Every year we have a group ski trip the beautiful Chiesa village with three or four families and children. The children are between 14 and 20 now. The hotel we usually use has continually increased price to a level which made us look at alternatives. After a reading trip advisor reviews of the La Betulla we reached out to them for a price. A great experience the first weekend in September. Extremely comfortable and recently renovated, we were even given a superior room even though we had booked a standard room. A nice hotel opposite a park and walking distance to restaurants. Even at night the park and the area didn't look dangerous. Hotel was simple with really good service and luggage storage was available if you rocked up at the hotel well before the check in time, like us. It is central and the attendants are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, breakfast is included. It is in front of a park and you can hear many birds and it is quite cool. The reception needs to be remodeled and some furniture too.

The website said there was parking included for a fee. This was not the case as I was charged for parking and told to use a permit that they gave me and to find my own parking spot, being in the center of the city this was difficult. Luckily I found a spot reasonably close to the hotel so I could manage my luggage

The Continental is a business hotel, kind of, so not much charming or romantic. Yet it's quiet and clean and that was what we needed for one night: a convenient place to rest. The private parking is a plus.

I arrived at the hotel with around 20 other people after our flight got cancelled. The staff was not even properly informed about the situation but they still managed to provide us with a place to sleep, dinner, and even breakfast at 2 AM! All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room on the third floor was immaculate. They've done a great renovation of the hotel. Our blacony overlooked the square which was quiet and had views of the mountain. The staff were accomodating when we needed extra things to help with our stay. Generally a really positive vibe here.

Our second time staying at Hotel Capriolo and everything was as great as the first time. Friendly service, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, and the food in the restaurant is first class. There is also an impressive spa area with pool, sauna, steam room etc. 5 minute walk to the slopes and 10 mins into town. We had a really good stay at San Lorenzo. The gentleman on the front counter was friendly (his English was much better than my Italian!). Check in was fast. The room was typical European size (a bit on the small side) but well appointed and very clean. Nice rooms with easy access and friendly personnel. The locations is great when you’re trying to stay close to the train station (eg for Bernina Express at 8 am) - literally just a 1 min walk. There are also many restaurants around. The room had a fridge, a/c and a comfortable bathroom.

B&B means bed and breakfast but this hotel don't have breakfast (they said they sent me this info but I didn't see) and bed was very uncomfortable( they say it's the best bed but may he not for me sorry) , Window was looking to inside stairs. This was a highlight for us. We had a double room and a junior sweet for our party. The rooms were very clean, well laid out with all you need. Only a few mins from the train station I recommend checking in online to save the walk to the hotel. We stayed here after our trip on the Bernina express before heading to Milan. Nice and quiet and a great nights sleep.

Very good position but restored the rooms and all the rest!

Alles da für außergewöhnliche MTB-Tage! Der Chef selber kennt sich aus mit Touren und Technik und kann auch Bike-Shuttle und Bike-Reparaturen vermitteln, steht immer zur Verfügung für gute Tipps. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit verschiedenen sehr guten Kuchen, sehr gutes Abendessen zur Auswahl.
