The service and food are good. We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but it can easily be solved by taxi or Uber.
This hotel was booked for 2 nights for us within a cruise package with Love It Book It & have to say it was very good, lovely twin standard room with everything one needs, beautiful bathroom ect, super clean & quite. Amazing selection for breakfast too. Set in beautiful grounds with a lovely inviting pool... Situated close to a town with all amenities, restaurants ect & 15 minutes walk to the Tram...
A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It truly gives a sense of luxury — the spa is amazing, with a heated pool, heat lamps in the lounging areas, a beautifully scented sauna, and more. The rooms are spacious, clean, elegant, and offer lovely views. Service was excellent, and the staff were responsive to every question or request. They even prepared a generous packed breakfast...
⸻ The hotel is gorgeous — beautifully designed and located in a stunning area. While it’s not right in the city center, it’s not too far either. Unfortunately, a cab or Uber is the only practical way to get to town, as public transportation takes far too long. The rooms are elegant and thoughtfully designed. The spa and swimming facilities are truly amazing. However, I don’t think I could stay at...
The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and pool area. Rooms are very comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard. Walk in closet was nice, robes and slippers are a nice touch and the room was quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly. There is nothing nearby and the shuttle was 15eu to go anywhere. Breakfasts were plentiful, the buffet was expansive and very crowded. The dining in the...

Very good hotel and location, staff was very nice and professional
This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Europe. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the room was clean, and the details were perfect. The breakfast was also excellent. A huge thank you! 🙏 We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and other major attractions, all within about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room was spacious, quite new, and spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and did a thorough job.
One of the best hotel around, the facility is good too, will stay again next time
We had a fantastic stay at iQ Hotel Roma. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, and despite being in a busy area, we heard absolutely no noise from the street. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—one of the highlights of our stay. We loved the rooftop restaurant as well; the food and atmosphere were excellent. We also booked the hotel’s cooking class, which turned out to be an...

Great SPA and great food. Excellent selection of wine. Professional staff and nice terrace where to spend some time and sunbathe
I had a great time in this hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is well varied and good quality. The best part is the wellness centre though: big, quiet, and with all comforts, able to low down your cortisol levels in just one day. I felt very pampered afterwards
Great hotel, but has an awfully unstable wifi. Ultra annoying if there for work.
After a long day of traveling this was an easy stop to book on the internet & came w/ a good price. Touted as a wellness hotel, but I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. I was too tired & just wanted to sleep. There was lots of activity back and forth to the spa so I could tell others enjoyed it. The room was large had all the amenities you would need for forgotten bathroom goodies. I did...
Staying here at the moment and would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It’s right in the centre of Fiuggi . Very high standards throughout, service, decor , cleanliness. great hotel! let’s start with the negative so we get it out of the way. the location, despite being well connected with public transport, isn’t really central. expect a 30-min walk minimum to the popular attractions. ok, now for the positives. the place is huge, and this means big rooms and open spaces. the room was very clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfy bed and complementary water upon our...
The room was modern but felt like it was designed for the 70s, Vibrant greens and oranges filled the room. Lack of amenities such coffee/tea in the room (the bar downstairs did have these but for a cost). The housekeeping was prompt. The location was close to many restaurants and the bus stop from the train station was a block away. The bar keeepr was exceptionally helpful (give him a raise)! Overall...
The hotel itself is very nice. Although for the price, I’m not sure. The maintenance staff are lovely. However, I got mislead by the reception team — I directly asked them whether the drinks in my Mini fridge are free, they said yes. Then I got hit with a €127 fee at the end of my stay. They even charged the amount for the final day, even though I didn’t take any drinks that day. Absolute scam, even...
The hotel lobby was packed with people from multiple tour groups checking in, making it very noisy. There were only two front desk staff members, and they were both busy processing the group check-ins, completely unable to attend to me. I had to wait about seven or eight minutes, but once it was my turn, the check-in process was quick. The room itself was good, generally clean and comfortable, and...
Great hotel,in an amazing location, was located close to bus routes easy to get around. Was not in the middle of a lot of touristy stuff which would we really enjoyed. Wasn't extremely busy with people everywhere. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were friendly
A pleasant stay at this hotel. As for the rooms – the air conditioning was barely noticeable, and the rooms really need renovation. In the bathroom, there was mold on the walls and around the windows. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay, a little out of the way but good price. Great facilities
Very good service, very good breakfast, the lifeguard, the gentleman, very good service, kept the pool clean and did the contamination tests and was attentive to make sure we were comfortable, at reception always attentive to requests or taxi calls, the bar served very well and it is not expensive, thank you very much
The location is convenient if you’re coming from the airport, but it’s still quite far from the city center. I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign because I didn’t want housekeeping to enter, but they came in anyway. They even took a bag that wasn’t trash — it contained souvenirs I had just bought. It was extremely disappointing. What’s the point of the sign if it’s going to be ignored?
We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Very, very good. It would be even better if the hygiene were a bit better.
We stayed for 8 days from Nov 8 to Nov 16. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were cheerful and cooperative. The breakfast was a good spread. We had dinner a few times at the Antila Restaurant. While the food quality was great, we felt that there could be more items from the menu to choose from.
We had an amazing stay at the NH Collection Roma! The rooms were elegant, quiet, and super comfortable — a perfect mix of modern style and classic charm. Very fair out from centre of Rome there is a train station 10 minutes away but it’s not easy to use I would dow load the train app to know times and what train to get as there’s no staff at train station, the hotel clean but small rooms and breakfast was okay
Rooms are very small. I booked executive room and it's no bigger than an average hotel room.
The service was much appreciated, with a great deal of kindness, availability, and helpfulness. The front desk was excellent, and the restaurant service was even better, both for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was average, nothing spectacular, but the food was good, plentiful, and in line with the menu's promise. Despite being busy, the service was flawless. Only the elevator, one of the three, broke...
The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. The second day, I went to the restaurant on the ground floor, which was much quieter.
The hotel looks new and modern, breakfast is ok
Small but cozy room. Perhaps a little too warm upon arrival. Satisfactory breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel is in a run down area, far out from the city center. Staff are polite but lack enthusiasm. The breakfast is cold and basic. Customer service is good and the hotels close proximity to FCO is great for late arriving flights or early departures. Rooms were a little outdated however perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel shuttle is easy to use at a cost of €7 per person. It does cost additional to use the fitness and wellness facilities.
Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport. The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome...
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar. I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite.
The location is excellent, right in the T3 arrival area of the airport. The hotel shuttle bus stop is right by Gate 4. I didn't know the shuttle schedule before, and it got really cold later, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which cost 35 Euros. So, it's a good idea to check the shuttle schedule beforehand for convenience.
Good for an overnight airport connection hotel. My gripe was that there was no coffee maker or electric kettle, one had to go to the lobby and figure it out. And 2 pillows on the big bed. Both are pretty minor, really. Their shuttle at the airport is on a big lane with other hotels, stand at the #3 spot. They arrange a departure shuttle for you at check in.
Hotel Tiber is our go-to last night in Italy stop. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient with excellent airport shuttle service. Can always count on great service from the staff. We appreciate the excellent choice of restaurants in the area and the rooftop bar to savor our last Italian sunsets. Looking forward to our next vacation. Best, Daniel and Linda Shanks

I'm really glad I chose this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel. They're clean, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Rome. There's a shuttle bus in the morning to drop you off near Rome. They also pick you up at a designated location. A taxi from the city to the hotel costs 20 euros before 8:30 PM. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is nice. I don't recommend the food at the hotel restaurant. The pool water is too cold, and there's a separate daily fee for its use.
The environment was fantastic and very clean, plus there's a swimming pool! A complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room. However, security needs serious attention as my door was opened twice during my stay – once by a staff member and another time by an unknown person. A wonderful hotel. Four stars. Service is top-notch. We stayed for three nights. The room was clean and the furniture was decent. We were served by Papi, a worker, on Friday night, and he treated us wonderfully, helping us at all times and making everything easy for us. He is a very good worker and a great person. If Papi could be given 100 stars, he would.
Great location with nice views of the ocean. The service is OKAY but the electricity went off suddenly.
Expect a 2 star, be happy. Room was small and dark, but perfectly functional and clean. I slept very well. No AC wasn't a problem on a cooler evening in June. I'm glad I didn't get a beach view, the music at the beach across the street was quite loud late, but didn't keep me up. Front desk was pleasant and competent. Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

3 stars earned by location and breakfast (really good!). My room was not nice: Behind the bed was a thick layer of dust, also in parts of the closet. The curtain was full of stains (inclusive a huge red stain). The bathroom ist very old. In total it's bearable if you just sleep there 2-3 nights. Service was okay, the toilet wouldn't stop running water and they fixed it during a day.
We stayed here and enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and fun. We enjoyed there breakfast, it was only a few steps away from the trevi fountain and a good walking distance to everywhere else. My only complaint was the rooms were smaller and there was no view but that is very likely in Rome

This hotel is relatively new with a unique and stylish decor. I had a very comfortable two-night stay. Although it's not in the city center, Metro Line 1 makes it very convenient to get to the airport, train station, and city center! I didn't have breakfast, but it was probably quite good. I might stay here again next time I'm in Rome!
This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.
I recommend staying here if you're visiting the Vatican area; it's a 12-minute walk to the museums. The rooms are decent, the bedding is nice, but the soundproofing isn't great, and there's no kettle or coffee maker in the room. There's a swimming pool and gym downstairs. Overall, I'd recommend it; its location and value for money are its strengths.
The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.
Very nice hotel with super service. Location is a bit out of the Centre, but accessible via Metro
The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.

The room facilities are clean, well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear from use. The reception and breakfast room are in a pleasant environment. Everything is beautifully decorated for the Advent season.
Very nice convenient hotel with amazing location and view. The reception staff are responsive and helpful. The breakfast is good quality with helpful staff. The room is clean well furnished. It has been wonderful experience. Ostia is a nice city with amazing see view.
