We were disappointed with our stay due to unfavorable conditions of the Villa. Property was infested with ants. Mold in bathrooms, tubs, Showers. Due to property power outages, We had No hot water for a day and a half. Distance time to beaches and town center is longer than suggested. A car, Taxi or bus is needed. Outdoor furniture was not in good condition. Property was not what we expected or claimed to be. It was a sad and disappointing end to our family once in a lifetime Italy vacation.

We booked the villa through Airbnb. The agency demanded an additional €890 even though the booking was confirmed (including a deposit) and we had just booked our flights. The agency claimed there was a technical problem with the price, which was beyond our control. They refused to make any concessions regarding this extra charge, even though we were prepared to pay to keep the villa! They ended up canceling our booking, leaving us without accommodation. In short, a highly unreliable agency! Avoid at all costs!
