Very clean and comfortable rooms, Great restaurant and what is most important - very professional and friendly staff. We felt great a d our 3 year old kiddo liked everyone! Nice pool is also a plus. Overall, great place as a base spot to explore this part of the island!!!

A beautiful location for a top-notch facility with all the modern bells and whistles. After riding bicycles through the countryside for a week, it was nice to be able to relax by the pool and enjoy delicious food at any time.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The staff is very friendly and was always willing to help whenever we had questions and requests. The breakfast was good, there was always plenty of food. The rooms are clean and everything is renovated. The location is great! Close to different villages, sightseeing spots and beaches on the south of Sardinia. We will come back again!

All the Staff was very nice and helpfull. They prepared us nice honeymoon setup and we got a room with sea wiev. The pool is nice and there is a small pool bar where is working barmen Nicolo, he is an amazing worker. The area is quiet, so we could sleep nice. Everything was very good clean. If we come back to Sardinia, we will definitely come back to Lu Hotel Porto Pino.

We had some troubles on the day of arrival with an interconnected room and the limited level of sound proofing the connection doors. Managed lovely by switching rooms. This hotel offers a wide range of services with very helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The bathroom is beautifully designed with all the comforts of a five-star hotel, including bathrobes and a special mention for the brown slippers bearing the hotel's logo (a welcome change from white). The rooms were large, modern and well appointed. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect!

We stayed for 6 nights, but the hotel only provided two bottles of water in the whole week, as a “welcome drink.” We moved to another five-star hotel in town and they offered complimentary water every day. Small items like water don’t cost much, but they really make guests feel better cared for.

This is an easy review. This was a superb experience. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, just superb they made us feel so welcome. The breakfasts were equally wonderful, with great food and an excellent team. The room was large and clean, comfy bed and a large well equipped bathroom. Finally, a superb location. My friend and I had a problem with the hire car which we picked up from Olbia airport. We had an incident on a previous day before arrival at this hotel. Marina, the receptionist, went above and beyond helping us with obtaining a quote for the damage. We are most grateful.

Good lokalization for chill and rest

We came here for dinner expecting a decent amount of food options, especially since this restaurant is attached to a hotel. A sign at the entrance advised that after 07 September no Pizza is available. The menu was quite limited. With no other options in the area we had a rather pricey meal and mediocre service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and the apartment are very equipped. The views are amazing and the beach is very nice to stay at. The beach bar is very nice and we also used their free kayak services. Definitely we're coming back.

You need to win a lottery to go to the beach. You need to pay for beach towels. You need to love walking up stairs as the climb to your room is steep. The food is average the service the same. The overall experience was poor.

In general all have been fine except the resaturant which serve low quality food. The beach is very nice and clean. There is no waves even during windy weather. The stuff been very helpfull. Quite long distance to walk to the supermarkets is a big dissadvatage.

This hotel was sooooo old and dated and to add insult to injury they are in full blown contrition blocking the oven view we thought we were going to get.very old dirty comforters not what we expected from a 4 star

We stayed for two nights midweek in a large family room with a view of the pool . The reception staff were helpful, parking was in an overflow across the road. The pool is nice but deep if you dont swim well. There is no pool bar between 5pm and 7pm. We didnt eat dinner at the hotel. This is a small boutique hotel right in the heart of the town. There are loads of restaurants all in a 10 min walk. Most of the rooms are scattered across the town in small groups. On had to go to the main building for breakfast, about a 5 min walk from our room. The room had air con ,a big bathroom and a good shower. They wouldn't let us open the umbrella at the beach...front desk didn't believe that we didn't have beach towels...made my husband run to the room twice because they didn't believe us ..so he brought down the shower towels to prove a point. Maybe wouldn't have been that big of a deal but we were exhausted from traveling.

Our stay in Villasimius was unforgettable—the hotel combined spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent service with an unbeatable location right on the water, offering stunning sea views while still being just a short walk from the charming town center and its shops.

Overall we had a great stay. The pool is beautiful and the access to the beach is quick. The staff is so accommodating, In particular I would really like to thank Alfredo and all his staff at the restaurant (Selma and the other girls too). I absolutely loved the hotel, very comfortable, clean and spacious, with a large area to relax by the pool. The shuttle bus to one of the near by beaches is a real treat. Buses to San Paolo (to catch the ferry to Tavolara) and San Teodoro (with amazing beaches and shopping) are just a few minutes walk from the hotel, as well as lovely restaurants, La Pergola being my favourite and a fab artisanal gelateria...

The hotel itself is pretty good with a great buffet breakfast, nice pool area and well equipped gym. However, we stayed in the junior suite, which is a poorly converted apartment on a busy main road. One of the bedrooms is the old living room and it didn't have a door or a mirror. The bed was very hard, there was only one thin pillow each, and the only drinking receptacles were two small coffee cups...

Good points first, the view from our sea view room was great, good aircon, short walk to a great beach, drinks at the bar were good and the breakfast was decent too. The nearby city Palau is great for food options, night market and boat trips. However, where it falls short... The room was not maintained well, the mattress was borderline painful to sleep on. Walking into Palau takes around 20 minutes...

The location is one of the best in Villasimius, with a beautiful spot on the sunset. Rooms (confort) are well newly equipped whether a bit small. Service (I refer to bar near the swimming pool) should be more proactive according to the hotel rank. At this regard, it is deprecable that a structure like this one (on high season on August) was literally kept hostage by a hord of children without any limitation...

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cala Caterina. The setting on the water is excellent, with a relaxing and quiet vibe. The common spaces are all very well appointed near the pool, outdoor covered bar, and down on the private beach. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful night at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the ferry port and our room had a great view of the ocean. Beautiful, clean & quiet hotel. Very nicely decorated and large comfortable room. The mattress was very comfy, bathroom clean although the shower cube not very spacious. Balcony was a decent size. First of all, appreciate Anna’s help at the front desk. She was very friendly, and very helpful in planning things around our visit. The rooms were comfortable, but the walls are very, very thin. And oddly enough, the body gel dispenser was empty on our first shower attempt. Pretty grounds with a pool. A couple of cocktail tickets on check in. This is the place to be if you want to really disconnect from work/daily life. It reminds me to a mamma mia house. The hotel property is lovely and always trying to help you with absolutely anything. Hotel Punta Est is in an excellent location in Baja Sardinia. It is conveniently located in the centre where all the shops and restaurants are. Walking distance to a beautiful beach(you have to rent umbrellas) or bring your own and use the public area. Lots of dining options around. We had the large lux suite facing the water. Hello, Our stay was very good. The staff was charming. The hotel is very well located, with an exceptional location, shops, bars, and restaurants just below the hotel, and the beach 50 meters away. Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a cosy villa feel but within a well maintained, clean, easy going hotel. Great included breakfast, with fantastic Italian coffee! We definitely recommend and would like to return. One note; book Taxis in advance and prepare for the prices. Otherwise a lovely visit to Sardinia. I hope to return for sure!
