The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.
Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!
Great location, near Plaza de España. The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good. 👍
Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning. It turned out that their deputy chief had arrived.
We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable).
The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything...

My wife and I stayed here for a total of 10 nights in October 25 (our stay was so amazing that we extended our initial 6 day stay for another 4 days). What can I say, everything was absolutely fantastic from the location right on the beautiful beach to the opulent rooms and facilities. Superb daily breakfast followed by a trip to the very impressive spa for an hour or two of relaxation rounded off...
Clean room great staff nice place
It was mine and my husband first time at ALMAR hotel. We stayed for 7 nights. It was absolutely amazing 🤩. Room was very clean , breakfast was amazing- lots of food choice. Private beach is so close. SPA facilities are very good. Friendly staff at hotel bar . Larissa, Adrian, Sante were friendly and funny ( sorry don’t remember all the names ) but all staff at reception was great too. We had nice back...
The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but in reality it deserves no more than a solid 4 stars.
The reasons are simple: the rooms are extremely modest, the elevators are slow and in need of adjustment — this is not the standard of a true 5-star hotel.
The hotel’s “lobby” is rather symbolic — just one large sofa covered in worn-out faux leather. That’s where all the comfort ends. The space badly...

My wife, our four children, and I recently stayed at Almar Jesolo Resort and Spa, and it was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

We stayed with our infant daughter—it was a delight. She loved it, and staff made us all feel welcome in a luxurious, family-friendly setting.
Check-In Experience
Smooth process with a sweet toy for our baby. Wish we'd gotten more amenity info upfront; we hunted for restaurant hours and gym location.
Gym Facilities
Well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, classes...
After all the wonderful reviews of the Rome Cavalieri, I had pretty high expectations for the property, but unfortunately, so of those expections were not met.
Let's start with the room. While the room is clean and has that old world charm, it definitely appeals to an older generation. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was kept well. One strange thing that kept bothering me was all...
Absolutely terrific property. The views are simply unbeatable, like something out of a movie. The service is exceptional, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. I was also a very big fan of their breakfast buffet, as well as the dining options for dinner. While we didn’t get a chance to go to it, the hotel is home to Rome‘s only three star Michelin restaurant, Pergola.
The only criticism that...
We stayed at the Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel this past August during our very first visit to Italy, and from the moment we arrived until our final day, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

I’d like to share my appreciation for the wonderful service at the Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It was my first time visiting Rome, and I came with my sister, so having such a warm welcome meant a lot. Daniel at check-in was especially outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. He introduced the hotel’s services and even escorted us to our room, which made us feel truly cared for...
It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.
Good location, beautiful room, friendly staff, nice food.
A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!
I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. Also, while the service was good, there were too many additional charges; they even charged extra for escorting guests to their rooms
This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai.
The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful!
One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering. The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in.
At night, a cricket chirped...

Right across from the Milan Convention Center, this hotel is super convenient for exhibition attendees. If you get a room on the east side, you'll have a fantastic panoramic view of the exhibition hall. The breakfast spread is also extensive. A special shout-out for the takeaway coffee cups – a real lifesaver!
The hotel is really great! Beautiful surroundings and great staff. The room is spacious and pretty. Will come again in the near future!
Despite the problems we had with the booking, the people from the hotel were more than friendly and helped us to make our stay at an enviable level. Especially the guy from the reception Stefano was ultra friendly and showed that he knows how to do his job perfectly. We will be back next year because of him.
Very nice hotel, breakfast was great, room very spacious for single guest room. The only issue was there is no close public transportation within nice walking distance.

A very artistically decorated hotel that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel truly makes it memorable.
The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.
The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good.
The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well.
The hotel...
An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...
Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.
A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. I recommend it because the hotel facilities are new, the surroundings are quiet, and it's convenient for getting around.

I stayed at GranSerena Hotel during a business trip and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between professional and relaxing — elegant interiors, immaculate service, and a touch of Mediterranean soul in every detail. Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for...
Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! Our stay at Gran Serena was fantastic – beautiful location, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to the staff for their help in a difficult situation – they found and returned my lost wedding ring. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely come back! 💛
We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th).
Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity.
On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines...
The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.
The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.
The stay was pleasant and I would say the following:
Pros
-restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian.
-beach is nice and good general facilities
- hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello
Cons
-unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

I have been staying at the Meliá Milano for several years for regular business trips. I have found it to be a welcoming and functional property. The “The Level” Lounge is a real plus.

Nice hotel after all, not super new but honest. Good vibes at breakfast, a waiter from Napoli was singing a bit and was very nice 😀
Free parking with plenty of spaces. Many police officers stay here, so it feels quite safe. The hotel rooms are well-equipped and all have balconies, which is great. Breakfast is 15 euros and very rich. The location is a bit remote, suitable for those with a car.
The rooms are spacious and free parking is very convenient. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's a bit far from the center of Rome, so it's ideal for those traveling by car.
The standard rooms are pretty average, but the suites offer incredible value for money. Perhaps the name Holiday Inn” should be changed to “Bed & Breakfast”, because you get close to nothing amenities in a quite secluded area with very little to do around. All the staff are so welcoming and really make you feel like a big family here; they always greeted us with a smile and stopped to...

Very Good Hotel in Abano. one of the Best Experience Ever. Well Maintained Hotel. They Have Got Great Spa and Ayurveda Services
I had 2 beauty treatments as a non guest at the Metropole, I stayed at a nearby hotel, so I can only comment on the beauty treatments I received. I have had facials and massages in different countries, and my massage here was one of the best I've had. I was taken promptly at the arranged time, and had an excellent deep tissue massage, the staff were very professional and very nice. next time I'm going...
I return for the pools, which they cleverly keep open until 11 pm, and if it's crowded, even later. The hotel is typical Abano style: dated furnishings, carpeting, and lots of unused space. Extremely clean and quiet, with plenty of parking and lots of greenery. The floor waitress was excellent, super professional, quiet, precise, and very polite. The weak point is the restaurant. The maître d' pestered...
Ambience is amazing! Peaceful, relaxing, and gorgeous setting.
We go there for many years in may/june to stay there for a week of relaxation, treatments and to enjoy the Venetian cuisine. Don’t know many hotels who offer such a consistent high quality over decades with thoughtful adaptations over the years, i.e. now with a lunch buffet instead of served Menue which is the perfect choice for warm days. Don’t miss out the wine menue, great wines from all parts of...
Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly.
What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. We had to train in 30 ˚C and some of the machines were out of order or dit not work properly.

Staff friendly and helpful The hotel was clean and well kept and rooms were comfortable and spacious Room keepers were very good and our room was cleaned and tidied away every day impeccably Breakfast was varied and good quality
Just back from a wonderful week at Hotel Le Soleil. We had a fantastic fifth floor room with full sea & pool view, the room was spotless & very well serviced each day. Breakfast was also excellent, great choice of hot & cold options. All staff were courteous & helpful especially Beatrice on reception & Edi in the bar. The hotel is within easy access of many restaurants & is also well located for exploring...
Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and very friendly, first room was small but lovely we moved to another room which was bigger but a bit noisy as near a stair case leading to outside, we then moved up to room 508 and this really made a massive difference, highly recommend this hotel great location, rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels provided, can...
Beatrice was very kind to me ,arranged my early flight home after a domestic. Male receptionist was unhelpful. Bruno and tizhiano very good. No iron or kettle, had to borrow a special plug, my adapter wasn't right. Spa advertised, but not the expensive prices, was in room 107, deliveries at 6am in the morning were not nice. But clean, great food, would stay again.
Spotlessly clean hotel. Room on small side but was not an issue. We took our own kettle as had read previously on here that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and were glad we did. The shower was lovely and spacious. The only negative with the room was that the wardrobe was not full length so had to hang dresses on rail in room. My complaint is that I am a vegetarian and the main courses...
This is a lovely hotel. We booked through tui. And thought we had a side sea view. We were greeted at reception with lovely Vanessa. Who was very nice. Professional and courteous. She said you only get sea views if you book through the hotel.. But did say we could upgrade later as hotel was busy that day. Our room was very small. Was a street view. Shower very small. Good shower though.. Balcony...
