WARNING ‼️ DO NOT STAY HERE❌ I asked many times for clear information regarding our stay and none was provided. We were sent a gate cost and a door code with no instruction regarding which building or room we were to stay in. When we arrived, the only person who would speak to us was the kind woman washing dishes; the chef complained that it was Sunday and we should be able to check in alone; however he did finally show us how to lock the door which was not included in the instructions. When we asked a second question, he stormed away leaving us in an abandoned dirt parking lot with no cell/ internet service. The women we had been in contact with regarding her wine portfolio and who had agreed to provide a tasting for us also said she had lunch plans and we would have to wait until 8:30 pm to taste at dinner. There was only one option for dinner, pork. When we asked if they had other meat option, the chef made fun of us saying assuming we didn’t know where we were in Italy. The woman, who never materialized was extraordinarily unkind. When I asked if there was a physical person present at the property, she also made rude comments, asking if we assumed a farmer to be waiting us at check-in. She said modern people don’t lie reception anymore. I find this bizarre as I travel every month. She told us we could cancel and then refused to refund. Honestly, I would not have stayed at this property or anywhere near these horrifying people if I was paid to. Avoid at all cost!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è negativa.
Nonostante la location e fosse bella i proprietari e i servizi sono stati scadenti.
Per un problema di check-in online abbiamo rischiato di non poter alloggiare nonostante avessimo pagato in anticipo.
La colazione non era prevista e la camera non corrispondeva a quella nella foto.
Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cenare in struttura e prima di avere una risposta, che ovviamente è stata negativa, e’ passato un giorno .
I proprietari assenti per tutto il soggiorno e la mattina della partenza non si sono preoccupati minimamente di salutare.
Il prezzo pagato per la stanza è stato di gran lunga superiore a quello che la proprietaria ha indicato nel listino.
I purtroppo non consiglierei a nessuno questo hotel .
Davvero deludente.

BE CAREFUL: THE OWNER IS A THIEF. WE BOOKED PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE, AND ON THE DAY WE WERE TO LEAVE, WE ARRIVED AT THE AGREED TIME, AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE, NOR DID ANYONE SHOW UP. HE LEFT US WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION IN THE MIDDLE OF TUSCANY AND KEPT OUR MONEY.

Despite booking in advance on their website and receiving a confirmation email the day before it’s quite clear no one seemed to know we were coming. Us and another couple had booked the same Premium wine tasting tour. We waited outside the front gates which were locked for 20mims and another 30 mins inside the gates in our car. Eventually after calling the the number we had for them two young girls who were part of a school holiday programme there invited us inside. We were then shown around by one of the winery workers who’s been called up to come show us around. He spoke no English so the young girls came to translate. Not the fault of those called in to help but they had obviously not shown anyone around before and the tour was terrible. We learnt nothing. There were many confused and tense exchanges between the staff who were there to try to pull together something for us but they didn’t know what to do as this clearly wasn’t their normal role there. There was no explanation of the wine we tasted. We were left with the bottles in a tasting room and fended for ourselves. The only saving grace was that they left us to pour for ourselves and take some of the remaining wine home. Not exactly the Premium Wine tasting we paid for. Not the fault of the staff who were there who did their best. Disappointing that we’ve not had any sort of apology from management despite me writing to them afterwards. You get better free wine tasting in the small towns. Definitely not a Premium experience. We would have been better off buying a bottle and staying at home.
