This is my second time I stayed and I love the rhythm, vibe and family feel of the hotel. Always made to feel welcome and at home. Maura genuinely cared that I was having a good day EVERY day and I appreciated that. Food is excellent quality and great value for money. Would not stay anywhere else in Livigno - I introduced my daughter and her boyfriend this year and they loved it too.

We had a great week at Hotel Cristallo (two families / four rooms). The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is awesome. The wellness area is the best we have tried yet. They have a great breakfast selection, and the dining area has a really great ambience. There’s a metro stop mere feet away (blue line), and there’s also a tram about a 5-minute walk away. Nice but old hotel in the old town. Small rooms. Some rooms have a view directly to the building adjacent looking into a brick wall. Breakfast was somewhat poor and served with no smile at all.

Nice, clean, friendly; everything to make our stay memorable

Very well situated next to the Lake and close to the car park. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately UK adaptors do not work in this hotel but we found an adaptor on the room kettle so were able to use this with our own adaptors. Staff weren't particularly friendly.

Hotel Europa is conveniently located about 3 minutes walk (flat) from the nearby metro station. It’s safe to walk back to the hotel from the metro station. Hotel Duomo stay Excellent stay overall. Very clean well maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The one single minor criticism I have is that at the very end I needed to pay a so-called “city tax” which I had never heard of. But considering the quality of everything else (and the fact that this tax was only six euros) this is only a minor criticism. Overall, highly recommended

The location is superb, making it easy to get to any part of the city. The staff are friendly, and it's clean and quiet. There was always hot water. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily.

Run by Chinese owners, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The soundproofing in the hotel is extremely poor. It's probably on par with the most basic budget hotels in China, or even an old, run-down house. It's okay for a one-night stopover.

Really close to central railway station. Warm room (what I found uncommon in Italy and very pleasant for me). Room had a small cosy balcony with beautiful view. Warm floors in the bathroom 😍. Breakfast costed me only 8 euro and for this price it was more than good. In total it is great value for money.

A clean hotel near Milano Centrale, standard quality you see at hotels nearby Italian railway stations. The location is great both for trains/Metro and reaching Milan airport. The buses stop right opposite the hotel entrance. There're several hotels in the same building but the signage is good and it is easy to find the entrance/hotel.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!

This is a nice place but you should be aware to photo in their website is the Central station. Hotel is on the third floor of a building across the station. That's a nice clean hotel. I loved it.

The room is small, the bed is small, the water in the bathroom is hot enough, but the water pressure is high and sharp, which hurts my face. This is a good improvement. Overall, it is clean and the bed is good for sleeping.

Located near Piazza Loreto, very close to the train station (within walking distance), it's convenient for getting around. The bed is large, and the room is warm, but the lighting is dim.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experiments in Sirmoine. The family who run Hotel Villa Rosa were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Very nice residence, well furnished and clean; quiet. We were 3 people and the apartment had enough space; it was perfect for two. Very good location for winter sport. Something that should be improved: some towels for bidet were missed; the only pan was scratched.

We stayed 5 nights in January. Hotel is for every reccomendation. Excellent location, very friendly staff, warm, clean rooms. Breakfast was varied, for everyone's need, including homemade products. We really enjoyed. This is the hotel we are looking forward to visit again.

The bathroom was filthy and had clearly not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was pink grime (normally Serratia bacteria) growing all over the tiles and the piece of string which was holding up the handheld shower head, there was visible limescale which had not been cleaned away. A beautiful family run hotel. Such lovely people that are so friendly and helpful. They have put a lot of love and thought into their hotel.
