Auditorium Mecenate in Rome

This is not a hotel. This is not even a bed and breakfast. This is just
a bed in someone's apartment.
It was very difficult to find the place. There was no sign of a hotel, even people in the same building never heard of that place! There is no sign which floor to find that place so I spent time going up and down the building trying to find them.
The breakfast was poor just croissant and tea served in your room.
No toiletries and bathroom was not cleaned. The bathroom was small and water pressure was low. The AC in the room and bathroom fan made terrible noise that I couldn't sleep with the AC on. Even there is no way to adjust AC temperature it's either on or off!
The room is few steps from the apartment entrance so I could hear the reception guy all night clicking on the computer keyboard.
The double bed is actually 2 single beds put next to each other.
The whole thing was terrible experience and I could have had same treat if I slept on streets!

This is the worst. I booked the auditorium but I couldn't even check in. When I arrived, the front desk told me to go to a hotel in a different location. I checked in at a different hotel without knowing what was going on and stayed for one night. It was so ridiculous and annoying, and I couldn't communicate, so I couldn't do anything. Looking at Google reviews, I saw that this wasn't the only thing that happened to me. It was a very embarrassing and frustrating experience.
