We came here at the height of travel season (August 1) and were not able to receive the Amex upgrade. We were placed near the beach/restaurant area and by the pool. The room was very small. It had a tiny television which hung with all of its wires dangling like it was the back of some Verizon store. Surprising considering how they price these rooms. Gorgeous views and friendly staff! The gorgeous views come at a price which involve walking up hills or driving but we preferred the exercise after having meals in town. It’s a well appointed property other than the very hard beds unless you prefer them. The staff is very accommodating to your needs and the breakfast options are good. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean hotel. Great welcoming staff. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was very complete and you could chose to eat inside or outside. Our room had a pretty view of Cala Gonone below. It is not a fancy place but it is well kept, nice and clean.

Very beautiful hotel with basic rooms. Ideal for a shorter stay in Cala Gonone. The hotel has a very nice pool and an amazing view from the whole town and the coast. I wouldn't recommend the hotel's restaurant as the food was too pricey and not that tasty.

Had a wonderful week (mid September) at the hotel, the food was amazing, westher also helped but wanted to give extra compliments to the chef of the restaurant! I have just had the most fantastic 2 weeks stay at Hotel Dune in the Arbatax Park Resort. The Dune Hotel Manager personally ensures that guests have the best stay possible! No cash, and no putting tings on the room. No 4G and 5G, no mobile connection. Good internet, but not good solution for the resturants. But this is one of the Nicest place on the earth.

The entire resort is huge, clean rooms, beautiful views, good foos, a lot of activities to be done inside and also availability to have excursions to other remote beaches as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, etc. Shuttle service from Cagliari airport to the resort was also very accurate and top quality!

Rooms and hotel are nice, but quite noisy: traffic, kids screaming, dogs barking, works in the docks, people in the street, the whole day until late night. Windows are poorly insulated from noise. A luxury home away from home in paradise surroundings and garden. The staff are so kind and welcoming and made our stay to the best. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, homebaked bread and sweets, served in the wonderful garden or inside for them who prefer that.

Highly recomedned (atleast room #501) The persolell, at the front desk and restaurant were all SUPERB. Room number 501 is recomended with two roof terraces, jacuzzi, upstair bedroom, 2 bathrooms... OK, the hotel could do with an fixer-upper, but all the rest was so good that it didn't matter.

Wonderful location Room was beautiful with a nice balcony facing the city and beach. Just beautiful.

Best part was the swimming beach across the street. Beautiful view of the town and water from the porches in the rooms.

From the moment we registered till we left, we enjoyed ours stay at the property. It is very well located - with beach across the road, and the town shops 5 minutes walk. There is a bar and a restaurant - which serves excellent food, and great service too. The rooms are well sized, and cleaned every day. The breakfast was nice mix of local food and fruits, and fresh. Some minor points that did jar...

Friendly staff. Rooms clean but pool area in need of TLC. Split canopies. Broken sunbed. Pool full of sand. Not a 4 star hotel.
