Crystal Palace in Montecatini-Terme

I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels, but this one surprised me, and not in a good way. It was a complete disappointment. The elevator felt like it was about to give out at any given moment, and most of the time didn't even work. The WiFi in all the rooms was nonexistent, leaving me stranded in the lobby trying to catch a signal with awkward stares and silent cursing from the receptionist due to the automatic sliding doors opening and closing because you're sitting on a couch that's right besides the automatic doors. The sheets and pillow were dirty and smelled terrible, and the ancient blanket seemed like a relic from the 1800s. I had to resort to sleeping on my hoodie because of the pillow being disgusting. The towels were not changed and were dirty + smelled terrible as well. Almost everything inside was broken and you could barely fit inside the shower stall. Had you decided to take a shower, when you came out, the floor would turn into a lake and make you slip and bash your head into the shower stall. Don't get me even started on the hairdryer. It might as well have been decorative as it would've been faster had I blow dried my hair manually — as in with my own mouth. And the food initially looked delicious until you noticed all the hairs in it. I wouldn’t wish to stay at this hotel even upon my worst enemy. Leaving there was the only relief I felt during my stay.

Rooms were functional and tidy, but a strange noise from the pipes kept me awake. The food was extremely small in quantity, I would never suggest eating at this place.

Very bad hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and loose. For breakfast you get piece of bread and slice of ham. If you ask for more answer is sorry there isn't. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Bad hotel for me. In a triple room they provide us 3 folding beds and this is a 3 star hotel. What is Italian standard? No hot water on 25.07 - summer..... Bad hygiene in the bath.
