We enjoyed all 3 of our stays and other than the lack of a protein source other than yogurt, breakfast was nice and there was an option for cafe Americano. Some minor maintenance issues should be addressed but overall we liked the warmth and quaintness.

My only suggestion would be more protein sources. Yogurt was the only one offered and it was always vanilla. More fresh fruit would have been appreciated as well

The place was quaint and cozy which is what we look for. Breakfast was ample and the coffee excellent. Staff was very helpful and being able to store our large suitcase there till we got back from a short trip was a fantastic perk

There are a lot of mosquitoes, the bathroom is very bad, and it is easy to accumulate water. It is a very disgusting accommodation experience. Trip.com company should carefully choose hotels.

Dirty abandoned hostel! Staff nowhere to be seen. Kitchen filthy. Staff failed to provide breakfast. Nothing at all. No sign of Staff to ask. After complaint to agent, manager lied to cover tracks claiming we were told to go to hotel above. Kitchen same state next day. Went to hotel upstairs and manager no idea about lie. Staff member got him to cover. Shower and toilet faulty and serious health hazards. Seemed like we were the only guests. Do jot go here!

Finding the hotel location was a bit of a challenge.
It wasn't the typical hotel entrance you'd think of, and there was no hotel sign, so I wandered around for a while and had a hard time getting in.
When I finally got in, the door was so stiff that it wouldn't open properly, so I was really annoyed.
There was no soundproofing at all. I could hear coughs and people talking in the next building.
However, the breakfast was delicious.
Since there were no staff members on duty, it was really hard to get directions, and even when I called, I couldn't get through.

"Avoid This Place – Disappointing Stay in Florence" Our stay in Florence was a huge disappointment. This place felt more like an abandoned house than a hotel—no staff around, no service, and a generally unfriendly atmosphere. Breakfast only starts at 8 AM, so we couldn’t have it since most tours start earlier. The kitchen amenities were lacking (no working kettle!), and there was no hot water in the shower. They also charge 7 euros per person per day as a city tax, with very little in return. If you're traveling to Florence, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This place isn’t worth the rating and definitely doesn’t meet expectations for a good trip.
