Flom Boutique Hotel in Florence

this hotel is fled, the reception is very unpleasant, leaving the hotel, I have deposit my bags on the reception time to buy a drink, and taking them again, my ipad disappeared, I announced to the reception, it rejects the responsibility on me as what I must prevent them what I have in my bags! I have to ask to see the camera. Oddly all the cameras of the hotel function except that of the reception! Very poor hotel. Very shabby service attitude difference between the wifi sucks you can say no. Storage of Luggage at very unsafe irresponsible. My Luggage in the Luggage storage at the ipad is stolen they are completely without apology. Management ignored us. Good inside only employees can go in and the door was open. The hostel where all the cameras are good will store their Luggage at the broken said broken one day, you feel credible? Once a lesson. Everyone be careful for the wonderful.
cet hotel est à fuir, l'accueil est très désagréable. En quittant l'hotel, j'ai déposer mes valises à la reception, le temps d'acheter à boire, et en les reprenant, mon ipad a disparu, j'ai signalé à l'accueil, il rejette la responsabilité sur moi comme quoi je dois les prévenir ce que j'ai dans mes valises! lol? J'ai demander à voir la caméra. Bizarrement tout les caméras de l'hôtel fonctionnent sauf celui de la reception! Je suis allé porter plainte au commissariat

i see the bed bug in my room!???and breakfast?????? so awful. also, the toilet(bath room) not in single room. it is out side. (but use only)
finally, the room is veeeeeery dark. i can not make-up this room. + mirror is not in the room.

NOT STAYING IN THAT HOTEL was HORRIBLE, nothing more to get as other people say the uncle face hard we had tried to defraud with the move of the fault thanks to the fact that minutes before I had read the reviews could not go out with the sulla I told him I would call the Police, well, it gave us room in this hotel, dirty I think k does not know what a vacuum cleaner with odors ,mattresses horrible, bathroom disgusting, and what else can I say if the arrival was as it was, when we left I left with all the urge to tell him four things to tipejo that SCAMMER that was not that first I spoke and understood it perfectly, and when it no longer suited him he did not understand my language, take care for what it is AGGRESSIVE, and I agree to do something with hotels of this type for anyone to go and will love the trip, it is a little shame to do that to people k earn your own bread, you eat tourists without shame.

Very old Hotel, not clean, broken furniture and floor, the size of the restroom is a joke, the restroom equipment unusable, the chair does not fit between the desk and the bed, there are no power plugs available. The pros, only one: the comfortable terrace for smoking, I could work, smoke and drink some water overnight without bothering anyone at the reception

The AC did not turn on until june and it was very hot, the WiFi did not work in the rooms. They're was a large group of 14ish year olds that were slamming doors and running around all night. That all being said, no bed bugs and actually a really great location just around the corner from the market, academia and some food restaurants!

This hotel is pretty close walking distance to most major attractions. The staff were super friendly, but the hotel just wasn't that great. This is just our experience of 1 night at this hotel. There's no Air Conditioning. Well there is, but apparently they were not allowed to turn it on... according to some weird Italian law. It was 90° F outside and our room was very close to that inside, even well into the middle of the night. We bought a cheap fan to try to get some of the cooler nighttime air into the room, but it never really got close to 70 even inside. The bed was ok, for a hotel of this caliber, nothing great but better than rocks. The floor was typical wood, but was rather dirty. The shower was so small I could barely fit (I'm about 5'11" with a larger build but my wife couldn't either and she's a normal sized person). The shower door was in disrepair, probably from how small it was. Garbage day is Tuesday so, be ready to hear loud trucks for the better part of an hour starting at 5am. (Not really the hotels fault). The hotel looks to be updating some of the rooms, but they​ chose to build furniture and talk loudly directly outside our door starting 7am. (We weren't too pleased but we were already up from the garbage pickup so good sleep was not something we had). I hate to leave bad reviews, but giving a good one in this case just won't do.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. We arrived, and as other users are saying they told us that "he is not the hot water," so they sent us to another hotel. Previously we asked to return the money to what did not agree, and in addition to the emphasis began to yell at us in a violent way by saying your manager, literally, "I do not break the eggs" to a woman in a tone very offensive. In addition to that, we had two paid nights and we wanted to make a bed for a night in a hotel and another night in another, with the loss of time this entails. In this hotel are scammers, they sell most of the capacity they have and after they disassociate from the problem leaving everything in the hands of the customer to arrange as best you can.

The neighborhood in which the Hotel is located is not those that inspire confidence. The staff is pretty cool. The rooms are at the limit of decency, clean, but look old. The room "double room" where we were with were in fact two single beds pushed together with the risk of ending up in the media if there had never noticed. The headboards of the bed, once screwed to the wall, had been detached by force, with the screws hanging down, the bathroom decent.

Two stars only because the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rest is a hotel that could participate in the program "Hotel nightmare":

We had booked a double room, we found ourselves in a room with two single beds joined together, which in the night we went in the middle of the two beds.. at least put a double bedspread!!!
I open the water of the bidet, and went out literally BROWN.
We open the water in the shower and it was unusable because there was only cold water.
The only thing working was the sink..
We spent three days without bidet and shower.
Of course we informed several times the reception, in vain.
To round off the morning we were to leave, the check out time was at 11:00, well at 8:55 we open the door of cleaning ladies, without knocking while I was getting dressed.
