Great hotel. In a sea of poor Italian customer service, this was an oasis of relief. The front desk staff was very kind and engaging. They also allowed us to check in early which was a huge relief to escape the 100deg heat. If I'm ever forced to go to Rome again, then I will be sure to stay here.

Very convenient location (1 minute walk from the Vatican Museum entrance), very kind staff, always a smiling and very helpful in the services offered and in the advices for getting around the city. We were first given a dreadful room that was very disappointing, small and dirty. It had bare wires hanging out of the ceiling, the phone didn't work, neither did the lift and carrying suitcases up five flights of stairs when you arrive at your hotel isn't fun. The breakfast was abysmal. The staff however, were lovely and the location, excellent.

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

Husk of former glory Hotel has seen better days and its just a downward spiral based on our visit. The area is walking distance from everything you need though, bus, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store.

A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time...

5-star hotel! Booked with Zoomarine. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay last night. A unique mattress, super soft pillows, and a room with attention to every detail. Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Not the first time here. I’ve been coming back to Hotel Isa since my first time in 2020 ish. At least twice a year. My favorite go to place in Rome. You can walk to almost every famous spot from here.

Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.

The room was terribly small and the two beds were placed vertical to each other at the corner, which was weird. The interior design of the room made it feel not clean. Same for the washroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very friendly.

Positive stay experience and very kind and qualified staff

The front reception was not too nice and they also did not mark down that we already paid the city tax upon checking out. The roof was also leaking water when it rained that night and woke me up. It was not the best experience.

The food is excellent the staffs are very engaging. The location is central five minutes from Metro train to go to Airport.

The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. That's a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine. It's also very easy to find places to eat and get a taxi around here.

It’s not the newest hotel but give you the experience of it. Excellent ubication not in the center and fantastic well comunicate by buses to diffent points of the city. The room was very nice and spacious, the breakfast quite rich and good.

Hotel was ok for the price. There's a small shopping mall right next to it that comes in handy. Just the night receptionist was rude when we arrived at night. He got upset because we couldn't find the room and had to send someone else to show us. Not our fault that the room numbers are all messed up. I don't remember his name but was a tall guy I think from Argentina.
