PopArtment in Florence

After traveling in Europe for 10 days, I've stayed in some great places and some mediocre ones, but this particular room is the only one I feel compelled to write a review about. First off, the soundproofing is abysmal; if you're a light sleeper, definitely avoid this place. But that's not even why I want to give a bad review. It was the attitude of one staff member in the afternoon that really puzzled me (the first two were excellent). We went to pick up our luggage in the afternoon, and I asked her where the restroom was. She immediately looked me up and down and asked, 'Who are you?' with a very unfriendly gaze. Was it because I'm Chinese? So, my attitude also changed. I told her I was in a hurry and to please get my luggage quickly (implying I was rushing her). She said something in the local language that I didn't understand, but it probably wasn't anything nice, haha. Finally, she 'lectured' me, saying, 'If you're in such a hurry, you should have come earlier~'

Excuse me, why does it matter to her whether I come earlier or not? If I'm late, that's my own responsibility. Isn't a hotel staff member's job just to help me get my luggage? Since when do they get to lecture guests?

Didn't like this place one bit as a family with children, but some others might so explaining in detail.
This is like an AirBnb and not a hotel. They have many utilities & a functioning kitchen, specially microwave can come handy while on vacation. But you don't get any hotel type benefits. The breakfast is not on a restaurant but delivered at room ( per head 1 bread, 1 butter, 1 juice, 1 salami etc) which will not be sufficient at all. They do not clean the room, give towel or provide tissues on a daily basis, but every 3 days!!! So you can guess how dirty it can get. And overall room is big but not well kept. The reception is also not available 24X7, if you are back from trip late you need to open main door using code.
