Yh really enjoyed the stay hotel was actually really clean and amazing staff where really helpful aswell. I came to Milan mainly to visit lake como so it was only a 3 day trip but one thing about me I need a good bed to sleep in so i don’t feel, and the bed was really comfy

Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage.

Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms. To give the overall fair view, beds are very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the airport is very close (Linate).

Hi, the daily park fee was 20 euro. I stayed less than 24 hours there but paid each of my leavings. Total 28.50 euro. I see the first time here this kind of parking policy.

My three-night stay was a terrible experience. The room maintenance was appalling. On my first night, two of the three towels were filthy (I don't know if it was blood or feces). This time I booked for my colleagues. They said the double bed was uncomfortable and should be made of 2 single beds. The middle and left and right sides of the bed were concave, so he had to sleep diagonally to be better. The breakfast was average, all bread, small selection, no noodles. Stayed in a family triple room for one night. It is two rooms. The bedroom is very good. The bathroom is clean. The facilities are a bit old. It will be better if they are updated. The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit far from the subway. You may need a taxi to travel.

I stayed for two nights, but the towels were not replenished on the second day. There are no amenities other than body soap, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast was delicious.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.

Located in the center of Abano, the hotel enjoys all the comforts. Pleasant to spend time in the spa saunas and thermal pools located on the top floor and outdoors. The staff was so amazing, the breakfast was the best we had in Italy, dinner was the best again. It was our favorite dinner we had in Italy on our 18 day travels. I 100% recommend this place. I hope we will be back.

An excellent hotel, with friendly staff and excellent service. Staff spoke a number of languages. We are English speakers, but heard staff speaking fluently to German & French speaking guests. Fabulous hotel, exceptional service and a wonderful breakfast. The staff are the best I’ve come across, welcomed with a smile and absolutely everything is thought of. Restaurant is well worth a visit excellent food.
