The hotel service was great, and my friend was very satisfied. Even though there were a few minor hiccups along the way, everything was resolved perfectly in the end. The only downside was a problem with the bathroom floor drain, which I recommend getting checked out.

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized. Everything was well prepared and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. They are multilinguals and can communicate easily. Recommended for all kind of visits and could be for singles, groups and/or families.

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. Situated in between central Rome and the airport outside pool is really nice. The water is very cold though. We used the inside spa, which was very relaxing and nice.

The room was large, a rarity in Europe. I slept very comfortably, the breakfast was generous, and the service was very nice. The minibar was restocked daily. The Vatican is a 15-minute drive away, so transportation is quite convenient. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, but taxis are readily available. Overall ok. Just empty when we were there Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

The biggest advantage is the excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the central train station. Plus, the breakfast is quite good.

Stayed here on 4th Dec to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. They were so sweet to send us the complimentary cake. Hotel is very near the Milano Centrale and we found it easy to travel around Milan. With tram 10, right in front of hotel, it brought us to Milan Chinatown. Plenty of chinese food. Hotel is clean, safe and quiet. Staff were very friendly too.

We loved our stay at the JW. The property sits in a beautiful calm island full of trees and and amenities, you won’t be bored easily and if do, Venice is just a quick 20min ride away. The JW in Venice is an amazing property. The staff was great and the amenities are fantastic. The shuttles are always on time, you just need to plan on them but it’s no big deal. The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

Overall, it was good. Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus. It was much better than I expected, mainly because it included meals.

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I am giving five star to the restaurant service, they were amazing every time we were there for breakfast and dinner. Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area before breakfast starts. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. Only down side was the air conditioner which did not seem to cool down the room enough.

Room and bathroom are too small. I can't even bending to washing my feet. Location is not bad. Nearby bus station to Vatican (32) and takes only 25min and use subway to other places.

We spent 4 nights at the Ariston Molino Buja. A nice 4 star hotel serving a good breakfast. The thermal swimming pools were really warm 36-38 degrees C. The one downside was the air-conditioning was a waste of time/space and completely ineffective. Consequently the room was far too hot for us to sleep well.

We stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was very good it doesn't quite warrant 5 stars in any area. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable but the noise from the road, and from the corridors is too loud. So first off I want to start with the positive, the rooms are beautifully furnished and clean, the soundproofing as far as outside sound is great and the staff is very friendly. The Radisson Hotel GHR in Rome truly made our two-night stay wonderful. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus, letting us relax with views over the city. We stayed four nights and it was wonderful. The room was quite spacious for Rome, and there was a beautiful church across from the window. The breakfast restaurant manager, Rafiq, was especially kind, remembering each guest's preferences and proactively chatting. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Piazza di Spagna, and the driver was very friendly, spoke good English, and was very patient.

Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. Went for 2 days R & R. Nice hotel in the middle of Abano Terme, convenient for walking into town and many restaurants. There is dining at the hotel, but did not use this so cannot comment. I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age.

The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach. The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty.

Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.

The service and food are good. We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but it can easily be solved by taxi or Uber.

It’s always a pleasure staying here. The hotel is impeccably clean and the personnel are professional and service-oriented. Elissa who serves us in the dining area was sweet and very attentive.

Absolutely stunning resort. The pools and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. A bit pricy for food and drinks by the pool. Definitely rent a car as there is limited shuttle service to and from the resort to the town of Porto Cervo. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is very tired. The staff at the reception were not overly welcoming or accommodating. This is not a five star resort. But for what it is, it’s fine. Beautiful location.

Property need maintenance and upgrade Room service and cleaning deficient

Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.
