My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet...

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Location location location. We had a layover at a different airport, so we decided to stay near centrale stazione. Got off the bus, and it was a minute away. The staff, the room, the spa, and the gym everything eas perfect. We were able to check in early for upgrading our room for a fee. But was worth it. Would definitely come back!!

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations after traveling from the US for 36 hours we couldn’t wait to get to our room since we were traveling with our 2 year old. What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.

Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. This is a large resort hotel with a great idea in mind. The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors...

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

This is by far one of my best memories this year. The food amazing, rooms comfortable and wel kept. Walking is a must but i dont mind. Pool and spa did not leave me wanting. And thank you Nadja for helping me with all my questions and making everything more welcoming. Would recomend.

Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

Hotel is dated. The air conditioning was making a loud noise. This was addressed however the noise was still there after albeit less loud. The lights flicker every once in awhile. The rooms were clean though and the receptionist was very friendly.

Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia. Restaurant is great. Common areas are quite nice and so is the beach. Decor of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)

The hotel is located directly on the beach , the rooms are clean but small. The territory of the hotel is well-kept with lots of flowers. The food is delicious and varied, but you have to pay for water and other drinks at lunch and dinner. You also have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is very polite and attentive.

The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome.

Newly renovated and honestly super good value of money for the room quality under Marriott name in Europe. Decent size for Italy hotel and hotel parking of Eur15 for 24 hours (compared to lots of other hotels charging eur25-40 per 24 hours in Mila). Location wise it is not in duomo area but better as we are driving (so avoid ZTL altogether). Will stay again!

Got assigned a handicapped room, and cant change my room

Check-in was a long and very frustrating process. I was repeatedly asked how many nights, how many people, etc. I thought that would be obvious from the booking I made. For three adults she asked if I want two or three beds. I thought two beds means one queen and one single. Apparently not so. Two beds meant two single beds. A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.

Genoa is a very beautiful city. The hotel we booked on short notice was generally satisfactory. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was also quite rich. The hotel swimming pool requires reservations. It is charged.
