Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. It’s fun to just wander around the hotel and learn about the different art within it

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite

The hotel mattress is very soft and comfortable, you can see the sea view from the window, and you can see the sea view and Mount Vesuvius at the breakfast area on the top floor

Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay

We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel

On the day we were able to use the pool at 5 pm because we had to vacate due to yet another wedding that was happening that evening

It's a shame they no longer offer parking in the garage, but you have to go there yourself. I've been coming to this hotel for years and have always had a good experience, I recommend it

The staff is very helpful and professional. I had been given a room in the annex that was too small, but at my request I was given a nicer one in the main building

The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath

Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed but a few things broken or not working properly. Having said that I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is generous and acceptable.

Nice and clean in a really good part of town. Breakfast not that good. In a city like Naples you are better off going to Caffè bars around the hotel.

It was extremely loud at night. There was a very noisy pub outside our window. Also, the bathroom gave off a bad smell.

It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which we loved but can also appreciate it might be a little loud for some - although if you read other reviews, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone checking-in

Situated in a great location, overlooking the gulf, in a quieter part of Naples, Primopiano is a very stylish and comfortable place to stay

The room is right by the sea, with a beautiful view. But there are a few shortcomings. The shop owner's English communication is a bit difficult and his accent is a bit heavy, but he is very enthusiastic and responsible

Great location and value, everything you need, in the room, safe area especially for a solo lady traveler, bus stops near, about 15/20 minutes walk to the port, 15 minutes behind the building up in to the centre of Naples for the shopping and historical buildings

In addition, the toilet of this room type is outside the house, which requires a key to open, which is very inconvenient. I am always worried about losing the key and being locked out

There is no breakfast, and there is no place to buy breakfast nearby. They get up very late to open the shop, so you need to prepare food in advance or buy milk for breakfast

It was located inside an apartment-like building and was a bit old, but it was a satisfactory place to stay. Above all, the room was spacious, which was nice.

Pay special attention that the first floor mentioned by Europeans refers to the second floor

Location was very good but not as central as we usually like, however we had compromised this because of our unfounded preconceived ideas of safety in the city. Room size was great and useable

Even our super early departure of 6am that required us in airport by 4am was meet, he provided taxi pick up at 330am Front desk and housekeeping are superior in service and kindness, next time in Napoli we’ll definitely stay again

Structure taken care of especially in cleanliness. We took it as a group and it was nice to see the children go from one room to another, something we wouldn't have done in HTL

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes

They really need to have additional concierge services or porters to help bring luggage up. Also you have to use a little coin to operate the elevator which the front desk does give you but this was not told to us

Once I got to Sorrento, I realized I had left my other phone behind too. I called the hotel, and they kindly kept both phones safe with my luggage. I returned 5 days later to pick up everything

I was with my friends, and for us it was great, big and a cozy, had everything we needed. It is super close to the sea and also close to the train/metro station

Quiet place 3 steps from the promenade to walk or sit down for a drink. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's within walking distance of many of the sites you'll want to see and plenty of shops

The neighborhood seems very safe and also the room is inside a complex with a security portal. The room is super clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable and it has everything you need for your stay

From air conditioning and television to hairdryer through a large closet, full length mirror and mini fridge. Francesco the owner is super friendly and helpful

Also the owner was very kind, helped us with restaurants and also with the transportation to and from the airport

Very nice hotel located at via Toledo. Spacious and clean room with big and comportable bed. This hotel had everything we needed and personnel was kind and service-oriented

This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked

This hotel is in an excellent position on via Toledo, very close to the M1 Toledo Street station. Hotel has excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, and a beautiful huge breakfast room.

Great hotel with very friendly hosts. We loved the room and the hosts at the front desk. We weren’t able to stay long but we will definitely book this hotel when we come back to Naples.

I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning

I am not one of those people who care about what the hotel looks like from the outside, unless, of course, I'm staying on a beach or some place where you're supposed to hang out on the outside

It's located on a very charming little street right off of the Piazza Dei Martiri, very close to the sea

Since it's not exactly a hotel, but a very big apartment converted into a b&b, the rest of the building where it's located is not too inviting. But once you enter the premises, you are at a very clean and nice place

If you read all these stories about Napoli being loud and dangerous, well, I have to say that, being from Rio de Janeiro, it takes a little more than Napoli to scare me

The apartment location was perfect for us: close to the port as we were travelling by boat later in our trip, as well as being near lots of great restaurants and the historic centre

Each room gets there own so it's not like you have to share with random people! The breakfast is basic but at least the reception man went to the effort of getting fresh croissants every morning for us which was a nice touch

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.

The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The bathroom was well-equipped with ample hot water supply, making for a very pleasant showering experience

The only slight downside was that the air conditioning fan speed was a bit too strong; I'd suggest adjusting the fan speed settings. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel offering excellent value for money

The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area

This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto

Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep

We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel

We have stayed in Palazzo Chiatamone for 5 nights and it is highly recommended. The room is spacious although the shower tray is a little bit tight. It is closed to seashore, a convenient location with lot of restaurants

When we return from vacation, we always stop in Naples. This year, we chose Palazzo Chiatamone, which is very beautiful and well-kept. Two flaws, however, are the lack of bidet towels and the breakfast

We had a lovely breakfast that was included and the price was perfect. The only downside is that you need to check in within a specific timeframe (front desk closes). The wifi wasn't always 100% reliable

The B&B it two streets away from the water and a series of great restaurants. I would not stay near the train station - it had the opposite feel and it would have ruined our trip

A small hotel, converted from a huge apartment, is located on the 4th floor of the Umberto 1 Gallery, built in the late 19th century. You need to enter through the arch from the side of Via Toledo

The French balcony of our room with huge arched windows looked directly into the space of a cross-shaped gallery, covered with a high glass roof. Everything in the room is very clean, new

I love this hotel so much! Maybe it's called a B&B. Anyway, it's full of local characteristics. When I looked down from the balcony, I just wanted to scream with excitement

It was very close to the conference address. There were many attractions around. The owner was very enthusiastic and well-received. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Naples next time

Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within the area. If you book a room, make sure it doesn't face the busy road (towards the sea), as it is very noisy, even with the doors closed
