Hotel Valle in Rome

It was absolutely terrible. The hotel interior was like a guesthouse from the 1990s; there was a terrible stench as soon as you walked in. The room was tiny; there wasn't even room to unfold my 28-inch suitcase. The bathroom was worse than a public restroom. The room was filthy everywhere, with stains all over the walls. It was completely different from the pictures. It was the worst room I'd stayed in during my month-long trip. I booked three nights and got the worst room. When I asked to change rooms, the front desk refused and just gave me another, even worse room. The experience was so bad it ruined my trip.

First of all, this is a hotel you should not stay at in the summer. The air conditioner stops working from midnight to 8am. I asked other guests and they said they had the same problem with the air conditioner. The breakfast is awful. There are only a few types of pastries, and they are so dry that I wonder if they were bought at the supermarket. The only drinks are coffee and water. The breakfast area is very small. I stayed for a few days, but after the second day I had McDonald's breakfast.

I was totally deceived, I booked a room through this app and through the photos that are here, but in fact this hotel has other rooms, and after I complained and said that I would pursue my rights, they sent me to another hotel They work together and I went to the real room in the photo, but I had to sleep in a dirty room, a musty smell, a bathroom without hot water and disgusting, please don't go to this hotel, it's not true. photos, and the breakfast is horrible and has almost nothing, it was horrible staying there one night, and the photos of this hotel are actually the Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi hotel, you can go there and confirm, it really is that room in the photos but the breakfast is terrible and there are no options, and the people of Rome are all uneducated 😔 This hotel deceives people, and the app was charging me 36 Euros for tourism, and when I got there they charged me 52 Euros and said it had gone up but I didn't receive any email with that information.
