From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort. The rooms, gardens and facilities are recently renovated and kept in immaculate condition and are stunningly beautiful! The private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas is situated right in front of a separate beach bar and restaurant, which...
This is our third visit to the Rocca Nettuno and definitely not our last. There are a few changes since the property changed ownership this year but we were thrilled to see all our favourite staff are still here and that the rooms and grounds are better than ever. We had an ocean view room that was very spacious, immaculately kept and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the view was breathtaking...
Amazing holiday with my girlfriend and friends. I travel a lot for business and leisure and I always evaluate hotels and resorts on the same parameters: 1) comfort: room was perfect. Clean, stunning sea view, modern, large shower and - more important - the bed was very comfortable and I had very good rest… special mention to the air conditioning system with the most effective control panel I’ve ever...
A week-long vacation at this hotel (4 adults), all-inclusive. The hotel's location is excellent with beautiful views. It sits atop a high cliff, with an elevator that takes you down to the hotel's private beach (there’s a hotel's beach bar offering drinks, pizza, pasta, etc.). The hotel's garden is large and exceptionally well-maintained. Stunning. The all-inclusive meals were tasty, with options for...
This hotel is completely over rated! The food is horrible and the free alcohol is watered down. The pools are not heated including the hot tubs. Everyone smokes everywhere. The beach has no sand just sharp rocks. There is no adult pool even thought their website states it’s an Adult Resort! Babies and kids everywhere. No Concierge service and limited elevators.
When I came to the hotel I thought that i would be alone the whole trip and have almost no fun at all. That completely changed when i started talking to emilia and caterina. They made me feel very welcome and tried to translate italian for me when i could not understand. Emilia was with me when i felt the most alone and the junior club with both of them made me feel included in a group of italians...

Excellent hotel, the location is super convenient! The staff are very friendly!
Super close to Milan Cathedral! The breakfast was great.
The soundproofing in the room is terrible; you can clearly hear every footstep from upstairs. The shower stall is tiny, you can barely turn around. And the duvet is a whole other story – it's just a comforter sandwiched between two sheets with no proper cover. The 'king-size' bed is actually two 1-meter mattresses pushed together, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to...
Extremely satisfied! The service was excellent, the food was abundant, and the room was comfortable!
Booked this for my family. The location is excellent.
It is a super expensive hotel but excellent breakfast and good services. Just take too long time to wait for my room without further notices even I left my phone number. It is over price in this room size and quality. Just convenience for meeting.

The chair cover is kind of dirty and I was reluctant to sit on it.
Hotel with a beautiful view and lovely pool. The only slightly disappointing thing was the breakfast.
I like the location about a 40 minute walk to the town centre with a beautiful beach walk to town, the hotel is situated away from the tourist crowds. We didn't have mattress protectors on our beds, so the mattress was soiled with what looked like a small blood stain. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. I thought the food was really good, fresh...
Very nice hotel close to Cefalù - 15-20min of a nice walk along the see shore promenade. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping staff is really doing a great job there. Rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms may need some modernisation, but this was not an issue. Also, there was a safe box in the room. Free - no charge. Wi-Fi was decent as well. As of the staff in general, very friendly people, they...
Its a 25 mins walk from the train station, so its not in the center of cefulu Room was big and ac worked well. Breakfast was basic and average. An excellent hotel on the north coast of the island. The old town is also nearby, about a 20-minute easy walk. The rooms are nice and clean because room service is regular every day. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant with plenty of space inside. Across the street from the hotel is a convenience store and a gas station if you need anything. My elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. We could also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and other sights within about 20 minutes by walking along the porticoes. The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate...
The environment is great, transportation is convenient, and the hotel facilities are complete.
The room was great, and the front desk staff were very warm and responsible. There are plenty of common areas downstairs, and it's quite close to the train station. Overall, it's excellent and worth recommending.
We had an excellent stay! Room is clean and spacious, staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
Extremely close to the train station, the hotel has a unique design. They also offered free breakfast, which was great for those catching early trains who might otherwise miss out!
Great stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again...

Up to marriott standard and with gym which is great. Room is however too small, still it is clean and tidy.
Great central hotel around 7 minute walk from Centrale FS station so very easy to get around. Takes around 35 minutes walk to Duomo. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, do try Barzac which is about 90 second walk away! Rooms are compact but have everything you need. There is a fridge as well in these rooms.
Supernice hotel with walking distance from Centrale station. Service is very friendly, clean room and decent breakfast, would stay again. Very nice restaurant opposite hotel highly recommend
Overall, I would go back to this hotel. Service was great. The restaurant and cafe were good as well. There are other restaurants and cafes around to choose from too. Great experience! Special mention for the Latin dance classes with Gilberto latino. Amazing energy, talent and attitude. His classes and presence were the highlight of our stay. Thank you!
Highly recommend! This was a great hotel. Clean and very spacious with a feeling of high standard (for Italian standard). There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access. The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach. Something we really...
Really a beautiful hotel. The hotel area is so big that you actually wanna call it a resort. If you like the old luxury style, then you'll love this hotel. Because it is kept in this style and it fits perfect. OK, the rooms are not brand new and it is a little longer walk to Vieste, but therefore you get: clean and well maintained rooms, very friendly and professional staff, free parking, a hotel...

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The evening also offers entertainment at the pool bar, doing...
Really nice hotel, would have 5 stars but the little things let it down. No tea/coffee making in the rooms and the room safe is only usable if you pay 2/3 euros per day. It’s there, they can’t remove it!!! Food and facilities are great. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The TV hardly works
Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available.
The hotel is hard to find due to lack of clear signs when you get close. The rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and sea. However there are many disappointing things that the management needs to resolve extra costs for the safe in your room, to park your car, the use of pool towels plus the drinks are expensive and food at lunch is all but none existent and expensive. It all makes the guests feel...
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool. If you are coming to the Mediterranean for the sea, however, this is not the right place. The beach is very disappointing: a rough mix of rocks and coarse sand, poorly maintained, with large waves crashing in a shallow area, making swimming both unpleasant and unsafe. Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice
I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.
Good hotel in general. Need water boot to arrive, but hotel offer 15 euro per person per stay shuttle.

We came from Lithuania in 2026 of April. We're amazed from beautiful city, friendly staff and delicious food. Thank you very much, *****
We stayed with Great Rail journeys and will not be travelling with them again if this is indicative of their choice of accommodation. The quality of food was good when they had enough but witnessed serving staff cutting portions in half to try and eke it out. If they ran out it did not seem to...

Be aware that the porters who take cases to rooms are excessively rough...they bent the handle on my new suitcase to such an extent it wouldn't go down.
We went with Great Rail Company which was our first attempt with them . The rooms in the hotel were very spacious and clean and possibly the best air conditioning we have ever had in a room . A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.
Good location, beautiful room, friendly staff, nice food.
A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!
I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. Also, while the service was good, there were too many additional charges; they even charged extra for escorting guests to their rooms
This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai. The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful! One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering. Aging hotel with lots of promise if the management can see that it needs maintenance. The sign out front is the first tip off. The full lobby and terrace should be air conditioned. Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.
Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.
The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The hotel...
An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...
Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.
A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! Our stay at Gran Serena was fantastic – beautiful location, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines...
The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.
The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!
An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario. The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu . I will definitely be back again
Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing...
They had to switch our room because the hot water didn’t work in our first room. When I told the hotel clerk about it. He was like well no one else complained. Basically calling me a liar. Until I had them come check for themselves. The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a...
AC WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, THE HOTEL KNEW THIS AND YET NEVER FIXED IT,WE PROMISED THE FIRST NIGHT THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS OFF DUE TO THE HOUR 8PM BUT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY. WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND LAST NIGHT WAS GIVEN SOME B.S. ANSWER ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. FOOD WAS DECENT BUT EXPENSIVE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND RUDE AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THIS WAS THE...
A decent hotel, very clean. Could provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast could include Congee for ASEAN travellers?
It’s an OK hotel. Breakfast average, not great. Gym was sufficient but not great. It is a good location for going out in the EUR area of Rome.
little bit far away from city central but other thing is olay
