The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. A great stay overall.

The hotel's location is great, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, with a commercial street and many restaurants nearby. The staff were very accommodating, always offering to help with luggage, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable.

I looked at a bunch of hotels in Milan for New Year's Eve, and this one has a great location. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service was really good, and the breakfast was delicious, definitely catering to Chinese tastes.

The service is pretty good; you can ask the front desk to help you book tickets. This saves you from having to queue up yourself today.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of the action near Milano Centrale. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly everything was great. Thank you for everything and warm regards from Germany :)

Very good restaurant, the chef and staff are there to take care of you. We had a good stay, with a friendly team. We were able to enjoy the bar and the indoor swimming pool. We will keep good memories of our stay at the Lipari hotel

impeccable room, top bedding, magnificent view of the sea, conscientious and helpful staff, everything for a great stay with family or friends. what's more, the sun was really shining and we were able to travel the Sicilian roads. In short, a great stay!

Such a lovely place sadly with so many problems. Ideal for families who speak french or Italian. If you are a single couple speaking English expect a loud experience and very little help from the staff. The rooms and the premise are otherwise great. Breakfast is also good. The small "train" to the beach is also a very nice addition.

That’s was perfect stay in nice place

The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

Stayed here for five nights. the staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our shower was blocked and the tap was broken, so we could not turn the tap off, which flooded the entire bathroom. This was an amazing place to stay in the heart of the Sassi. The breakfast was very nice with many options and the dinner we had there was equally good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was the nicest we had on our two week trip. Appreciated a safe available in the room.

What a superb hotel. Beach was amazing and the staff were always incredibly polite and helpful. We were a little bit wary having read some reviews but thought it excellent and wished we had stayed for two nights. We did not hire sun loungers as there was adequate space on the beach and did not eat dinner there. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a great stay at the resort. Really nice pool by the ocean and an elevator down to the ocean. If you book economy room you have to pay 30euro extra for a bed and umbrella by the ocean. The resort is quite big and you need to park pretty far away and then they pick you up with a golf car. We had our rooms pretty far from the ocean but the room up there had its own pool and that was very nice....

There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

Beautiful structure, excellent for rest. Well insulated rooms... the only flaw was the ventilation system... that you can't turn it off and it continues to go all night even at minimum.

Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. The first room we occupied could use a little more care with decor and air flow. The hot water didn’t work the first few evenings but only in the AM.

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

Husk of former glory Hotel has seen better days and its just a downward spiral based on our visit. The area is walking distance from everything you need though, bus, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store.
