200m from train station, decent sized room, clean. The guy at the front desk was super good and very helpful, the house keeping lady was also very polite and helpful. No lift to first floor rooms so they helped to carry the luggages up and down. The front desk guy gave good info about the places to visit and helped in storing the luggage for 6 hrs after check out. Overall - excellent service despite few cons, worth for a night for 2.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days in April 2023 and felt the warmth of home. The hotel is located in an old apartment building, the breakfast is rich, the room is not big but all facilities are complete and sufficient, clean and comfortable. The impressive front desk staff, an uncle who is probably over 60 years old, is very enthusiastic and gentleman. He took the initiative to open the elevator door and carry the suitcase for us. We are very grateful to him.

Locating this B&B was very difficult as there is no sign on the building. It is located in what seems to be a residential building and not a clean one at that. Upon entering the building the first thing you get is a horrible sewage smell. The very tiny,old fashioned elevator can only fit one person and their luggage at a time, and does not seem safe. The reception area is small, dirty and unwelcoming. The rooms are clean but very stark. The bathroom has some mold in the tile work. There is a tiny sign in the bathroom that basically says unless you leave your towel on the floor, it will not be changed for 3 days. The day of check out, I was trying to locate the elevator when I saw the front desk clerk/ housekeeper and asked her to point me in the direction of the elevator within the maze of hallways and stairs. She in turn demanded I give her the key before i can use the elevator. I explained that my travelling companion had already gone down to reception with the key to complete the check out process. She then confiscated my suitcase and said I can have it back when I return the key. My travelling companion wrote a review about our stay and shortly after the review posted we were hit with a 60 Euro damage fee for the room... we were never told exactly what was damaged...

Excellent Hosting!!! I definitely encourage everyone to meet Paola, the owner. She is very helpful and friendly. We loved her breakfast!!!
The place is not fancy; but, it is a family B&B! The mom, dad and son are working together!
The prices are not reasonable; but, it is Florence, a big tourist attraction.... Though, the rates could be lower.
Overall, I strongly encourage you to stay there.

A very lovely place with friendly management. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is very nice. Bathrooms are kept very clean and everyone who works here is always happy to help.

Dont trust this hotel! fraudulent agency!
the facility that I made a reservation for and paid for, did not take me to the review facility. He stated that he would refund the fee. The fee has been charged to my credit card. Personel talk me very badly on the phone

The location is excellent but the AC is weak and the shower was barely warm at times. The staff was very friendly.

Nice Rooms, outside doesnt reflect the inside at all. Good breakfast. toilets were very nice. The man at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the city and can recommend great restaurants. about 5 minute walk from the train station (if you walk slow). About 15 minutes from the Duomo. Wifi was great, TV was awesome
