Convenient location and very clean, but property is tired and could do with an upgrade.

Our room (family room, ocean view) was large and had a stunning view from the balcony. Cleaning staff very friendly. Food service a little slow, but fabulous pizzas. Hotel and room starting to show their age a little, but overall enjoyed our stay

Difficult to find parking. Cars are everywhere. Towels for the pool is not free and we did not get any info about this. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, this is not correct since 4 stars hotels have higher standards.

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of September on a half board basis. We were in room 346 which was a reasonable size, as was the bathroom, but the shower was small. We just got back from 5 wonderful days at Parco Blu. The rooms are quite basic for what we paid but the rest of the stay completely made up for that. Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. We spent one week there last September, the hotel is very nicely decorated the rooms are nothing special but good to relax after a full beach day, the staff is very friendly they helped us to organize a trip to different islands, there is parking and only 5 minutes drive away arbatax with plenty places to dine or have ice cream.

The rooms look way better in the pictures, there are no bedside sockets, could be refreshed. The breakfast was a disappointment, mainly sweets and a stale toast bread, no need to talk about coffee- awful. The hotel is located around 2 min drive to the red rocks, other than that there are no other benefits to the location.

Good value for money. The room was clean and nice although a little dated. We booked a room with balcony view which turned out to be a mistake - no sign of the view. A very decent hotel with a beach just across the street. Good WiFi and breakfasts. My room was a bit dim, but very clean. On another note, the restaurant just next to the hotel is probably the best one in the town.

Clean but very modestly equipped room, comfortable mattresses, tasty breakfast. I was unpleasantly surprised that there was no mineral water, glasses or kettle in the room. The view from the room was on the inside of the building and did not provide privacy.

We liked our stay at the hotel. The people that work there are very nice. The room is complete, everything works, good airconditioning and we could even see the sea while we were not in a sea side room. The breakfast was divers enough and the coffee was really tasty. Rooms and hotel are nice, but quite noisy: traffic, kids screaming, dogs barking, works in the docks, people in the street, the whole day until late night. Windows are poorly insulated from noise. A luxury home away from home in paradise surroundings and garden. The staff are so kind and welcoming and made our stay to the best. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, homebaked bread and sweets, served in the wonderful garden or inside for them who prefer that.

We had a great stay here . The staff were lovely and friendly . The pool area is amazing . We went early June and it was reasonably quiet very peaceful and relaxing . We had a fabulous room; the one with 2 terraces & 2 bathrooms!! Beautiful & clean. Extensive & tasty breakfast too. Excellent location; very central for all key sites of interest. Can thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Decent location, clean hotel. VIP breakfast for one is a marketing scam forcing you to pay for a second guest. As I didn't feel well I didn't go, but my partner was not impressed with the choices. For this price you can get a better breakfast elsewhere.

Highly recomedned (atleast room #501) The persolell, at the front desk and restaurant were all SUPERB. Room number 501 is recomended with two roof terraces, jacuzzi, upstair bedroom, 2 bathrooms... OK, the hotel could do with an fixer-upper, but all the rest was so good that it didn't matter.

Good price for value, staff is kind. You will pay for the location (beach + swimming pool), nothing more. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money on the restaurant or the hotel. The room was ok, the location was good however we believed we had reserved a car park according to our reservation details. When we arrived there was no parking available. When we challenged this we were told someone must have made the booking for us which was both irrelevant and incorrect. It took over an hour to find a car park. I have to praise this hotel! The entire staff working at the reception is extremely helpful! They helped us with choosing beaches, organizing excursions and everything else that came to mind. Located close to Calve di Volpe and Romandino. But! How come this hotel is 4 star I have no idea. It’s 2-3 star maximum, also didn’t get reviews such as rooms spacious - they were average. The entire place needs a facelift, looks a little from the ‘70s style. The breakfast was kind of expensive. Lots of free parking places. The service was really good. You need to have a car if you want to explore the beaches. On a side note: if you want food outside the local culture hours… just go to Lidl or other supermarkets…

Great experience, the pool was very quiet to be Saturday, not complaining, perfect for a day of relax. Unfortunately there wasn’t much availability for lunch, and considering that you are not allowed to bring food from outside and they only really offer salads and lasagna (pre-cooked) they should be more flexible and allowing to have lunch at any time.

This property was in a great area in Cala Ganone. Right on the main strip on the sea, the Lungo Mare. Walking distance to many restaurants and a small beach area. Also walking distance to the port where we picked up a boat tour that took us to some beautiful beaches only accessible by boat. The hotel was very clean. Great breakfast, even had omelets to order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location in town right across the street from the beach Wonderful breakfast every morning and one night we reserved for dinner too. The food was amazing and the ambience.

It was an amazing stay at an idillic place. Such nice and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples. Love this place and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal - across the road from the ocean and the ocean-side sidewalk leading into the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby and a small beach across the road. The hotel itself is quiet, the room comfortable, the gardens beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel, close to seafront and old town. Spotless. Great value for money. Nice balcony facing garden. Tea and coffee making facilities, always a plus. Air conditioning. Good shower. Staff could not have been better. Car hire at reception, easiest ever. Let down a little by breakfast. Could do better. Would definitely stay again. Parking around the streets no problem.

The hotel is modest, it looks like a family hotel. The breakfast is good, the waiters are friendly. The women at the reception are rude, arrogant, they don't know English, maybe they do, but they won't speak in English. They didn't want to reserve Pelosa beach for us. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception shouted at my sister, just because she asked if the hotel had an elevator...

A 3 star hotel, but 5 star service. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! They organised taxis, expeditions, a hired car and sent me to the most fantastic restaurant. I booked a room with a sea view, which helped! The view at breakfast was equally as nice.
