This is listed as a 3-star hotel, and I give 5 stars within that category. It is wonderfully close to Roma Termini, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and Rifugio Romano restaurant is across the street. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the shower was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Good location, 450m walk from Rome Termini Train Station. Friendly and helpful staff, room are clean and quiet.
Happy to use the cups with morning greeting.
Beware of “pickpockets”
Rome Termini is also a place to shop and Conad Supermarket is at the corner. And my favorite Toast House for sandwiches.
Lane 23 or 24 train took about 28mins - 30mins to Fiumicino international airport T1 and T3.

The room was clean but very small. There’s not much space left besides the king bed we had. Overall it’s very clean and the cleaning staff was professional to keep our belongings untouched. The bath is tiny. I’m 185cm tall and I felt uncomfortable when taking showers. It will be the same for people with my height.
The receptionists were helpful and very professional. They offer free luggage storage.
One big problem was the room was not soundproof. I could hear people taking showers, talking, walking up and down the stairs. If you get up normally after 8:30am, you will likely to be woken up before that by the noise.

Good location, friendly staff, beautiful breakfasts.
Took 1 star off because of tiny showers + the cleaning person kept throwing away our water bottles and took away a plate we asked on reception, but otherwise had a great stay, thank you

Great place. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I recommend it!

This hotel is well located, close to the bus and train terminal. Several restaurants are close by and a mini mart for snacks and drinks is opposite.
Rooms are very clean and maid service is good. Reception staff are helpful. Rooms are quite small but have everything you need.
There is a nice selection at breakfast, which is kept well stocked.

Very good experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk from the train station, eliminating the hassle of carrying luggage. It is also close to many attractions.

A pretty decent hotel. The rooms can be rather small but you have everything including a bidet. Wireless works but its not too great.
Breakfast is in a very panoramic place and the diversity of it is not that great but you can see they try. There are little cooked meals (omelette, bacon, sausage) the rest is mostly meat and cheeze. The coffee is great.
There was some consistent white noise coming from the AC and in the bathroom despite AC off. No toilet brush yet plenty of schampoos and such.
The location is pretty great. Termini is pretty close and there are many good restaurants around. Not many shady people around but if you visit around Jubilee there's plenty of security in the city
