Very nice hotel located at via Toledo. Spacious and clean room with big and comportable bed. This hotel had everything we needed and personnel was kind and service-oriented

This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked

This hotel is in an excellent position on via Toledo, very close to the M1 Toledo Street station. Hotel has excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, and a beautiful huge breakfast room.

Great hotel with very friendly hosts. We loved the room and the hosts at the front desk. We weren’t able to stay long but we will definitely book this hotel when we come back to Naples.

I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning

This is a great little hotel exactly where you want to be if you’re a tourist in Naples. Welcoming and helpful staff who gave us good dining suggestions. Easy to walk everywhere or catch public transportation

Hotel Il Convento was a wonderful hotel, the best on our trip to Italy. The staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the Spanish Quarter and convenient to all of the sites. Be warned that it is a busy area with cars and motorcycles driving constantly through the narrow streets.

It's a boutique B&B with unique rooms. The small balcony overlooks the streets of Naples' old town. The breakfast is exquisite. The service is also good. Overall, I recommend it.

In the middle of the iconic Spanish quater yet near to the designer shops and a short walk to the marina and boat terminal. Room was small but exceptionally clean

Anna made us find several coffee pods and some welcome snacks in the suite. The environment is not very bright, but I believe the very soft lights are a choice made by those who manage the structure

Small flaw: hot water in the bathroom arrives after quite a while

We stayed two nights at the end of November in the suite. It offered a good value for money and was located just steps from Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. The daily housekeeping was excellent

The services are mostly remote support (although they do have room service that comes everyday). The basic hotel supplies are complete (toilet papers, slippers, shampoo, towels of all sizes, etc

Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. It’s fun to just wander around the hotel and learn about the different art within it

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite

The hotel mattress is very soft and comfortable, you can see the sea view from the window, and you can see the sea view and Mount Vesuvius at the breakfast area on the top floor

Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay

We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel

On the day we were able to use the pool at 5 pm because we had to vacate due to yet another wedding that was happening that evening

It's a shame they no longer offer parking in the garage, but you have to go there yourself. I've been coming to this hotel for years and have always had a good experience, I recommend it

The staff is very helpful and professional. I had been given a room in the annex that was too small, but at my request I was given a nicer one in the main building

The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath

Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed but a few things broken or not working properly. Having said that I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is generous and acceptable.

Nice and clean in a really good part of town. Breakfast not that good. In a city like Naples you are better off going to Caffè bars around the hotel.

It was extremely loud at night. There was a very noisy pub outside our window. Also, the bathroom gave off a bad smell.

It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which we loved but can also appreciate it might be a little loud for some - although if you read other reviews, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone checking-in

I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B Santa Lucia 50. The location was great because it was only about a 10 minute walk to the ferries which took me to Amalfi coast and the island of Capri

Good staff and service and nice rooms. Location, even though at the sea and within the city, you have to walk 30-40 minutes to the touristic center and a lot of the famous attractions

This place is great if your looking for something affordable, clean and cozy. Francessca was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable

We stayed here one Saturday night. Even after a room key mix up that was totally my fault, the host was kind and helpful. The area feels safer than others and was much quieter

You can get coins from the front desk when you check in, but no one will provide coins on the day of check-out, so you have to walk down to the ninth floor. Don't put anything you need on the balcony or on the ground

The cleaning guy is an illegal immigrant worker and will throw away everything. I put my underwear and socks in a plastic bag on the ground and asked him to throw it away for me

The room is not sound proof so you can hear noise from other rooms in the morning (especially when cleaner starts cleaning). The shower is next to the toilet seat so everything gets wet when you take a shower

I did not like the set up of the washroom. It has balcony which probablysome people would love but we did not use it. Other than the washroom everythjng was good.

The service provided by the front desk lady was excellent. The pizza shop she recommended was also very delicious. It was a very good experience.

The room is right by the sea, with a beautiful view. But there are a few shortcomings. The shop owner's English communication is a bit difficult and his accent is a bit heavy, but he is very enthusiastic and responsible

Great location and value, everything you need, in the room, safe area especially for a solo lady traveler, bus stops near, about 15/20 minutes walk to the port, 15 minutes behind the building up in to the centre of Naples for the shopping and historical buildings

In addition, the toilet of this room type is outside the house, which requires a key to open, which is very inconvenient. I am always worried about losing the key and being locked out

There is no breakfast, and there is no place to buy breakfast nearby. They get up very late to open the shop, so you need to prepare food in advance or buy milk for breakfast

It was located inside an apartment-like building and was a bit old, but it was a satisfactory place to stay. Above all, the room was spacious, which was nice.

Pay special attention that the first floor mentioned by Europeans refers to the second floor

Lovely apartment with incredible staff I cannot speak highly enough of my visit, the location was very central, so you could get to all the sights (and the metro) fast, but you also had a lovely view from the room, which in itself was lovely

Those allies however should not have vehicles driving through them making the air terrible. Not the owners fault Ofcourse, but that is the only thing I did not like about the property. Ludovica was most kind and helpful

The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space

We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging,shelves etc

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sounds of trains in and out of the station with windows open but we'll blocked with double panes when windows closed

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby cities like Pompeii, Sorrento, and Rome

A true gem in Naples! I travelled solo, and I researched a lot of hotels and in the Naples area and this unique luxurious boutique hotel ticked all the boxes, importantly safety as a solo female traveller

It was clean, a lovely well-appointed room, tea/coffee maker with cups and spoons and amenities, hair dryer, toiletries, air conditioning that worked perfectly, comfortable bed(they use Hastens beds/mattresses well known for comfort)

They have an excellent buffet breakfast, wholesome and a variety of hot and cold choices, served on the rooftop with excellent views of Mount Vesuvius, the port, right up to the monastery Certosa di San Martibo on Vomero Hill

The front desk hosts were obviously hired for their excellent people skills, and needless to say not every business is as attentive when it comes to hiring quality staff, so the owner of this hotel gets significant credit for showing he knows how to take care of his guests

Since it's not exactly a hotel, but a very big apartment converted into a b&b, the rest of the building where it's located is not too inviting. But once you enter the premises, you are at a very clean and nice place

If you read all these stories about Napoli being loud and dangerous, well, I have to say that, being from Rio de Janeiro, it takes a little more than Napoli to scare me

we stayed here before going on the sea (private marina with rental boats and captains are within view of the rooms. ask the hosts ;-) Everyone we met here was extremely warm and welcoming

Excellent bed and breakfast, nice and clean room, excellent location right on the seafront, very clean room and very large bathroom. I highly recommend it for visiting beautiful Naples.

However, the view isn't directly onto the sea but rather a side view, and the rather small balcony isn't really suitable for having breakfast outside

It is a privileged location, extremely comfortable, clean with spacious modern rooms. PS - stop to enjoy the historical antique books in the lobby

The apartment location was perfect for us: close to the port as we were travelling by boat later in our trip, as well as being near lots of great restaurants and the historic centre

Each room gets there own so it's not like you have to share with random people! The breakfast is basic but at least the reception man went to the effort of getting fresh croissants every morning for us which was a nice touch

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.

The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The bathroom was well-equipped with ample hot water supply, making for a very pleasant showering experience

The only slight downside was that the air conditioning fan speed was a bit too strong; I'd suggest adjusting the fan speed settings. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel offering excellent value for money

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bella Capri in Naples. The location is excellent, very close to the port and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport

Breakfast...almost nothing to eat The location is ok, you can walk to the beach It doesn't have a front desk, it's a B&B, you need to contact the store in advance, it's not very convenient

The location is in an excellent position, in fact in 5 minutes we arrived on the seafront of Naples (a breathtaking place, I was enchanted by it where you can find many places to eat) and it is well connected to the central station (you can use the bus or metro to getting there)

What a great place to stay for a visit to Naples. Everything is exactly as promised. The suites are in a great neighborhood and Ramon is an excellent host, very kind and responsive.

Safe area to walk around in the night and a close walk to metro line 2 and castles near the port. 15-min subway to the historic center and archeological museum

This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto

Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep

We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel

The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom

They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out. This stay was such a treat!
