Palazzo Graziani in Florence

Very cute bed & breakfast in a great location of Florence that is walking distance to just about everything. I want to start this review by giving a huge shoutout to this company for their excellent communication! Upon booking the reservation, I had asked for a room with duomo views. The property let me know that there wasn't a room with duomo views available but that they would let me know if that changed and if one became available. Surely enough, a room with duomo views later became available and the property was prompt to let me know and assisted with changing my reservation. Their prompt and professional level of communication was very appreciated while planning for this trip thousands of miles away.

The room was great, the views from the room and property were amazing, and the amenities were nice. One big bummer about our stay was that my partner got eaten alive by mosquitos. Similar to many places in Europe, there was no air conditioning in the room. We tried to open the big window in our room to allow some movement of air but woke up the next morning with many mosquito bites. Because of this, we didn't open up the window for the rest of our stay and found ourselves waking up in the middle of the night hot and sweaty, and with a few more mosquito bites. We think that they were somehow getting through little cracks in the wood or something? An antihistamine and bug spray later, we were able to successfully not get bit by mosquitos for the last two nights of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Florence.

Beautiful view

Excellent Airbnb! Great location, walkable to many attractions. You can see the famous duomo right from your window. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, toilet was clean and warm.

Great service from the host who also helped to book taxi because the ride hailing app isn't available in this historic area.

Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cookies, tarts, fruits and drinks.

Many people choose this place because of its location and breakfast view, but I think there are better options... The check-in counter has limited operating hours, so it's difficult to deal with unexpected accidents. And I got bitten by bedbugs as soon as I got here ㅠㅜ... The view is best from the breakfast area, but not from the room. As soon as I opened the window, I made eye contact with the person in the room across from me. The building structure is unique and has its own atmosphere. I couldn't get used to it at first, but it was charming when I left.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, beautifully furnished, spotless, and the surrounding area was very safe and quiet at night. Hot water came out very quickly. It was arguably the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Italy. (They even provided a kettle!) The only downside was that it was a bit chilly at night when I went in early October, the blankets were a little thin, and the air conditioning didn't have a heating function (but the cooling was excellent). Highly recommended! Florence felt much cleaner and more fun than Rome!

Also, it seems that hotels in Italy don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, combs, etc., only basic toiletries and towels. We ended up spending about ten euros to buy two pairs of flip-flops.

The hotel is in a very nice and convenient location, it’s a few minutes away from main attractions and the tram, all accessible on foot. The rooftop has gorgeous 360° views of Florence. The hotel itself is very well taken care of. The staff is friendly, breakfast is pleasant. I wish reception was able to provide information on visits to towns in the vicinity, but Google was good help. Altogether, if you’re looking for a pleasant stay, gorgeous views and no fuss, this is the a great option.

It truly had a European castle feel, with impressively high ceilings. The breakfast was quite generous, and there was also a terrace to enjoy. Having breakfast while gazing at the cathedral was truly a special experience.

Highly recommended. The hotel itself is a historic building, boasting a prime location surrounded by all of Florence's major landmarks.

A wonderful place in the middle of Florence. One if the best terraces in the city. Spend mornings and evenings up there it was amazing.

Staff was always incredibly kind and fast.
