Not really worth its 4 stars. A bit disappointed on arrival. Big plus: magnificent view from the bar and restaurant. The pool is very deep, with few areas suitable for young children. Stayed here on 4th Dec to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. They were so sweet to send us the complimentary cake. Hotel is very near the Milano Centrale and we found it easy to travel around Milan. With tram 10, right in front of hotel, it brought us to Milan Chinatown. Plenty of chinese food. The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

Very basic hotel, just for those who are looking for a sleep. Only 2 elevators for this high building hotel and the day that I was there the one of the elevators were broken. I am giving five star to the restaurant service, they were amazing every time we were there for breakfast and dinner. I will not write names because I do not want to miss anyone, everyone was nice and police, they always had a nice smile and accomodated me with my special diet. Five star to the housekeeping ladies, they did an amazing job cleaning our rooms. The front desk staff is not very friendly...

Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area before breakfast starts. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. Only down side was the air conditioner which did not seem to cool down the room enough.

Room and bathroom are too small. I can't even bending to washing my feet. Location is not bad. Nearby bus station to Vatican (32) and takes only 25min and use subway to other places.

The room was simple but nice. The bathroom had everything, even intimate soap and shampoo. The breakfast was plentiful.

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

We stayed just one night. Location-wise, it wasn’t great since it’s quite far from the old city — a taxi ride cost around €25–30, which was a bummer. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

This is a very standard business hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and there are many restaurants nearby.
