Nice hotel, but a breakfast menu doesn't have too much variations. A single room clean and good but for 4☆ hotel could be bigger.

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces.Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in. This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car.

I was in this structure, I have to congratulate the staff, and unfortunately I can not give 10stelle. Master Arturo with kindness, ability and competence is very rare now. I do not put more than three stars, I think I have never put, but here you can put yourself in the hands of this guy and not think about anything else. Kudos to the management for finding him. Lovely setting and great pool and bar area. Ideally situated next to the beach. What let's the resort down is the poor breakfast and attitude of some of the staff. Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It's a bit far from downtown Bari, but the facilities are clean and good. However, the breakfast wasn't very extensive and didn't offer a wide selection.

Nice hotel at a nice price from my point of view, and out of the season. The room was quiet despite being on the roadside. The hotel is just aside the S.S road, practical to find, easy to move from. The most spectacular views , wonderful staff , 2 pools at upper cliff level and one at sea level , and elevator to their private sun chairs on the water , water taxis for a fee to Positano. 5 Star experience - will be back! WOW! what an experience, not just a hotel, they have it covered from every detail to make this a 5 star vacation! Loved staying in Praiano instead of Positano. Such a beautiful property! We’ve stayed at several 5 star resorts along the coast and this was our favorite even though it only has 4 stars— I assume this is because it didn’t have a gym and true spa (only ocean side massages). However the views, decor and beach club more than make up for that.

If you go to Gardaland then this hotel is must. They offer good deals with free Gardaland tickets. Rooms are really nice, big, bathroom are perfect, beds were cozy. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa. Keeping buffet prices competitive with restaurants in Santa Teresa town would most likely make more guests eat or use the buffet more. Other than that perfect!

Overall okay, the service and facilities were okay, the breakfast was good. But the cleaning was not okay and the cleaning lady left the door unlocked on several occasions. Which was very unpleasant when you have all your luggage there.

Good rooms and good food; Very close to lake with "private Beach". Very close to the city center.

Multi site holiday first stop Check out was 10am, I requested 10:30 and was told no. I accepted this, but was annoyed that twice before 10am housekeeping came to the room, first time they didn’t even knock. Delightful stay, close to all things!

We really liked this. Comfortable rooms, good nights sleep. Super helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. We ate out every night so couldn't comment on the evening meals. Location is excellent. One thing about the local buses. The timetable seems to be an estimation at best!

Great location, helpful staff, some dated decor. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is great, staff generally very helpful (extra gold star for Antonio working in the pool bar/restaurant who was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and efficient) and the facilities spacious and good. The condition of many parts of the hotel is a little tired and dated but thankfully for us everything worked...
