good for mama and me. For the first, it wasn't written about city taxes, but of course we payed, the door at the bathroom was broken, and we changed the room

The only minor thing to note is the frequent ambulance sirens at night. Overall, it was a very good stay

We stayed for three nights and honestly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast had a nice selection and all was pretty tasty. Our biggest disappointment comes from the lack of hot water in our room

Excellent location in the city centre and close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus (100E) which costs 900 Ft per trip. Reception staff were friendly and the classic suite room is spacious at 431 square feet

One of the nicest hotels in the city with a brilliant restaurant and food. They do an open Sunday buffet which is hard to beat. Not cheap, but there's a reason for that. It's damn good.

Plenty of seating available plus a microwave, kettle, sink and well-stocked fridge. Bathroom includes a bathtub and the toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap

The dessert is not their best skill but still there was always something sweet. Even when it is busy you can still find place for activities. You have discount for a massage of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet

The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok

The restaurant on the first floor was noisy, and the sounds of staff working carried all the way up to the top floor, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The soundproofing was also poor

Pros: Great location, generous breakfast, and warm, friendly staff. Cons: My room faced an air shaft with a glass panel instead of a window, so there was no way to get fresh air

The breakfast was decent and runs from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, with probably the best eggs we had during our whole stay across Central Europe
