Stayed here for five nights. the staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our shower was blocked and the tap was broken, so we could not turn the tap off, which flooded the entire bathroom. My first experience at the Hotel San Valentino Terme. I stayed with my mother for two weeks, and we took the opportunity to have spa treatments. Hotel is quite good. Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Rooms are spacious. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained...

We had the Garden View rooms and I have to say I was shocked to find a very musty smell upon entering. We immediately asked to switch off the AC, the maintenance guy came and opened the AC vent which was filled with mold. The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. The second day, I went to the restaurant on the ground floor, which was much quieter.

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.

Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Dinner was disappointing. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk. The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. The quality of the food, service, staff and pool are absolutely excellent. Very pleasant family atmosphere - mostly French and Italian at this time of year. You get to know your fellow hotel guests very well during your stay, which adds to the experience. A big thank you to the Gottardo family for their excellent hospitality.

We have come to the Hotel Garden many times. Always with family and mostly when the kids were young. It’s a great vacation if you are working really hard and need to just relax. This is the place to come The swimming pool is wonderful. Very large and filled with thermal waters so it is very warm. The kids love it and the adults can stay in for hours. There is also large grounds to walk around...

Excellent resort to spend a week with family and young children. Hot Springs fed pools, very pleasant and well balanced meals, excellent service and friendly staff. Our children have had a wonderful time there everytime we have visited the Hotel Garden. We will most certainly return in the future.

The room was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable with soft linen. The hotel environment was also very pleasant. The breakfast spread in the morning offered a decent variety, including Chinese options. It was pretty standard fare, but overall, it was a solid stay.

The hotel has an excellent location and is rated 4 stars. I stayed alone, and the room was quite small. In the room,  did have an unpleasant smell.

Very satisfied with this hotel stay, especially for a long business trip. I'll definitely be staying here again. It's convenient and safe, highly recommended. I thought it would be noisy being right across from the train station, but surprisingly, it was very quiet. I'm extremely pleased.

Unacceptable Conduct and Zero Customer Care – Over €500 Lost! I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with Mercure Bologna Centro. Due to severe weather conditions, it was objectively impossible for us to travel. Despite this, the hotel refused any form of cancellation, refund, or even partial flexibility. The room's location is excellent; right outside the hotel is the train station, which is perfect for exploring around Bologna. It might be a bit far from the city center, though. The overnight tax was incredibly expensive, 23.2 euros for two people.

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.

This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. Located far away from the center and not so many restaurants because it is all most outside Vicenza.

The room is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, varied and nutritious, the location is only about 2 kilometers away from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 20 kilometers away from Naples, close to the highway entrance, and convenient for travel.

The room is clean and the location is easy to find. Because it is close to the tourist attraction of Caserta Royal Palace, there are many families staying here. The breakfast is OK but relatively busy. Parking is available in the yard and it is safe. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which is open for lunch and dinner, but the price is higher.

The room is nice and not small, but the waiter in the restaurant is a little cold, everything else is ok. You can also see Mount Vesuvius🌋

The level of the novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving travel. It is on the main road, which may be inconvenient without a self-driving car. It is several kilometers away from the city center.

The room is big enough, but the room is poorly equipped. There is no coffee or coffee machine, and no electric kettle for boiling water. The front desk service attitude is very average. The hygiene is OK. The restaurant service is very good.

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.

The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

We went for a 4-day golf clinic with Andrea Zanardelli which was a great, top experience. The golf courses were wonderful, views from everywhere were stunning and the staff really helpful and all very friendly. We would love to go back and also take advantage of the spa, beach, swimming pool and all the other activities available. I would highly recommend this resort for sport or relaxing!!

Verdura resort is a special place. The golf was beautiful, the tours, small towns on hilltops, cheese making, Valley of the Temples, fresh gardens and food were all amazing. What really makes a place is the people. All Of the staff were wonderful. Angela was one of them who stood out. She effortlessly exudes joy, true kindness, and happiness. Verdura is surely the top resort in all of Sicily. Concierge level service from arrival to departure. Truly remarkable. Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....

Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Location isn't the best, far from Naples and not much to do in Caserta. Hotel on a big free way. Very conveniences in the center of Milan.

The hotel is in a great location that allows you to walk to a lot of attractions. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything is good except that the rooms have no air conditioner. Summer is hot in Geneva. With a fan, it's okay but AC is preferred. Other than that everything is good.

A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard. Weirdly enough, there is no do-it-yourself coffee/tea option – these must be ordered from the staff.
