I was there in 2017, everything was great and on high level. The special was that, there I ate the best pizza in whole Italy and world, an extra paid pizza in hotel's restaurant. Incredible
Just returned from 7 night stay, hotel grounds and facilities very good, fantastic beach,do cross over to the next beach by foot for softer sand.Staff very hard working and friendly. Downside coffee only available at breakfast, unless want to pay at pool bar! Also juice, water and wine only available at meal times, unless you pay at bar,so expect an expense at the end of your stay, even if you have paid...
Very nice, green, clean and friendly hotel!
We have stayed one week here and this is what I can say: very spacious room, cleaned every day, nice view balcony. For the rooms located a bit higher in the resort, there is a golf cart that can transfer guests etc. For us, walking 5 minutes from the room to the restaurant was a pleasure, since the paths have flowers and nice vegetation. The infinity pool is quite big and cleaned every evening by a...
The hotel is nice situated, peaceful, you have space around you, the pool verry big and clean, food can satisfy everyone, staff respectful, price/quality good.

I got exactly what I wanted out of my four day stay. Staff were excellent. The place itself was very peaceful, quiet and a nice place to relax in the warmth. With Fertillia a very short walk away with some local bars with good quality reasonably priced food and beer. Alghero an easy walk or bus ride away.
Immaculate hotel and grounds with beautiful swimming pools and beach; the setting could not have been better. Friendly, helpful staff and service. Several cafes/restaurants in Fertilia and a regular easy bus service into Alghero from Fertilia. Thank you Hotel Punta Negra, we had a lovely holiday!
Had a lovely time, rooms was lovely and clean, we had sea view, it was lovely, the 2 pools was lovely and cleaned daily, the pool men was polite and friendly, all ways ready to help, all the staff was friendly and helpful, would like to say a big thank you to the bar staff, we was in a group of 9, they had our tables put together for us and made sure we all ways had a drink and had snacks on the...
This property is located a short distance from town. It is lovely, quiet, and scenic. There is a gorgeous pool area and a beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at both the pool and the beach. We walked to restaurants nearby. Great place!
We had a lovely upgraded suite at this property and praise the staff and ease for parking and exploring Alghero and beyond. Nice beach and no charge for beach chairs other than front row! Beds too firm for our liking.
Amazing place ! We started out journey through Sardinia there right after we landed ,the staff was amazing ,the breakfast is good and the views are just phenomenal

Luxurious hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Concierge was attentive and good natured.
Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to nice restaurants.
The location was perfect and the hotel restaurant very delicious
We spent two nights here. The hotel is located within a pleasant walking distance from the old town. The staff were kind, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Although the hotel was cleaned daily and appeared to be clean overall, unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach living in our room 😞 which was very frightening for me. On the last night, my husband somehow managed to escort...
Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too
S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.
Such an amazing experience!
First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim.
Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!

Great location first. Barbara & team were super lovely. Waking up every day to that view was priceless. Thank you for looking after us. ❤️
Fantastic view over the bay from the seaNice pool (saltwater) and a private beach. Good breakfast.
The hotel's location was ideal. The property itself is sprawling, with direct beach access. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available by the pool and on the beach. Our room was spacious and equipped with a TV, fridge, and safe. Both the room and the property had a few minor imperfections that could be overlooked. Very good hotel, beautiful pool
What made our stay at this hotel outstanding was the staff.
They made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our entire stay.
The reception team, the housekeepers and the restaurant and bar staff all made our experience exceptional.
I would stay here again purely based on them!
Although the cameras are somewhat outdated, the hotel is an excellent option. It’s located in a beautiful area, close to Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, and Olbia. The gardens are lovely, and the hotel has its own port, making it convenient to rent gommones or other boats.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Every day change towels and every third day the bad linen.
Good breakfast and delicious meals for dinner.
Friendly staff.
Location is remote, but in the national park close to the coast and shuttle to the beach.
The Rooms: Spacious apartment-style rooms with two bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The room included a drying rack, TV, air conditioning, shampoo, soap, and a fridge. The resort is large, so finding my room on the first day was a bit confusing. The Staff: Reception was very helpful, especially one woman who spoke excellent English. Firstly you need a car to stay in there because is far away from everything(shops restaurants) but nice quiet location. Closest beach 20 min walk Nice pool with all sports around. Plenty do it with kids. Good enough breakfast for start of the day.
Good entertainment. Perfect for families with kids. Great breakfast. Small room. Wi-fi not working except for the swimming pool area.
From here you are only a short drive away from Santa Teresa and all the local services you could ask for. Great beaches are only a few km away. Some bungalows are new and nice, some are older and small. The older one we stayed in (number 319) was also quite dark without a mosquito net in the window. So there were mosquitoes galore. An amazing break from life with absolutely nothing to think about.
Once we worked out how to get through the front gate (it just opened if you drove up to it!) the rest was pure bliss! An escort from reception to the car park, then driven with luggage to room. Also, a special...
The food was good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The main building showcased interesting architecture, which extended to the surrounding bungalows and added charm to the overall atmosphere. The pool and nearby areas were clean and well-kept. The location was great, with many beautiful beaches just a short distance away.
Overall, very happy. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the cleanliness could not be faulted and the menu varied. The presence of "posidonia" on the beach was unfortunate but nobody's fault and there are several other beaches within walking distance.
My family stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is quite dated and basic, it might look bright and flowery from outside but the room in our bungalow was quite small and furniture definitely has seen better days. We were told the hotel has recently reopened for this season, they've clearly done a lot of work and the place is immaculate. So clean, and super comfortable beds. The staff have all been very welcoming and friendly, and we've had a wonderful relaxed stay as a couple. Yes there are some supplemental charges for the car park, but out of season street parking is free and there is a carpark nearby...
Probably the best location in Santa Teresa.
The hotel was clean, light and airy with a modern and simplistic design which the Scandinavian in me liked.
Overall the experience was good but a few things brought it down from 5 to 4 stars for me. They charged for water in the rooms, the sunbeds on the beach cost money unless you chose ones higher up above the beach and the breakfast was pretty basic...
We loved the boutique feel of the hotel where all the staff were so kind yet professional. The location is perfect for relaxing by the beach and exploring the town and country side. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. We hope to return again very soon !
Pros:

- Friendly and polite staff
- Modern room design
- The breakfast has plenty of options for you to choose from.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Fior di Sardinia, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible Director, Gianni. The location is pretty good. The hotel needs updating, our rooms were like a pink little girls room, very hard beds and flat pillows. Breakfast was okay ( but most free breakfasts are okay anyway) The staff was pretty nice and always helpful with helping with transportation. Shower pressure was the strongest ever. We stayed here for our honeymoon and were very unimpressed due to the price we paid. The level of service, food, amenities, and overall accommodations does not meet the criteria of a 4-star hotel and its nightly rate. Property need maintenance and upgrade
Room service and cleaning deficient
Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel.
These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.

Sardinia, Olbia, Via Isarco 5/7 🧭 Map
🌞 From seashore 5 min
Best hotel in Olbia and Maybe Sardinia.
24h gym. Water refill station. Pool. Clean room and working safe
The hotel facilities are great, but the location is a bit out of the way, which can be inconvenient if you don't have a car. When checking out, they mistakenly charged us for someone else's dinner. At the time, due to language barrier, I didn't understand what was happening. When I went back to inquire, the staff member was very impatient and showed a bad attitude. Very disappointed!
A little outside the center, but conveniently located. It offers a large, covered parking lot and spacious grounds with a pool.
Modern rooms, some with large balconies.
The rooms are new, the facilities are good, the swimming pool and fitness facilities are complete, it is not far from the airport, there are many types of breakfast, many locals choose this place as a holiday resort
Breakfast Great and rooms are big, but mattress hard, not my cup of tea
excellent hotel in a quiet part of town but walking distance to olbia town centre recommended as the best hotel in olbia

Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for the room, food and drinks. Definitely in need of an update. Food wasn't very good. Good place for a quick stopover.
Good value
Good breakfast
Ample parking
Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool
Good hotel and services. Excellent parking. A negative note is that there was no seasonal fruit, melon, watermelon, peaches, or anything else for breakfast. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.
Super friendly and helpful staff
The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash, dirty and smelly. The room is big,can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall.
Amazing hotel in a great location

Sardinia, Porto Cervo, Localita' Golfo Del Pevero 🧭 Map
🌞 From seashore 4 min
This was our first visit to Sardinia. CPH Pevero was a perfect choice. Beautiful rustic setting, view of Porto Cervo. The hotel is lovely, our accommodations perfect with a terrace and the hotel service fantastic, especially the Concierge desk and restaurant staff.
Although this is almost the end of the hotel season , all the staff were exemplary , genuinely 5* star service and nothing too much trouble , The hotel is on the hill above Porto Cervo marina .. it’s 5 or 6 mins in the hotel shuttle down to the bars and shops down there . Our room was very well appointed, had a huge double aspect balcony , ( Room 111 ) and bath / shower and all general amenities...
Having the best time this place undersells its experience/beauty in my opinion. Based on the photos we saw when we booked we were excited but we we pleasantly impressed as it over delivered. The location (the beach and water are perfect), the rooms are cleaned everyday and the service have been great even at the end of the season when things are heading to the end. The view of the water from a few...
This hotel has great accommodations BUT the beds are not soft in anyway. We did get a free upgrade which was nice BUT as we were checking out there was $100 charge. No one ever told us about for using the public beach. Do not use the beach. It is a big zero because it is public and because there’s a chair in a towel they charge you $100. They did not tell us, and we did not sign anything. Also, you...
A fabulous hotel just outside Porto Cervo . Cannot fault it , stunning pool area , fabulous customer service , Wonderful gym . I had a an amazing massage by Sara in the spa Grazia helped us book up restaurants and a boat trip Only negatives were beach area not great and the shower could be more powerful and only one restaurant open for dinner so you have to go out in the evening if you don't want...
We had a great stay at the CPH last week. A lot of great things about the property but the staff was the best thing about our vacation by far. The food is great, the pool is perfect for relaxing and the beach is a shot (3 minute) golf cart ride away which they provide for you (both ways) If you are looking for 5 star luxury experience in Porto Cervo / Costa Smeralda area - do not hesitate to book the...
