Everything about the property is great!
Location is perfect! Walking distance to the marina, the square, eating places and shopping
Building has elevator and Ac, which is such an important thing in Europe with the heat wave this summer.
Breakfast is included and the orange cake is so delicious! Eggs are served by the order. Coffee is available all throughout the day!
Sarah at the reception is a wonderful soul! It was a pleasure talking to her! She is able to help with local activities and keeps in touch via WhatsApp.
We had an awesome stay at this property and I will highly recommend this place in sorento 👍

We recently spent 5 nights staying here. Sara and Anna were very friendly, helpful and offered great information. We used this as a base for exploring the Amalfi coast. The rooms were large and comfortable. The overall accommodation are very quaint and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety or pastries and fruit. The eggs are cooked to order. We would highly recommend you stay here.

Location was wonderful. It was peaceful but close to the square, the beaches and the main pedestrian road. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was a great size as well. The breakfast was delicious with many pastry options and option for eggs cooked to order

Palazzo Delle Grazie is a great hotel in Sorrento. The rooms are accessible by elevator (bigger than you'd expect for such a small place) or stairs, and are quite spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a variety of breakfast options, including pastries, fruit, bread / toast, and eggs made to order. The hotel also has a coffee machine with a variety of available styles that is very easy to use and conveniently located. It also has a water station and a sparkling water station, along with an icemaker, all of which are also conveniently located. The decorations are quite charming. The hotel is also located in a quiet part of town yet immediately nearby restaurants and dozens of shopping options. It's also a very short walk from one of the main squares (where you can find a cab or get picked up by a tour vehicle) and a relatively short (8-10 mins) walk down to the water on one side and the train station on the other side. The only potential downside (and this was never really an issue for us) is that the front desk staff departs at 9pm. Definitely worth staying here when in Sorrento!

Great location and an easy walk to Piazza Tasso.. the property was perfect. Although you won't use it much as there is so much to do in Sorrento..

This hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Sorrento! The staff was so helpful with any need that you have. The communicate well and arranged transportation for us from the train station to the hotel and to the airport on our final day. The have a coffee/espresso machine for use anytime and the breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful small hotel, great location and amazing stay. It's easy to get around. The staff were so kindly and nice. Room was clean and breakfast was great.
I wish I had more time at this place, highly recommend!

The location was excellent , literally a 1 minute walk to the Piazzo Tasso. The room was cleaned everyday and was always immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always accommodating especially Sara. The breakfast was lovely especially the orange cake! I would highly recommend this accommodation.
