Fantastic stay and am returning. Great pool with entertainment. Good entertainment for a small hotel. Free shuttle bus to the best beaches. I have changed a booking to return to the hotel
This place was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the stay as it was just what we were looking for. With breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach
Nice room, good service. Lots of choices for breakfast. The shuttle to the beach is an add bonus but you can also walk to the beach.
Food super
Accomodation ok but Italian 4*
Shuttle bus to beaches
We stayed for one week at Cala Rosa in August 2024. A very big GRAZIE to all the staff. Excellent service, it felt like home. Thanks to Matteo and the girls at the reception and thanks to the waiters
A special mention to Emmanuel, our waiter, and to the pasta girl who wears the glasses. Guys like these are what a hotel needs. Nice animation team as well, E20
The property is beautiful and immaculate. Breakfast is included and not to be believed. Expensive but worth every cent I asked about a local digestive, and the next day a small bottle was placed in our room
Their own private beach is beautiful. Accommodations perfect Not to be missed
The concierge and I were in contact well before our arrival. They response immediately to any question and helped arrange a tour, car rental and other transportation The staff never said no to any request
The porperty is immaculate: from the garden, to the beach facilities, to the restaurants. We were lucky enough to meet the GM - Alessandro D’Allocchio - who welcomed us and made us feel at home right away
Unbelievable hotel and service!!! Will definitely recommend and return.
We have stayed in Belmont hotels all over Italy and have always been delighted at the quality of the room the service And the Roma Zeno does not live up to the Belmont name

You need to win a lottery to go to the beach. You need to pay for beach towels. You need to love walking up stairs as the climb to your room is steep. The food is average the service the same
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and the apartment are very equipped. The views are amazing and the beach is very nice to stay at
The beach bar is very nice and we also used their free kayak services
Rooms Ok, but would need an upgrade, staff helpfull, breakfast nothing extra. Good 3 star hotel close to beach.
We came here for dinner expecting a decent amount of food options, especially since this restaurant is attached to a hotel. A sign at the entrance advised that after 07 September no Pizza is available
Very large hotel, private beach perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful sea, what can I say, excellent choice
You feel like you're actually staying in an old Italian villa with history, not just another 4 or 5 star hotel full of people that just don't care that much. It was quiet, which makes it perfect to just reset and chill
We took a day boat trip around the islands & this is worth considering [ €50 a head ] leaves at 9. 15 am and the hotel provided an excellent packed lunch for us just book at reception the day before
If you're looking for a typical Radisson Blu experience, look somewhere else. This hotel is truly for people that want to feel and experience Italy. It's charming, cozy, yet luxurious
The beach and sea were on par with the Caribbean clear blue waters with lots of fish for snorkling. It's a few minutes walk away with free sunbeds and umbrellas and towels
The staff was amazing, the food was great and the view was just spectacular. The architecture of the hotel makes it feel like it belongs there on the beachfront of Baja Sardinia
Clean, comfortable, great location, great breakfasts, great sunbeds at pool, efficient and friendly staff.

Wrist bands for lunch/dinner options that were never ending - I've never had so many food options ever. And that pool! Just wow!
Also, a special hats off to the two head baristas. They ran breakfast like clockwork
The pool is ok , enough sun loungers around. You can rent towels or bring your own. The beach is like 10 min walk through the field and unfortunately is covered in mountain of dry seaweed
The presence of "posidonia" on the beach was unfortunate but nobody's fault and there are several other beaches within walking distance
The pool and nearby areas were clean and well-kept. The location was great, with many beautiful beaches just a short distance away
Always ready with a joke, especially for us aussies who are a little bit special with our coffee orders. I have since learnt that an espresso is the true base of every coffee
The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the cleanliness could not be faulted and the menu varied

Watch out for the roof terrace room, the stairs are not in the room, so you have to walk out to access, that wasnt clear at the time of booking, so whilst lovely, it meant we didnt use, we thought our room had a roof terrace view, but the room was on the ground floor, disappointing and not worth the upgrade price
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the resort, staff were extremely attentive but we had to leave a review and mention Hamza! He made sure we had everything we need and was so friendly, a credit to the 7 pines team! 😊
Check in: When we pulled into reception, we were greeted by a team of staff - valet for our car, bellhop for our luggage, waiter for a bubbly drink, a concierge and golf cart driver to our room
Hotel restaurant on the pricey side so we mostly ate at local restaurants, which was worth the drive. The pizza restaurant at the hotel was good but overrated and overpriced
We received two turn downs in our room a day with lovely nighttime surprises and fresh water on our bedsides. There is literally no reason to leave the resort unless you want to explore the island of Sardinia
Globalist stay with suite upgrade award to a ocean view suite. Suites are on a smaller side but was nice to have. Hotel staff anticipated needs and were accommodating
The hotel was clean with stunning views and a lovely beach and pool. Staff could not have been more friendly
The hotel restaurant offers a decent lunch. The sea is magnificent for swimming. The beach is beautiful, but the price for umbrella hire is outrageous. Thank you Romina and staff
The property was in a great location and it roughly takes 30 minutes to walk to the marina and around 15 minutes to the local restaurants (It’s 30 euros one way to the marina)
The bathroom was very nice and modern, however, the bedroom was slightly dated and the mattress was not the most comfortable
Some areas of improvement would include modernising bathroom, shower is tiny anybody above average size may struggle. Restaurant, menu is small and a little over priced, however pool side snack good
We were put up in a small temporary room for the night, but the inconvenience was more than compensated for in the morning by Romina. She upgraded our room and we loved our stay in the end
Also the tv in the bedroom was not a smart tv and there were no English channels. If the bedrooms and TV were modernised I would stay here again

Garden Beach is a perfect place to go with friends and family. Very nice structure, basic rooms, fantastic children's entertainment. The Garden Beach is a perfect place for those who want to relax in peace
Lovely setting and great pool and bar area. Ideally situated next to the beach. What let's the resort down is the poor breakfast and attitude of some of the staff. Seem reluctant to replenish food and juices
This isnt what i expect from a 4 star hotel. The villas are rather small but the cleaners are efficient and changed our towels made thr beds and cleaned room daily
Rooms were nice, although our Aircon didn't work, was told system was changing over from 23rd May but nothing changed, it was blowing out air which I'm fairly confident was hotter than the outside temp, was always colder outside the room than inside
Showers were extremely powerful, great water pressure. Pool is very nice and hotel in general is lovely. Was very quiet when we went, never saw more than 3 or 4 groups of people around the main pool at any one time
We only stayed 4 days so was cheaper for us to hire a car for £100 than pay £130 each way for travel. Plus we then had the freedom to go wherever we wanted. The hotel has a nice car park that's free to use

We came here at the height of travel season (August 1) and were not able to receive the Amex upgrade. We were placed near the beach/restaurant area and by the pool
Stunning hotel, everything is perfect: service, location, interior, cleanliness, sea, beach! This is the best mesh on the coast. The only Breakfast like this level is rather weak, in my opinion.
Wonderful. The grounds. The staff. The food. We will come back. Worth every penny.
The beach is perfect—it’s quite large, with small lapping waves and soft sand that extends all the way into the water. There are two main dining options on premises: The Grill and Bar Pitrizza
Amazing location, amazing people, some rooms are out dated and do no justice to the place. Must make sure to call the hotel and be placed in an updated room.
The breakfast buffet (served at Bar Pitrizza) is extensive and high quality, including eggs made to order. The daytime/lunch menu at Bar Pitrizza is somewhat limited, but has something for everyone

I loved the atmosphere of the ocean and the scenery. Did not like that they only give you one beach towel for the entire stay
The hotel is located in a great area, with its own beach surrounded by beautiful and picturesque views. Right in front of the hotel there is a restaurant-café, which is very convenient if meals are not included
We just went to the beach and put our towels in the sand, or on a portable chair if available when we were ready to get in the sun. We ate at the restaurant across the street and had a blast
The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, giving off an “old village” vibe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Within walking distance, you’ll find a plaza with restaurants, shops, and another beach
We all had a great time here!!! The multiple pools was awesome. The private beach was good to have on site. Walking into town was easy and very close. the breakfast spread was outstanding
The front desk staff was fantastic. We liked the private resort which had amazing grounds including pools, and the beach/rocks. The pool/beach chair scenario is very undesireable
We loved the free water, the great towels and the little afternoon treats. There is a very shallow area which is small child friendly. Two black marks though: the constant music
A really big thanks for a special present when Liverpool were playing champions league - beers and a wonderful note in my room. Wonderful combination of a la carte offerings and buffet. Plus a pasty corner to die for
INCREDIBLE. I went to a few W before but this one is the best by far!!! From the service to the beauty of the place, everything was beyond perfect and better than my expectations. 100% recommend
The balcony makes a difference. Cleaning service and turn-down were fabulous, along with a little chocolate or sweet gift each night. Pool area was really nice, with wonderful service
Hats off to Erica at the front desk, Melinda, Aleksander and all the others in the absolutely fab breakfast room. That room had a super view of the quaint little harbour

-Charging for Nespresso capsules(!!!) in the room was unexpected and felt out of place for a five-star hotel. This detail was not clearly communicated beforehand and only discovered at checkout, which was disappointing
However, there are a few aspects that we feel could be improved, especially considering the hotel presents itself as a five-star establishment:
-The property would benefit from some renovation
We stayed at this hotel for a week in June and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location is certainly one of the highlights
-The gym area was not air-conditioned, despite outside temperatures exceeding 30°C. This made it quite uncomfortable to use and could be improved for guest comfort
-Complimentary bottled water was only provided upon arrival. We believe a bottle per guest should be included daily, as is standard in many luxury hotels
The breakfast area, located on the lower ground floor, feels quite enclosed and lacks natural light, which can make the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy

Decor is a bit dated and worn, but plenty of outlets for charging phones next to the bed. The large pool ( with lifeguard on duty) and small private gulf beach on-site make for plenty to do
We visited in July and it was not overly crowded. There's a free shuttle to a larger public beach that runs frequently. Summer weather made tennis and volleyball possible only very early or very late
Nice tradit
The food and hotel was lovely. It’s a very clean traditional hotel. Only down side was the VERY loud evening entertainment. Our room was quite close to it so no early night for us
If they just turned it down it would of been bearable
Ping pong table is in the shade, worn and needs replacement, but we enjoyed it l. Our dining experience was very good overall for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool side bar has a nice snack menu
Especially appreciated the music team and Aqua aerobics each day!
The family rooms are extremely spacious. Sleeping 4 to 5 with a loft setup and walkin closet. Facilities are aged, but clean

Staff is great and helpfull. Facilities clean. À lot of activities. Food is very good-buffet. Beach across the street. Great with Kids.
This hotel really exceeded my expectations, thank you again to the whole team !
The Room: we had a double bedroom with a small garden, it was excellent
The location is awesome: it's so close to the beach, just one road to cross, 4-5 minutes from our room to the beach
The food was excellent, prepared according to italian traditions (as far as I know ;-) and most of all: prepared with love and passion. That's something I can feel when I eat
And it's this small charming bay where children feel good and parents don't have to worry because it's not a huge long beach. Perfect holiday, looking forward to coming back !
The beds are comfortable and you get a set of 2 pillows (one thicker, the other one thinner) for all your needs. I had my own pillow with me, I ended up not using it
We can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. We are experienced travellers and this hotel is a standout. Location and beach are perfect
Let's start with the staff and support:
Our daughter got sick on the last day and the team gave us a late checkout to support the situation. The hotel is situated right at the beach with a beautiful pool
We went to several other beaches miles away and found this beach to the best. Breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Short drive to town with tons of restaurant choice
What a cute hotel and a beautiful location. Such a great hotel , near to beach. And what beautiful views and breakfast views are amazing. Child friendly and extremely great staff.
The beach was lovely. The restaurant onsite was excellent. The service was first rate.
The beach was clear beautiful water and clean from any weeds no rocks. The best part was we had a dedicated beach umbrella and supper table. All the staff was super professional

Lovely family friendly resort hotel directly at a stunning turquoise blue beach with a beautiful rock in front of the beach in the water and fantastic food all day, great breakfast buffet with friendly staff and service, fresh fruit, yoghurt & muesli, charcuterie and smoked seafood and eggs/omelettes to order and evening buffet with fantastic BBQ both seafood/fish which Nicola keeps incredibly juicy...
He has a brilliant sense of humour and really made our stay all the more enjoyable! I would not want to be assisted by any other waiter at Falkensteiner Capo Boi and I hope he will be there on our next trip! Thank you Marcello!
From the very first moment, his warm personality and professionalism made us feel so welcome. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, always anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask
We stayed here September 2024 so a bit of a late review but felt i had to write one as we had such a great holiday here. We were a little sceptical as it wasn't adults only but the overall experience far outweighed that
She is always there, with a smile, a fantastic client approach and takes the best care of you. You go out of the spa feeling truly cared for, relaxed and pampered. Massages are incredible, and always worth booking
You could tell he had genuine knowledge and passion, which made it extra special. Marcello’s charm, efficiency, and authenticity made us feel more like valued guests than just customers

We stayed only one night and I wish we were there longer. The surrounding community has so much to offer with shops, restaurants and the marina. The beach at this hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious
The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views
Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping
Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit
The hotel hostess, Carla, is an absolute gem and catered to our every need
Professional staff excellent service Amazing dinners by chef Ivan , great wine selection by sommelier Nicola Private beach Large clean rooms , steps from the beach 30 min from Olbia Steps to the Marina where you can have a great walk to the lovely Porto Rotando cafes and resturants
Definitely go to Lu Impostu and la cintas beaches they are truly incredible beaches even though they are extremely crowded
(FYI Because of the overcrowding you must make a reservation one to two days before in order to go to Lu Impostu or cala brandichi beach. ) The hotel had an excellent breakfast, beautiful amenities and a delightful pool
The beach for the hotel is not worth it since there are such spectacular beaches everywhere right around it
The hotel beach itself is very nice, very relaxing, as well as a good departure point for longer swims. For sure we would like to visit the Due Lune again
We loved our stay at this hotel. It's in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. It was also a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of san teodoro but not so far as to be a pain
Are we originally thought we wanted to stay in san teodoro but in the end we were so happy that we weren't in town. It's a very unexceptional tourist town. Whereas this hotel was a wonderful relaxing respite

The hotel's location was ideal. The property itself is sprawling, with direct beach access. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available by the pool and on the beach
The grounds are spectacular, the beach and pool are great, amazing service from all the staff and the location is ideal for exploring the nearby town. We stayed in three hotels in Sardinia and this was our favorite!
Great location first. Barbara & team were super lovely. Waking up every day to that view was priceless. Thank you for looking after us. ❤️
Fantastic view over the bay from the seaNice pool (saltwater) and a private beach. Good breakfast.
What made our stay at this hotel outstanding was the staff. They made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our entire stay
