This is a nice small hotel with a large pool and a beach only meters away. The hotel does have some nice aspects but there is quite a bit of room for improvement. The majority of staff just aren’t friendly unfortunately. The hotel overall is at a 4 star standard. The food is a bit hit and miss but at times, dinner was really good. Breakfast is fine, self service but a bit more choice would be nice...

We have stayed for 5 nights half board. It is very peaceful here with the hotel overlooking the beach. A quite bay which is good for swimming. We stayed half board and the food was truly amazing. All of the staff (reception, restaurant, life guard and grounds) were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

We were looking to experience Sardinia but did not wish to stay where there is hustle and bustle. This Hotel was the perfect place for us. A little out of the way where you need to be comfortable driving the winding roads since everything is 20 to 60 minutes away. We were fine knowing that we had a quiet resort to return to every night. Nice and cosy hotel with excellent service on a hidden spot of this beautiful island. Only 22 rooms, clean and comfortable, divided over several buildings. Service was very good. For example, we've got new towels in the evening if needed. Situated at the beach with overview of the Maddalena Archipel this is a hidden treasure. Made our holiday perfect.

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

The stay in the Hotel is nice although the first day of checkin in the hotel, we didn’t have electricity.

Hotel DP Olbia was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was wonderful! The pool area and poolside bar was a favorite spot to enjoy the sunshine when the weather was nice, and altogether the experience was very good! Highly recommend!

Remotely located, this is an extensive and interesting hotel. So many areas to explore with small outbuildings and unique areas to sit. Gardens are remarkable for size and variety. There was no coffee making facility in the room, shower was too small. Swimming pool too deep and had some green mould in the corners. You have to pay for everything even the beach towels and the small water bottles delivered to your tiny room fridge. I'm sure that the photos on the site were taken some time ago. We had no salad in 9 days. The TV was in front of the dressing Mirror. You had to choose your food for your meals from a listing of 4 choices. The bathtub had no water stopper to take a bath,you could only shower. When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful.

Hotel is not 4 stars. Hotel gives customers the bare minimum. Repetitive food daily. There was a time where my food tasted mouldy. The rooms are tiny and towels aren't changed unless left on the floor. Very very outdated room. Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel. Service can be improved. Some of the staff were very friendly. I was there for a Retreat Show, so there were quite a lot of people, with full occupancy. I wish there were more vegetables and healthier options. I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We were guest in June and it wasn't crowded at all. The location is great, very close to Pula, Chia and Tuerredda beaches. Despite warm weather the air conditioning was turned off for the season. Only way to cool and ventilate the room at night is to open windows. Like most European hotels the windows do not have screens, so mosquitoes quickly fill the room. Room furniture is minimal and dated. Bathroom shower is too small and generally substandard. Bottom line: hotel is adequate but not 4 star caliber.

Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Beautiful property and very clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We couldn’t find the resort late at night and they sent a staff member to drive to where we were and escort us to our hotel. Clean rooms, would be nice if in the kitchenette we could find salt or pepper. Great localization, near beach and Villasimius (nice walk). A Wonderful Stay at Residence Fenicia! We had such a lovely experience at Residence Fenicia! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We had a very pleasant stay at Fenicia towards the end of July, with temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees. The view of the sea and the beach that we enjoyed on our terrace and even from our apartment was breathtaking. The garden is gorgeous, the sea was spectacular, just like crystal. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We would love to come back!

High up in the hills above Olbia with magnificent views over the islands and sea. Each room is private, discretely placed and built into the granite hill side - designed by the owner who is an architect and can be regularly seen in the hotel. There are 3 restaurants. Amazing place to spend some time with a loved one. In the mountain, quite and absolutely beautiful. If you are looking to get away, this is the destination for you. Top of the line service and the views are to die for. Make sure you have a car to get around if you want to go to Porto Cervo, it's an easy 20 minute ride. We will definitely be coming back to this gem!

Everything at this hotel was incredible. From the staff, to the services and the pool. One of the most beautiful pools I have had the pleasure of swimming in with a stunning view. I would 10/10 recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here- we loved it just as much as the first, the hotel is super clean and the food was delicious! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and Cala Gonone is simply stunning. We will be back!

The hotel is a good and clean place to stay. However, it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the beach (downhill on the way there, and a slow climb back up). There is a hotel shuttle service, but only until 7 PM. Unfortunately, almost everything comes with an extra charge, even pool towels or using the shuttle after 7 PM.
