A little obsolete as far as the building is concerned, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms though with a weird set up and decoration. This is one of the few hotels where I can truly say that the attention to detail made me feel at home. Loved the room, loved the breakfast, loved the staff. Excellent!

The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two...

Staff have a take it or leave it attitude. Not interested in feedback or making guests feel appreciated. Sort of resort factory attitude. Place quite crowded. Doesn’t feel much like Italy. Big buffet but nothing much for veggies. Beach a bit scruffy.

Wonderful place for families entertainment for all ages. Food was good with different options every day. Staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming.

Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good. Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied...

Good and clean hotel. Location is near Vatican City. As Asian, it is common to encounter ****** in Italy so here is the same. Don’t take it to heart when people are beneath you. Other than that, good hotel to stay.

This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.

The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the shower was broken, and so was the toilet. The experience was pretty mediocre, and the bed was very narrow.

We travelled with a large group from Ireland to the Park Hotel Jolanda and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging to changes that we requested. The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. What made our stay at this hotel outstanding was the staff. They made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our entire stay. The reception team, the housekeepers and the restaurant and bar staff all made our experience exceptional. I would stay here again purely based on them!

Although the cameras are somewhat outdated, the hotel is an excellent option. It’s located in a beautiful area, close to Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, and Olbia. The gardens are lovely, and the hotel has its own port, making it convenient to rent gommones or other boats.

The room is quite big. It takes 10 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport. The hotel has a shuttle service, but it does not cover the whole day. It costs 10 euros per person. The hair dryer is very dirty. I suggest the hotel change it. The breakfast is very average.
