Comfortable, elegant, historic driven decoration, almost as art museum.
Outstanding furniture.

It was a present to myself to living in this marvelous palace. Everything was so nice. The hotel is a kind of gallery, everywhere were very old paintings. It was very clean and the service and the staff excellent. I hope one day to visit again and live the myth to treat you like a royal!!!!!
If you want to really experience the best of Rome, this is the best place to stay. Hotel staff is very friendly, attentive, clean, safe, accommodating and they treat every guest as if you’re apart of their family. I have traveled all around the world and I always seem to find hidden gems solely based on reviews. Absolutely loved this hotel.
Place looks nice. But not so good utility wise. WiFi signs in the bedrooms are not good. The heaters (electric ovens) have some or the other problems. Doors of many of the rooms doesn't lock/unlock properly. And they don't provide drinking water. You'll have to buy it from outside (this may be a common practice in Italy, but not very convenient for people traveling from other countries). No views as...
Beautiful. Large apartment spaces, jet bath, large bed, sky TV, late checkout, super friendly staff. Breakfast was large and delicious. It's like a cool museum hotel hybrid

I had a wonderful stay at Marcella. The hotel is beautiful with old world Italian charm. The room was quite nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were also wonderful! The staff at Marcella was always attentive to our needs & upon arrival, the gentleman working the reception desk recommended a casual restaurant right around the corner, where I enjoyed a delicious pasta...
Very good hotel in an ideal location, roof top bar is lovely. We had a city view room it was a bit noisy with but we were in a big city, it didn't stop me sleeping. Plenty restaurants/bars in the same street, a chemist and grocery shop over the road and around the corner 2minutes away. The hotel is very clean our room was a standard double and had a large very comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very...
The hotel we stayed at was located in the heart of Rome's old town, and we stayed in a suite. The hotel's classic décor was a delight; everything in the room, from the vases and paintings on the walls to the vintage cabinets, was a pleasure! The classic decorative details blended perfectly with modern comfort, and every corner exuded a sense of history. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making...
It's a little far from the center, so it's not too noisy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat.
The breakfast was taste amazing
The Marcella Royal is a lovely hotel located just close enough yet far away enough from Roma Termini train station. It’s a lovingly cared for grand dame of a hotel with a very pleasant front desk staff including Martina and Mauro who gave us personal attention every day of our stay. The real draw is the rooftop garden where we had a delicious and varied breakfast every day of our stay. We also enjoyed...

Very friendly staffs and good breakfast, clean room too !
Nice place to stay if you came in Rieti. Customers are friendly and always smyling. Good italian breakfast. Rooms are confortable and single bed are kingsize. You've not to be scared by dogs. Owners have a small-size dog (very friendly).
Nice hotel, clean with excellent service and good breakfast. Very reasonable prices.

Their employees were very friendly, and after we had to check out, before we were going to the airport, they held our bags for us. Also location was amazing, as well as the room.
The room was quite comfortable. The staff was helpful. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street very close to a number of major attractions. And the price was reasonable.
Yet another fantastic stay at this spotlessly clean hotel. All staff are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect for visiting all the major attractions and close to bus and tram stops. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Lots of places to eat in the area, to choose from too.
I 100% recommend this accommodation. I came alone for 3 nights and was treated wonderfully, from the receptionist who recommended the best pizzeria I've ever eaten at in Rome, to the breakfast buffet waitress (a real charmer), to the housekeeping staff.
The buffet has tons of options and the opening hours are great (7:30-10:30).
The room is impressive with very high ceilings and a huge window.
The room was okay and the location was very good. It was more than 10 minutes' walk from the arena. The front desk service was very good. They also provided a travel map. The staff drew the locations of various attractions in detail.
Facilities are old .
The others are good.

Rooms clean and tidy. Hair dryers are bit old, along with shower batteries. Food is good. Neighbourhood really peaceful.
Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Comfortable room and toilet. Breakfast buffet was ok. Though hot water for tea pr coffee not available in the room. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Located in a peaceful, residential area.
Bathroom had mold in grout of tiles in the bathroom. Also some grout on outside of shower was crumbling. NO ICE! I know European hotels don't have ice as available as American hotels - but you couldn't get ice even if you would pay for it! Ihad to walk 10 min (each way) to buy ice. Breakfast had bacon that would chip your tooth and runny eggs. It is so far outside of city center it isn't even...
This was my second time at this hotel.
I was there last year and everything was fine.
This year, there was a crack in the window and a few other things that we didn't like.
The staff is very friendly, and the parking is excellent. It seems like a good hotel for travelers who rent a car. However, Wi-Fi access is rarely available on higher floors. If you're using a laptop for video conferencing, you'll likely have to connect from the first-floor lobby. Therefore, it would be nice to see improvements to the facilities for business travelers.
In a quiet residential neighborhood, close to a metro station, reasonably priced, spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly staff.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Located by the sea, the environment is beautiful and perfect for a vacation. The hotel facilities were also quite good. I would definitely book here again next time I have the chance.
The best hotel I stayed at in Europe.
Remodeled from an aristocratic mansion from the early 1900s, it is warm and all interior facilities are state-of-the-art electronic. The air conditioning provides both cooling and heating, and uses Samsung equipment.
Additionally, you can see the beach directly from the terrace.
The best choice if you want to experience the nostalgia of Italian nobility combined...
Former convent converted into boutique hotel offers waterfront location near downtown area and ferry port. We stayed in annex, which offered very clean simple rooms with modern amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lovely location which we visited in “off season” - summer months would probably be a very different and much more hectic experience.
The breakfast was out-of-the-box and local pastries. The coffee was good. The dining room is lovely with a fine view of the sea, but we were there at the end of the season and I think they could not keep a chef available for all meals. The grounds, parking and access to the beach were outstanding. A classic early 20th century Victorian hotel.
We stayed from 19 to 25 July 2021 and this allowed us to appreciate the elegance, tranquility and fantastic location on the sea. All this made us breathe an atmosphere of old-fashioned elegance.
We will definitely be back!
Great! I was a guest of this property until last week.
Lovely place, views of the sea and the Gulf of Gaeta, nice staff and high quality food.
Highly recommended.

Old house. The bathroom hot water is faulty; it keeps spraying hot water, extremely hot, making it impossible to shower. Everything else is fine. The interior furnishings are antique-style. Large windows. Near tourist attractions.
A small but very cozy hotel. Almost all the main attractions are within walking distance.
Nice location - in front of the hotel is a big Cathedral.
Very beautiful hotel inside! Courtyard is nice.
Good location, but outdated facilities
Free parking is great here. The location is also excellent. It's just that the 4 stars itself doesn't match the actual situation. The hardware facilities and sanitary conditions are a bit inconsistent with the 4 stars. In terms of price, if it weren't for the location and free parking, it wouldn't be worth the price.
The location is good, free parking, breakfast is OK, all bread, etc. The hotel is a bit old, but the transportation is convenient

we are very satisfied staying at this hotel, clean room, bright room, good breakfast and very friendly staffs
Beautiful and clean! Located in the city center, the stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming; the front desk and bellhops made me feel right at home. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Rome.
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service is warm and attentive. I'm very satisfied with choosing this place when I came to Rome.
Location is excellent. Very clean hotel.
The room is very big and clean, the bathroom is also very big, and most importantly, it is very close to the scenic spots, such as the wishing fountain, which can be reached on foot, and there are famous pizza shops and ice cream shops next to it.
A lovely hotel, well situated for many of Rome’s must see sights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast with cereals, meats, pastries and a cooked breakfast. Rooftop bar has great views. Be aware it does stop serving drinks from 9pm in winter months.
Clean , cool room. Definitely stay here again if we are at that end of the city.

It was very expensive for what was offered. The photos were misleading, as there was no pool.
Recommended hotel. Clean and excellent breakfast.
We had a great big room with a balcony which was spotless. The hotel itself is located nearby a metro station which is 5 mins walk. It is only 5 stops to Collesium metro station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel too.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean and super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
Location is great. The hotel is 15-20 mins away from Colosseum
Although it's a little far from Termini Station, it's within walking distance of the tourist attractions. Even at relatively late hours, there are bustling shops around, and although there aren't many people around, the area seems safe.
Meals are served buffet-style. There aren't many items to choose from. Personally, food wasn't that important to me, so it was sufficient.
The staff were also polite...
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. Excellent service, friendly staff, who also spoke English, and a really nice breakfast! All at a very competitive price.
Located in a nice and quiet residential are with cafes and restaurants close by, one even right across the street. About 15 min walk to the Coliseum and other major sights.
Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there...

We stayed at Hotel Gioberti for 5 nights while visiting Rome in February. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Termini station, providing easy access to airport buses. But you should be prepared to walk or get the metro to major attractions. We love walking so it wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for older people. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. The room was cleaned...
Excellent location, within 2 minutes walking distance from the Rome Train Teminal and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room is very clean and quiet. Water pressure of the shower is strong. Breakfast is served with no extra cost.
I visited last year and booked Gioberti again this year for a family trip. The location is perfect, right in front of Termini Station. I recommend this hotel over more inconvenient options. My parents were also very satisfied.
Excellent hotel nearby the train station, easy to go around.
There was a problem with the elevator in the middle of the night, and the alarm rang for about 10 minutes.
Other than that, the service was good, they looked after my suitcases, and there were many friendly and smiling staff, so I had a pleasant stay.
Above all, the location was great, right next to Terminus Station. There were many restaurants near the hotel, and a stall selling souvenirs for 1 euro each on the street in front of the hotel was very useful. The front desk staff was friendly, but there was always only one person, so there was often a line. There were no security issues, but at night, African people gathered on the street and made...

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a one or two-minute walk from the subway station. It's only two stops by metro to Termini Central Station, or about a 25-minute walk. A simply flawless stay at the Hotel Imperiale Omnia in Rome. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional down to the last detail, and the manager is truly fantastic: you can feel their passion for excellence in every gesture. We came first time to rome and this place makes you feel so at home thanks to Andrea he was so accommodating and welcoming
It's important to come to unknown country and to get such a nice quite hotel out the way
We got taxi or bus to city great place amazing shopping centre nearby the staff were so accommodating.
Breakfast was good and we were overall happy
The room is clean and comfortable and have all needed amenities. The breakfast is great and with a lot of options. The hotel is far from the center area but bus station is located directly beside the hotel.
Great hotel with busstop on the street! The rooms are luxury and nice bathroom. Only the airco doesn’t worked very well for me. But the breakfast and other stuff was really nice!
The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10.
The breakfast had a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. The people working were very helpful in figuring out the day’s itinerary. The room was comfortable with an AC made the room perfect temperature. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us breakfast to go when we were in hurry.

The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Dominic was especial kind and helpful. My only issue was that my room (219) was right next to the elevator and was
annoying in the evening.
I stayed in 4 hotels during my trip to Italy and this was one of the best.
Coffee in the room, clean and quiet, available restaurant and includes breakfast.
Free wifi had a strong signal and the staff were very helpful.
The only real way to review this is to explain what this hotel is for. You will use this hotel to sleep only because it's literally the only thing it offers. No amenities, pool, entertainment or anything else.
As a place to sleep, the rooms are spacious, well kept and cleaned and some provide a balcony. The only problem is that the walls are paper thin, so you'll get real familiar with your neighbors...

I’ve stayed here before and generally it’s a nice place and comfortable to stay. I subtract points only for the breakfast service, which charges 5 € (!) extra for fruit juice and serves terrible coffee. The breakfast lady is lovely, as are all the receptionists.
Request to get the safe working didn't produce any results over 3 days. No hot water one day. Rooms are stylish, but lack practical things like drawers and hooks for clothing
It's clean and the service is great. The location is also great, so it's a great place to come with friends. The staff are really friendly.

Superb stay! The attention and services are exceptional, not to mention the food and the beautiful garden terrace! The hotel is very clean and located across from the Vatican.
