The reception should undergo training with an emphasis on communication with guests. Chek in takes too long, you get unnecessary information, and you have to ask for the necessary information yourself.

Bad staff at breakfast, a woman asks for the room number 3 times, while you are eating, they remove what you brought from the table.

Working in a hotel, I give myself the right to say that the hotel is bad, the staff is non-existent

This hotel is not 4 stars it‘s 2 stars hotel

The rooms are very old and do not match the pictures, but they still feel clean.
The rooms are not soundproof, and a lot of noise can be heard from the hallway and the surrounding rooms.
The room I received was at the end of the hallway, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach there, so I was left without internet

The room size was okay, and although the location wasn't in the city center, it was still very convenient (there are public buses and trams nearby), making it easy to get to the city center. However, the service was really poor, probably because they're in high demand for business, especially at the front desk, where the service was very stiff, with no smiles and no manners whatsoever. The bedding in the room was also very dirty. I wouldn't recommend it!

Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of service and hospitality.

Although the outdoor area is very beautiful and inviting, we were asked to leave when we sat down to eat a simple snack that we had brought with us. There were no signs or notices indicating that eating in that area was not allowed, which made the situation feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Additionally, the breakfast service had a fixed time from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, and at exactly 9:00, staff began asking guests to leave the dining area. This abrupt approach felt very unfriendly and rigid, especially for guests who are on vacation.

On top of that, the hotel is not well located. It is far from the city center and from most tourist attractions, which made getting around much less convenient.

Overall, these issues left a negative impression. I would not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to others.

Staff was polite and courteous, beyond that the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. As indicated in other reviews, the sound insulation between the rooms is poor. You need to have one key inserted in a control box for power in your room, or you will not have power (AC is most important during warmer months). Without this, after a day of activities you will come back to a warm room. Make sure you get two keys so one can always be inserted. However when my room was made up, they pulled the key out to cut off power.
The gym they claim to provide has only one working device.
Again as indicated in other reviews, the breakfast area is very small and you have to get coffee served to you which makes the process very slow and you can’t leave the small breakfast area with it. Options for food are also very limited.
