Linate is a small airport somewhere in Italy. The hotel is just 5min from the airport by taxi Spartan room BUT with roomy shower and lots of plugs. Breakfast for me was special after a very long time away from Europe. Easy transport to Malpensa.( by taxi 175 Euros). All good. Nice staff.

Everything is very positive. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Easy walkable to the train station, metro. There is a bus stop of buses going to Malpensa Airport (10 euro/person). The only negative is - it is a train station area. But, we did not have any problem. It seems it is safe there.

Room is very clean and spacious. The shower was good and washed off the tiredness of travelling. Location is perfect, next to Central Milan station, with supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Commuting to attractions is convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to have some history but this is not really a concern.

We experienced 2 bad things there First: We booked a twin bed, unfortunately was given 2 single beds which were placed far apart. Second: We were told that the check-out time was 12.00 noon, but your housekeeping staff tried to open our room 2 times by using their master key at approx. 10.00 a.m. without knocking the room door while we were inside. We were so panicked how this thing could happened...

One night in Milan Needed accommodation near the main railway station at a sensible price owing to planned timings in the city. This hotel is very convenient from that perspective.

Room was clean and modern. There was air conditioning and all the other equipment you want for a nice stay. Breakfast was good and had different warm and cold food options. Only downside was that when we arrived late in the evening, check in took a while.

The front desk and lobby are decent, but the rooms and hallways are just okay. It feels like an old building that's been converted. The big plus is its proximity to the train station, making it a great option if you have an early train to catch – we just walked over in the morning. We like that the hotel is in a quiet area and close to the metro. Staff were great and helpful. Being there during summertime meant it’s hot and sweaty and it would have been better if the A/C in the room was cold enough to handle the heat.
