Nice place to stay, a little out of the way but good price. Great facilities

Very good service, very good breakfast, the lifeguard, the gentleman, very good service, kept the pool clean and did the contamination tests and was attentive to make sure we were comfortable, at reception always attentive to requests or taxi calls, the bar served very well and it is not expensive, thank you very much

The location is convenient if you’re coming from the airport, but it’s still quite far from the city center. I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign because I didn’t want housekeeping to enter, but they came in anyway. They even took a bag that wasn’t trash — it contained souvenirs I had just bought. The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

Hotel is dated. The air conditioning was making a loud noise. This was addressed however the noise was still there after albeit less loud. The lights flicker every once in awhile. The rooms were clean though and the receptionist was very friendly.

Lovely hotel, great beach, lovely pools, great seating outside all very comfortable, lovely views over Torre Canne lighthouse. Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia. Restaurant is great. Common areas are quite nice and so is the beach. Decor of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)

We spent seven days in our hollydas and we walked around the place and we liked the Sicilian art in Noto, Syracuse in particular in Ortigia. My children enjoy very much the swimming pool. I visited Athena resort with my friends in early June 2024. We were part of an organized tour with Abax tour company from Sofia, Bulgaria. I have no words to describe our wonderful experience. This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end. The Customer Care personnel were a delight to work with -- especially Letizia Gianella.

The hotel is located directly on the beach , the rooms are clean but small. The territory of the hotel is well-kept with lots of flowers. The food is delicious and varied, but you have to pay for water and other drinks at lunch and dinner. You also have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is very polite and attentive.

The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel lobby has a very beautiful spiral staircase and is equipped with an elevator. The service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is Michelin in 2018. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and complete functions.

From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. Very safe surrounding. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead. Service is alright but I did experience much better one in other NH hotels.

We stayed for 8 days from Nov 8 to Nov 16. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were cheerful and cooperative. The breakfast was a good spread. We had dinner a few times at the Antila Restaurant. While the food quality was great, we felt that there could be more items from the menu to choose from.

Hotel is quite good. Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Rooms are spacious. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

It was a bit dirty and there was no government, they sold all the drinks, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained...

The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome.

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

Newly renovated and honestly super good value of money for the room quality under Marriott name in Europe. Decent size for Italy hotel and hotel parking of Eur15 for 24 hours (compared to lots of other hotels charging eur25-40 per 24 hours in Mila). Location wise it is not in duomo area but better as we are driving (so avoid ZTL altogether). Will stay again!

Got assigned a handicapped room, and cant change my room

Great location for a hotel. It’s about 35 mins south of Vieste which a bustling area especially in the summertime. The two beaches available are very beautiful and quiet. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.
