The room is quite spacious and clean. The reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple, as in most hotels. The location is rather far from the city center, so it feels a bit quiet in the evening, with not many activities around.

Great beach hotel near Porto Cesareo We had a wonderful stay at the end of May before the busy season picked up! Very friendly staff and nice facilities. The beach club immediately in front is excellent with a very nice restaurant and soft sand beach. Good breakfast too!

The mattress is hard, it's very noisy to sleep, you can hear the elevator. And the worst part is the air conditioner blows directly on the bed. It's close to the station. The breakfast is very average, the coffee is capsule-based.

We arrived quite late, the room smelled bad, but the service was good.

The hotel is great, conveniently located, and has a nice environment.

The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Maybe this kind of fashion hotel is more fake five-star.

I had dinner here once and coffee a number of times. Dinner was by father the best I had in Bernalda. Atmosphere, decor and music was divine. The hotel is really well designed and run like a true luxury resort. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

A great space to relax and unwind by the pool, very calm and enjoyable atmosphere. The property itself has excellent potential given the spacious grounds and beautiful setting. However, the rooms feel quite outdated, particularly the sheets and curtains. With some investment in modernising the décor and upgrading the linens, this place could truly thrive and become a standout destination.

Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons and more! The location is prime. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and has an amazing history. It was a former convent. They have a fabulous spa and restaurants.

Fabiana the Front of House Manager was really helpful and arranged for us to extend our stay. Breakfast is a la carte and was fabulous. We had drinks each evening in the garden and it’s beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay. The hotel is really central and you can walk to all the main sights

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.

Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.

The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.

Checked out before 12am, don't know why, around 10:30am, the hotel cleaner opened the door 3 times without knocking🙄 The flowers downstairs of the hotel are beautiful, you can see the flowers while having breakfast💐

Everything is fine. Adigeo is nearby. Breakfasts leave much to be desired.

Nice , comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Very kind staff. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor
