My wife and I stayed there three nights in late September. Fantastic Hotel and resort with great food and drink. Our room had an ocean view and the room was very very nice. Nothing to complain about, loved it all and would definitely go back again.

The Falkensteiner is definitely an upscale resort. We enjoyed our stay. Given the price point, the resort should have provided as much free water as guests needed/wanted, not just 1 bottle a day.

We had a fantastic stay and Marcello was a brilliant waiter! He was kind, helpful and very prompt. He has a brilliant sense of humour and really made our stay all the more enjoyable! I would not want to be assisted by any other waiter at Falkensteiner Capo Boi and I hope he will be there on our next trip! Thank you Marcello!

This property was in a great area in Cala Ganone. Right on the main strip on the sea, the Lungo Mare. Walking distance to many restaurants and a small beach area. Also walking distance to the port where we picked up a boat tour that took us to some beautiful beaches only accessible by boat. The hotel was very clean. Great breakfast, even had omelets to order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The view of the La Maddelena islands was lovely. Definitely ask for a room with a view. The parking was in a dirt lot near one of the entrances. It cost extra and was worth it since I didn’t see any available parking on the narrow streets.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A very clean environment and beautiful location and views.

The room we had was overlooking the port with a large balcony. It was uphill so we had a good passaggiata walking to town for dinner and back. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up a winding wooden staircase. There is an upper parking lot where you can put your luggage to avoid the staircase if the fire door is open.

Is a nice 3 star property in a middle class neighborhood. Had issues finding it due to wrong address on Expidia app. Bed was uncomfortable and everything else was humble. The best thing about the hotel “ B&B” is the View and the Front Desk manager who was exceptionally helpful and friendly 💖💖💖

The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall.

While the "beach" club isn't exactly convenient and there is no beach (so you can only sit on rocks unless you want to spend a small fortune on a daybed), the hotel and facilities were lovely.

Very quaint property in an isolated area. This is not a hotel. These are private small villas and there is no reception or staff on site. Keys in lock box and no frills. Clean and in nice condition. WiFi is intermittent. If you have a car and you don’t mind doing everything on your own it’s great. Very relaxing.

The room furnishings/bathroom were very outdated; there was no safe in the single room. The rooms with sea views were very noisy due to street traffic, truck deliveries, and the beach bar. This is a good hotel that could be even better for example, the breakfast had a reasonable variety but was not regularly maintained. All areas were clean and well maintained but the outside 1st floor terrace could be made more attractive. Dinner was good. Parking near the hotel is limited but little the hotel can do about this.

The hotel shows the signs of time, it certainly was a well-made hotel when it opened, now it needs renovation, especially the carpeting in the rooms (at least in mine). For the rest the value for money is excellent. The cuisine is good. A really good place to stay, it's quite vintage, but its location is very convenient. Service is far enough well, although they don't speak English, so it's a good moment to practice Italian.. We came here for dinner expecting a decent amount of food options, especially since this restaurant is attached to a hotel. A sign at the entrance advised that after 07 September no Pizza is available. The menu was quite limited. With no other options in the area we had a rather pricey meal and mediocre service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and the apartment are very equipped. The views are amazing and the beach is very nice to stay at. The beach bar is very nice and we also used their free kayak services. Definitely we're coming back.

You need to win a lottery to go to the beach. You need to pay for beach towels. You need to love walking up stairs as the climb to your room is steep. The food is average the service the same. The overall experience was poor.

In general all have been fine except the resaturant which serve low quality food. The beach is very nice and clean. There is no waves even during windy weather. The stuff been very helpfull. Quite long distance to walk to the supermarkets is a big dissadvatage.

They are the best. The price for such a good quality is just unbeatable. The holiday village is unique, beautiful. Room service, food, staff in general 5*. Little bit improvement in english communication would be nice but it has also big plus, motivation to learn the basics of italian. Grazie mille!
