Hotel Arcadia in Florence

The hotel is located on two floors of a building, with a hidden entrance and security concerns. The overall decoration is old and worn out, the bathroom faucet is loose, and the wardrobe is shabby and unattractive. There are no duvet on the bed but being found in the wardrobe, which feels unhygienic. No slippers are provided. Hot water must be obtained from the reception desk. The staff are not very friendly.

It looked like anything but a hotel. I definitely do not recommend it, although there are air conditioners in the rooms, I do not think there is anyone who can sleep because of the sound of the air conditioners and the refrigerator. If a person pays 100 Euros excluding breakfast for a hotel, at least the air conditioner should work properly. The hotel said that if there is availability, we can use the parking lot for six Euros, unfortunately, although the parking lot is for four people, there were two vehicles when we entered the hotel, there were two vehicles when we left in the morning, we did not use it because, according to my estimate, we paid 30 Euros per day with an agreement with a parking lot in the future. The fact that there is a parking area and it is available but they do not provide it shows a person's work ethic, I definitely do not recommend it. The floors of the rooms are completely marble and the bed is very uncomfortable, I woke up with a backache when I woke up in the morning.
