Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport...

Rooms were great and the staff too. Close to the Verona train station. But a 20min walk to the main proper. And weirdly, my room was very dusty. So I was sneezing non stop. Not sound proof too. Could hear entire conversation of the room next to me.

Great boutique hotel overlooking the castle. I have been staying here many times with family events hosted. The staff and warmth is always amazing. You can just sit here all day enjoying sun sand and the italian hospitality that no kne can match.

In the heart of Asolo, a beautiful small village in the Veneto region, Villa Cipriani is what any traveller is looking for. Incredible setting, superlative service, amazing structure with a dream garden and a true five star restaurant. No need to make a list of all the pluses of this hotel. It's all great. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Villa Brunella was lovely, views were very good. The uniqueness came from its location, which made it very quiet and enjoyable. Almost everywhere in Capri requires walking, which should be kept in mind when booking anywhere on the island, however the beauty of this location more than makes up for the walk.

It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

This is probably the best hotel in Matera. Located right next to the cathedral, the square in front of the hotel offers panoramic views of Matera's Old Town. The hotel is a converted protected building, with elegant design, spacious rooms, and beautiful scenery. The hotel's restaurant, Le Bubbole, is also excellent and deserves a five-star recommendation.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! Hotel Palazzo Gattini was an amazing experience. My wife, son, and I spent four days at the hotel and had a phenomenal stay from the very beginning. I am writing this from the bed in our room. I would say this is probably one of the best hotels in Matera. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. The spa is spectacular. I stayed in a corner room with two glass walls, and even the bathroom had a window that could be opened, which I was very pleased with. The room was clean and tidy, and the lighting and furniture had a nice design aesthetic. The location was also good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

It's a renovated, elegant hotel. The room is large, but it doesn't have a coffee maker or a kettle for making tea. There's no complimentary water either. Breakfast is chaotic, incredibly crowded... you ask a waiter for decaf (the machine doesn't have it) and then you're stuck waiting... expensive for what it offers.

Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.

The property is both a hotel and a residence. While it’s a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and quite nice. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Visconti Palace. The hotel has a timeless elegance — spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. Great location for the hotel. Although the exterior isn't particularly special, the interior is quite pleasant. Rooms are a good size, and there's a lovely little garden where you can have breakfast.

Hotel is about a 30min walk to the centre, we enjoyed this being away from the hustle and bustle. Room was clean, classic decor, facilities were enough. Staff are very attentive. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a nice addition if you needed some relaxing time.

Generally enjoyable stay. I went on holiday alone with 2 small kids so I didn't have too high expectations from it. The location on the beach was really nice, which was important for me and is the only strength of this hotel. This was one of the best summer breaks.. it’s a family friendly spot where hotel hosts many activities for kids as well as entrainment for adults ( of course nothing would happen without Michele ) we didn’t leave the hotel property during our stay and would would definitely revisit this place.
