Excellent Hosting!!! I definitely encourage everyone to meet Paola, the owner. She is very helpful and friendly. We loved her breakfast!!!
The place is not fancy; but, it is a family B&B! The mom, dad and son are working together!
The prices are not reasonable; but, it is Florence, a big tourist attraction.... Though, the rates could be lower.

A very lovely place with friendly management. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is very nice. Bathrooms are kept very clean and everyone who works here is always happy to help.

the facility that I made a reservation for and paid for, did not take me to the review facility. He stated that he would refund the fee. The fee has been charged to my credit card. Personel talk me very badly on the phone

The location is excellent but the AC is weak and the shower was barely warm at times. The staff was very friendly.
Nice Rooms, outside doesnt reflect the inside at all. Good breakfast. toilets were very nice. The man at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the city and can recommend great restaurants. about 5 minute walk from the train station (if you walk slow). About 15 minutes from the Duomo. Wifi was great, TV was awesome
Beautiful ..modern,very clean and staff are awesome that you take care from the moment of arrival until departure.Breakfast is both sweet and salty.Two steps from the station and from all points of tourist attraction.It will be our PU to Florence.

Great location! The hotel is located just across the street from the train station, you have lots of things really close to see, you can even walk to them. The staff is very kind, always giving 100% to fulfill our needs. The rooms are quite big, very spacious with modern furniture. also the hotel has free wi-fi. Me and my missus we really enjoy our holiday in Florence at this hotel, I would personally recommend to all my friends to go there. We will probably come back and stay here again.
Very nice and clean room. Friendly and polite staff. Great and tasty breakfast with croissants, bread, biscuits and cold cuts. Awesome location, right near the city train station.
