Excellent with our stay and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable the bed and pillows. Especially very safe to stay here..
What an amazing experience! I'm a tour leader from Turkiye. I brought 47 customers to your hotel between 01.08.2025 and 02.8.2025 we've stayed in your hotel. Everybody thank to me for your perfect services. I appreciated! First of all, to hotel manegement, and then to Maila who has an amazing smile, Desiree and Vanessa who are most kind and helpful from front office team and absuletly Luciano (master...
The perfect stay. I've stayed here three times when working in Rome, and I like this hotel for a number of reasons: it has easy and secure parking, it's quiet, not in the middle of a town, and it's a five minute walk to a nearby supermarket for anything you've forgotten. The staff are quick and efficient, and very welcoming. The rooms are a good size, with good showers in the bathroom. The aircon...
Basic clean rooms with good beds. Customer cannot turn air-conditioning on or off or change the temperature, it has to be done from reception. Weird. Avera food in restaurant, overcooked pasta, but taste is ok.
Happy and satisfied stay.... recommended for stay and wonderful Italian hospitality by kind staff Silvia and Antonella......reception 24 hours... breakfast good..... far from city center but near to the beaches ⛱️ 😎 good for relaxing and holiday.
Breakfast very nice, had to ask staff for cutlery, glasses for juice, saucers for tea/coffee cups, due to it being quite busy, minor issue, would definitely come back to this hotel

Breakfast was a complete disaster, practically nothing to eat! The renovations are quite new.
Great hotel and location. Free WiFi and an amazing buffet breakfast was included. Bathroom needed some tlc but bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t noisy at night. Walking distance to all the major sights and the gelato! Staff were fantastic and so helpful
The fact to be located in 2 floors of a building is very special, no lobby and very small lift Staff are very nice and smiley
Sweet little hotel. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the efficient. The location is great. The best is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Riccardo and Giuseppe go over and above to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.
Accommodations were good. VERY Noisy, we were oickpocketed right next to the hotel. I thought we could get more help from the Hotel rather than directions to the police station. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door would not shut tight, and water leaked onto the floor. The restaurant was not in the hotel but nearby.
The hotel is close to the main station and restaurants, and the staff were very hospitable. I'm very satisfied.

The hotel is really nice, with a fantastic breakfast and an excellent location, very close to the Vatican. They provide disposable slippers, which were brought to my room promptly after I requested them, which was great. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm, polite, and proactive in helping and coordinating. I highly recommend the rooms at this hotel; it's definitely a top choice if you're...
The room was dark overall, but had a calming atmosphere. The breakfast was very delicious and had a wide variety of items. The shower room may be a little small.
The views face the street. Breakfast is served on the top floor with great views. The hotel's location is also good, convenient for visiting the church. There are several options to choose from.
The room was spacious and cleaned every day, which was great. The shower was powerful, but the hair dryer was weak. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, and the freshly brewed coffee was excellent. It was relatively close to the station and there were many shops nearby, so it was very convenient. There were no tissues, so it's a good idea to bring your own.

The room booked was not as pictured and on top of it we have to pay extra for every person not added in the room even if we got the suite
Good read room with 2 double beds, small lounge area and bathroom. Hotel was clean and all staff from the porters, receptionists, breakfast staff and cleaners were so friendly. Surprisingly great central hotel.
We recently stayed at The Style Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern and chic design lives up to its name, creating a very pleasant and stylish atmosphere from the moment we walked in. We were thrilled with our room on the 4th floor, which featured a balcony overlooking the street. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and soak in the vibrant energy of the city. A...
A clean hotel in a very prime location
Great location, but dark room and very small. More a 3* hotel. Access to the hotel by car is restricted - they gave us the wrong information, which will result in a fine. Small breakfast area - and undrinkable coffee. Rome is wonderful, the hotel is overpriced for what it is - but the location is good.
Great location within walking distances to many of major sites. Subway station not too far. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast were nice and acceptable.

Great and family hotel a bit far from the city but it's easy to get to the city from the train station metro 15_20mins
Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly too. We had issues with AC unit temperature adjustment, and even after asking 2-3 times didnt get much help, but manageable.
My parents and i absolutely loveð the aesthetics of the room, lounge and breakfast, and dinner room. We enjoyed the facility of the shuttle bus, and we thought that was very efficient. A minor drawback was the quality of the dinner food as it wasn't as good as we expected. Things occoured such as pasta was a little uncooked. However, I loved the red majito cocktail. It was refreshing as it was beautiful...
Great location, excellent service. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Facilities: Well-equipped.
Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early.
This hotel is close to Termini Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. **Accessibility:** It's a 6-minute walk from the station, making it easy to get to the Vatican and Colosseum. **Service:** The staff were friendly, but I had booked a twin room and was initially given a double. I had to go to the front desk to get it changed. **Cleanliness:** Everything was satisfactory, including the bed sheets. ...
Clean and strategic location, very near to the metro while the breakfast are good with lots of varieties, it was nice to having your breakfast at the outdoor area, there are nice views there
This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It's fully equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, and slippers. The breakfast spread is excellent.
Will recommend to friends for the locations
Room and beds very comfortable. Breakfast choices very good. Fresh food. Attentive staff. I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. The location is excellent, very convenient for walking to major attractions. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the rooms are well-equipped. Good location friendly staff. Rooms clean. Bit disappointed we had no control over air conditioning in rooms only when reaches certain temperature apparently. The rooms were humid and when fan in bathroom didn't work either was really hot

Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautiful hotel, immaculate cleaning, and wonderful staff. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member we were given a very nice upgraded room and treated very well. The locations is very good, walking distance to everything in central Rome and yet still in a quiet corner.
Our family of three stayed comfortably for five nights in the oval room, which had a wonderful balcony to enjoy. We slept very well as the area is quiet at night. The pull out bed mattress was not quite as comfortable as the bed, though it did not keep our teen daughter from resting well. Located very close to the Villa Borghese and U.S. Embassy (a good landmark for taxis), convenient to everything...
I don’t understand what the bad reviews are about. Great place! You know you’re not going to spend much time in your hotel room while visiting Rome except to sleep. I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this one, by far, was the most quiet in a big city. Rooms are a little older, but nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar was better than the 5-star pantheon iconic hotel. Concierge...
We debated this hotel or the Excelsior down the block but chose here for the rooftop bar. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Allessio and Nickolas were so charming and attentive in the bar and restaurant. And Hannah was great at check-in. We love this area of Rome. Much quieter and upscale - less touristy too. We went to the rooftop almost nightly to enjoy the view and sunset. ...
Location is nice. Hotel is clean. Front desk is professional but surprisingly not friendly. Upgraded to a suite but not worth it given size of suite. Friend stayed at Westin a few minutes away and upgraded to a beautiful large room. Breakfast adequate. Gym is below average. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
Stayed two nights in the spacious Presidential Suite at the end of our vacation. While well-appointed it was a little dated and you could see some wear and tear in the bathroom area. The view of the park however, was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions. A very basic hotel near the termini that serves your overnight needs without the frills. Not difficult to locate the hotel. The aircon was very noisy through the night, the staff was prompt to resolve the issue but I guess it was just an old unit - the noise improved slightly but would return again.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was undeniably convenient—close to Roma termini and easy to access—the overall experience left much to be desired for travel comfort and carry the travel bags. It was far from Termini Station, so I think it would be better to travel by tram. I walked there, but the road conditions were poor and it was very difficult. The staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied.
A magical place! A fantastic room with soaring ceilings. Everything you need is there, including a fridge and even a corkscrew inside :). Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast, I regretted only having one. The staff is wonderful. It's best to go from the Manzoni metro station; the area near the train station and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is not very clean and welcoming.
The hotel is a gem, beautiful exterior and interior, wonderful staff, very clean, the owner is super nice. It is a pleasure to come back to the quiet location after the Rome crowds and noise, very relaxing.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be a little away from all the activity in Rome, but still accessible. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. It was surprisingly quiet as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, especially Vladimir. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and take care of all of our needs. We will definitely be back!
The hotel has a good location, conveniently accessible by subway and tram, and not too far from the train station, the Colosseum, and the Pantheon. The hotel has a small courtyard. The rooms are on the smaller side but quite comfortable, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
I did not eat breakfast here, reason is because I was out of the hotel early and always coming late really late, :) but open 24/7

It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.
Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is so so.
The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .
Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists. The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. Hello, Following my stay at your hotel, I have numerous bites that appear to be bed bug bites. I would therefore be grateful if you could check for bed bugs in the mattresses or elsewhere in the establishment. Thank you in advance,
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks. Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.
it was quite far away from the central. Room was a little bit hot but it was clean in overall.
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.
Clean and modern hotel a bit further away from the city itself. All the basic amenities and nice facilities.
The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. The sink was very old and unstable, it looked like it could fall off at any moment. The bathroom had a constant sewage-like smell coming from the drain, which made the stay unpleasant..
The service was great, but we had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.
Exiting Rome's train station, I spotted the McDonald's sign, and the hotel was just down the street, very close. There's a decent Chinese restaurant nearby too. The main draw is the convenient location; I'd definitely stay here again next time.
The front desk service was poor. When we were checking in, I couldn't understand the check-in instructions due to the receptionist's accent and asked her to repeat them. She then spoke even faster and with a very impatient attitude. Come on, you're not a native English speaker, and neither am I, so why be so mean? Her attitude was absolutely terrible. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Europe
