The other days, the weather was perfect. The beach is about half mile long and is sandy. The water was just about warm to swim in. There are rocks about 100 yards away in the sea which are clearly visible
We had an absolutely fantastic time in Sardinia. In October, the weather did get windy and a bit cloudy. 2 of the 6 days the wind was quite strong and you could not stay at the beach too long
They make lots of omelette and pile them high. Then after a few days they made them to order. SPA The spa was a treat and we really enjoyed it, but expensive. THANK YOU SO MUCH JULIA for looking after us at the Spa
We were upgraded to the suite and it was perfect. The shower tends to flood the bathroom and the design is not ideal. Feel sorry for the house maid. BREAKFAST The breakfast was OK. Not the best and not the worst
We were not too impressed with the frequency of the shuttle service. One day we had to wait about 30 min for one. There is a car park which is free after 15th October. HOTEL Conrad is a beautiful hotel
Lots and lots of beautiful fish swimming around the rocks. The rocks make up only about 5% of the swimmable area. There if you want it, but not in your way. There are toilets and shower facilities

The price value relation was not good. The room was very nice, but food was sub par, the beach was not the nicest, for the price you pay you should be able to change the towels from beach/pool if you want
I had an absolutely perfect holiday at this hotel! It’s right on a stunning coastline, and whether I was relaxing by the pool or down at the beach, the views were breathtaking and so peaceful
Very romantic and beautiful resort with everything one needs for perfect vacation: sea, snorkeling, pool, great food, lovely views, great professional and friendly staff, just 15 minutes from the airport
The design of the hotel is beautiful,it doesn’t feel overly “luxurious” in a distant way, but instead has a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home
While I appreciate that the staff were respectful and willing to remove it at my request, I still don’t understand this policy,
Overall though, this is a fantastic hotel and I’d love to come back
!! We loved this place, the hotel itself is fairly new and modern and very very clean. The beach was amazing to, softer sand and crystal clear water. Thank you for a memorable time

Great staff
Great location with a wonderful beach directly across the street. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff especially Emilia at reception was special and made the.Janus Hotel a memorable stay.
Very nice hotel in front of the beach and use of the swimming Pool in th Felipe hotel
Hotel is a bit run down, the pool isn’t located in the property you have to walk into another hotel down the road!! Beach isn’t that nice, bed very uncomfortable and hard.
The pool in the adjoining property was a real bonus. It’s a tough walk up to the Castello and the old town in the heat. I should have spent more and got a room with a terrace looking at the Castello - they looked great
Great location, lovely view from the big balcony, good aircon, well located. Given the fact that sardinia is over all very very expensive we were also happy with the pricing
The partner hotel, hotel Riviera, is also very nice and guests of janus may use all the facilities there free of charge. Altogether very good stay, thank you!

Lovely location with big outdoor pool with pool bar and shade and beach. Self-service buffet had good quality food choices and flexible meal times. Very friendly helpful staff with very diligent lifeguard in attendance.
A lovely location, great staff and food, a very enjoyable holiday. Evenings down by the pool were great.
Very good hotel, quiet and best for chill. Food and drinks is excellent, personal very friendly. Every lunch or dinner different choices, so much fishes and seafood. Private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas
After reading previous reviews on here we came across people saying about a pizzeria so thought we would try it one night we walked through the pine forest which is amazing along the beach front to this amazing pizzeria restaurant they had the best pizza we ever had also very cheap would highly recommend we ended up going back another night and if we were staying longer would have returned again it...
Again after reading multiple reviews on here about the beach we were not holding out much hope but we were amazed the beach was fantastic and what sells the hotel if not for the beach hotel was a big let down plenty of sun beds water was crystal clear and for the seaweed everyone mentions didn’t see any perfect sandy beach we loved it down there lifeguards were good too I can’t speak highly enough...
It was possible to access the sea via a small area that they had cleared and once in it was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the main pool

A highlight was the private beach area: crystal-clear water, very comfortable loungers, and a calm, exclusive atmosphere. Our room was tastefully furnished, very clean, and featured a small terrace with a sea view
This is a nice small hotel with a large pool and a beach only meters away. The hotel does have some nice aspects but there is quite a bit of room for improvement. The majority of staff just aren’t friendly unfortunately
The breakfast was good, a good selection and plenty of staff on hand for anything else needed. The setting of the hotel is a 10 second walk from a small and well kept beach with beautifully clear waters
We made good use of the swimming pool whilst we stayed at La Coluccia as we had visited many beaches in the days leading up to our stay here - plenty of comfy loungers for guests and the pool was well kept and a good size
We have stayed for 5 nights half board. It is very peaceful here with the hotel overlooking the beach. A quite bay which is good for swimming. We stayed half board and the food was truly amazing
We were swiftly offered a welcome drink in the bar/restaurant by the beach which was a nice little touch before being walked around the hotel’s grounds and finally to our room

Our only real disappointment was the front desk’s recommendation to visit the “hotel’s beach,” which turned out to be extremely crowded—thousands of people packed in—which was a letdown
If you're planning to explore the island, we highly recommend renting a car so you can discover some of the more secluded, less touristy beaches
Crisp, clean, airy hotel!
Beautiful clean, airy hotel with a great pool. Close to a town with night market, hotel transfers offered to allow you to enjoy a drink.
Great breakfast 😋
Some of the highlights included an incredible breakfast spread, a stylish onsite bar and restaurant, a beautiful pool area, and convenient shuttle rides to and from town
Would be good to have a water machine at the gym. Burger was fine, French fries and pizza were average. BBQ at the pool was a nice tough. Great staff. Handy location.
While the hotel is located about 10 minutes from downtown San Teodoro, the shuttle service (€10 per person, per day) made it easy and hassle-free to get around
charming hotel, great views and access to beach. Great breakfast choices and restaurant for dinner. The staff were excellent. Would have loved to stay longer.
We will always cherish our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Sardinia
That said, there were a few things that could be improved:
Sunbeds: Many guests would “reserve” beds early in the morning by leaving towels, despite signs stating that this isn’t allowed
We spent our honeymoon here and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place! The staff was incredibly lovely and genuinely accommodating
Very clean and beautiful room in a lovely hotel with a great pool and access to a very nice sandy beach. Hotel staff were awesome, very kind, and engaging. We were shown to our room which had a wonderful view
Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and a joy to come back to each day. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Cannot say enough wonderful things
I highly recommend to rent a car because there's is almost nothing near by like a boulevard with restaurants or shops, there is no nightlife, but a little beach club which is doing some party music until midnight
The grounds are well groomed and only 200m from main beach - perfect for hiring paddle boards windsurf etc etc
Also a really charming railway station across the road which we used for a day trip
My husband and I visited the hotel for our honeymoon in early September. The hotel is very quaint, right on the coast. Our room had a beautiful view and the beach is a short walk from the hotel
Ideal for people who want to relax at the beach. A lot of Italians from the mainland are here for holidays
The bathtub had no water stopper to take a bath, you could only shower. You have to pay 3 euros for your towel, every time you changed them. Maybe once it was a 4 star, but know it's maybe a 3 or 3 half star
beautiful setting, excellent facilities, wonderfully friendly staff, welcoming, delicious food, 5 minute walk to the beach. couldn’t wish for any better!
The hotel is excellently positioned. The beach can be easily reached in two minutes. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms have retained their traditional appearance
The food is well prepared, tasty and varied. this is a place where you can rest well, without noise, in peace and quiet
There are bookies to help people with their luggage to the rooms on a mobile and departure, especially the rooms up higher on the hill and there is a mini bus which goes from the hotel into Cannegione for a couple of euros
This review is several months late, but I promised myself I would do it and here at last I have done! When you enjoy somewhere you should most definitely express it! This is a small, quiet, not in your face hotel
If you are looking for 4 star luxury it isn’t for you. We weren’t, just somewhere unassuming, nice and clean, friendly and close to the sea. Hotel The staff are professional and friendly
Rooms To be honest could do with updating but they are roomy, and clean. The bathroom is big enough for 2, although lacks a bath which is an essential for me but I forewent it this time
Unparalleled experience. Excellent service and hospitality. Room in perfect condition, lovely pool, opportunity to play golf, excellent restaurant, and a luxurious beach club. Superb!
Nice resort with hotel and villas + golf club. Not near the sea but the have a private beach in Santa Margherita di Pula with daily arranged transfers.
Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel. Some of the staff were very friendly. I was there for a Retreat Show, so there were quite a lot of people, with full occupancy. I wish there were more vegetables and healthier options
I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there
Great, quiet place near Pula. Top notch service from working people! We only have breakfast and they should have more options in vegetables. But overall this place is astonishing:)
Very nice Hotel for couples! Very good breakfast, nice pool. Not recommended at all for families with small children, no activities for toddlers

I would recommend hiring a car if you want to venture to the beach as the hotel is set in its own grounds a distance from the beach - Would recommend the hotel and go back there again
Very clean and comfortable rooms, Great restaurant and what is most important - very professional and friendly staff. We felt great a d our 3 year old kiddo liked everyone!
Nice pool is also a plus
The rooms are clean and everything is renovated. The location is great! Close to different villages, sightseeing spots and beaches on the south of Sardinia
After riding bicycles through the countryside for a week, it was nice to be able to relax by the pool and enjoy delicious food at any time
All the Staff was very nice and helpfull. They prepared us nice honeymoon setup and we got a room with sea wiev. The pool is nice and there is a small pool bar where is working barmen Nicolo, he is an amazing worker
A bit annoyed by the hassle we got a superb new room - with working airco. The next morning, heading for breakfast, which is a treat. Plenty of options, same lovely staff, also non dairy milk is available
The beach access is excellent, with a private area for hotel guests, great amenities, and good food and drinks available right there. Staff were friendly throughout our stay
The breakfast area with a patio shaded by a huge tree feels intimate, relaxed, and very local. The hotel’s private beach was another favorite
What a stunning experience! The staff were amazing! Helpful and very friendly and the hotel itself was an absolute historical Italian dream!!! The main hotel is where the included breakfast is served in their breathtaking courtyard
We stayed at Albergo Diffuso Mannois and absolutely loved it. Instead of a regular hotel room, we chose the apartment with a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms—perfect for working remotely and feeling at home
As the sun set behind the mountains, the whole town glowed in soft purple light. The terrace, full of plants and rustic details, was the perfect stage for excellent food and warm service
Everything glowed in purple light, and the terrace, filled with plants and traditional Italian style, felt organic and authentic. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent
Nowhere on ******* does it say you have to pay for the cabanas on the beach, or for extra towels, everything in the mini bar (although this one is hit or miss, a lot of the 4 star places I stay in usually have the first round free and then anything extra is added one)
The food is delicious, almost gourmet style and servings are more then enought. Location is perfect, hotel is almost at the beach, walk to the town center takes about 10 minutes. Hotel has own beach and a beach bar
Pool is small, but who needs the pool when You have a warm crystal clear sea? If You like to snorkle or spearfish, there’s a nice spot just in front of the hotel beach, not that far of the shore, spot is marked with the buoy
This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, right on the beach. Giovanni, Eduardo, Antonino, Genny, Reuben, to name a few made our stay so pleasurable. We can’t wait to go back next year
The beach is one of the must to see beaches on the island. Only one thing is missing there, the restroom, but if in need You can always go to the hotel
Coctails are tasty and made how they supposed to be made, both in the lobby bar and in the beach bar

Only hotel not to provide free water in the rooms. No beach loungers or sun shades provided on their beach even when promised. Air conditioning non-functioning on arrival, lots of promises to fix, rooms hot if in roof
This is a nice hotel with large, well equipped and clean rooms. Breakfast choices are fine, staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is near with reserved sun-beds for the hotel guests
Good Buffet food. Very good staff. Large Rooms
EUR 220 was a fair September rate, EUR 350 overpriced. We stayed with a bitter feeling, specially when we have seen that Italian guests had similar rooms at lower rates and many rooms were empty
The price and quality ration however is not great. We have paid EUR 350 per night for the room from the 3rd day of our stay, whereby the first 2 days were reserved at EUR 220 rate
And the policy of changing the beach towels only after three days is unacceptable. And in Italy to have machine dispensed coffee which was awful was unreal. Same with the orange juice, watered down frozen juice

The beach exclusive is a min walk and is beautiful! I would really like to mention the staff Silvia (who managed us to get an upgrade last minute) and Stefano (who drove us around in the golf cart) who were really available and warm! Overall amazing!
We stayed in the Incanto Suite and it was perfect for our family. Adrianna, the front office manager, was amazing and made everything so easy for us. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed every moment of our stay
The Curio Collection by Hilton at Baia di Chia Resort offered us a sweeping view of the beaches and the Mediterranean sea. The rooms are modern and well kept with terraces the made the most of the natural surroundings
This resort is charming with spacious rooms and beautiful landscaping. It features a private beach and buggy service within the premises. The staff is incredibly friendly and well-trained
Expect some uphill paths between amenities and the rooms but the trade off is the privacy and laid-back luxury near some of Sardinia's best beaches in the south
We had a great time with an excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and everybody was very polite!
The hotel and location, especially the beach were perfect and highlighted our well-deserved holiday 😁✌🏻🥳
Great and convenientlocation, just a short walk from the beautiful, uncrowded beach. We especially enjoyed the evening performances by Sara and Diego, the talented dancers. Their energy and passion made our evenings fun
I stayed with my husband and my two children at the Limone Beach Resort from 7 to 14 July. The location is spectacular, surrounded by greenery and well looked after. The swimming pools are also suitable for children
Great place to stay for families, near nice beaches , nearby to villasimus and costa rei. Really nice lunch and dinner, breakfast could be improved. Great animation team, nice swimming pools for adults and children
Excellent service and exceptional location. We recently stayed at Limone Beach, and it was amazing. The staff made us feel welcome, and the rooms were clean and comfortable
Definitely would come back if visiting Sardinia in the future. Many thanks to Limone beach staff to make our stay so nice
Plus, they are wonderful people who made our stay even more special. Overall, Limone Beach exceeded our expectations
This hotel was incredible! Everything from the location to the ameneties to the staff was superb. Everyone there was super welcoming and helpful. The views are gorgeous, the hotel and rooms and beautiful and spacious
The local recommendations were incredibly helpful, and the sweet treat left in our room was such a thoughtful and remarkable touch. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality we can’t wait to return!
This hotel was amazing! The perfect location in the heart of Porto Cervo. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend!
A special thank you to Daniele, Luigi, and Tullio for their exceptional care and warmth you truly made our experience unforgettable
A nice little perk was that the hotel has a private beach and they take you by boat there
Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one
The beach is also nice some rocks but mostly sand with a lifeguard on station during the day
I love the place! I had a wonderful stay at L’Esagono. The service was a bit formal and “by the book,” but always friendly, professional, and helpful
Only downside for us was the music coming from the nightclub over the road late at night but we got used to it after a few days. Ideal for a chilled out beach holiday
Lovely hotel with nice pool and beautiful beach. The bar/restaurant is very cool with lovely view of the beach. Breakfast is good and bar prices reasonable
The rooms have small porches and practical touches like hooks both outside and inside. The grounds are beautiful and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Breakfast was rich and offered something for every taste
Absolutely fabulous place to stay, can't recommend enough. Everything you could need and more. Easy walk into a beautiful town and people were super friendly.
Will be back.
Spiaggia Campus is a pleasant 20-minute walk, or you can use their shuttle service to Villasimius and various beaches. Parking is adequate, which isn’t always guaranteed in Sardinian coastal towns
The staff deserve particular credit: genuinely friendly and professional without the forced hospitality you often get at this price point. The pool area is well-maintained and the location works beautifully
The hotel clearly understands what premium hospitality should feel like: effortless, clean, and genuinely welcoming. What I Didn’t Like:
The bar pricing is genuinely shocking across the board
Rooms are surprisingly large with big, comfortable beds and that sea view you’re paying for. Cleanliness is excellent throughout – clearly a property that takes maintenance seriously
September evenings were blissfully quiet, punctuated nicely by good live music on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights – a quality touch that adds real atmosphere
€9 for imported German beer is steep, but even local Ichnusa costs €6 for a mere 33cl bottle – more expensive than Oktoberfest, which takes some doing

Stayed in a very comfortable lodge tent with private bathroom and shower. The camping has a very nice pool, restaurant and a private beach with free sunbeds
Position strategic having in max half an hour drive lots of amazing beaches to discover
Great quiet location next to the beach.
Camping pitches are flat, staff are friendly and facilities are good.
The only downside is having to drive to get groceries.
There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.
The campsite is relatively big and situated on the beach. It offers a swimming pool and free hot showers (for six minutes). There is a mini market and a bar that is opened during the day for drinks and coffee
Luckily towels and linens were included which in some case might not be. Kitchen was also lacking some utensils( cutting knife, bowls,, …) I was there beginning May, out of season, so pool they have was not on my list
For food they have a restaurant and pizza place. And especially nice; a pool! Water is probably as warm as the sea but ones your in it is nice enough to stay in
