The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
I don’t even know where to begin — maybe with the fact that there isn’t enough hot water, or that at 6°C in the morning the heating doesn’t work at all! Their excuse was that “the season starts on October 15.” What kind of logic is that, when you can’t even provide your guests with basic comfort and warmth?!

The breakfast was just as terrible — cheap store-bought semi-prepared products, the same every morning: low-quality ham and cheese slices, dry bread, and tasteless croissants.

The staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming! Imagine being denied hot water for tea because “the coffee machine is only for breakfast,” even when you’re sick and need something warm for your throat.

A piece of advice for anyone visiting this lovely town: always check which hotel you’re staying in — and refuse to be accommodated here!
This owner doesn’t deserve guests, and this staff doesn’t deserve this kind of work.
I truly hope more people read this before booking!

It is very old, cold and dirty. Breakfast is terrible. I never recommend it.

This is a very basic hotel, or even bellow basic. The rooms are clean, and they change towels every day which is the only positive side. There isn't a mini fridge in the room, no hairdryer, there are some toiletries but too small. We only had breakfast, which is basic but we know that in Italy it is usually like that. But here you get even less. One morning at there was no bread, and the breakfast had just started, and when we complained they added one small basket with maybe 20 pieces of toast bread and that was it. It is the brad from the plastic bag, not fresh. There aren't any fresh rolls, but also packed ones, which are too sweet. Coffee machine doesn't work properly and all the voffe is sweetened,but you can buy espresso at the bar which is good. There was really heavy rain one evening and some people who had the room on the top floor had the leak from the he roof. So I really don't know how this hotel got 3 stars. They need serious renovation and a change in food they serve. The positive thing is the stuff at the reception who are very kind but that's it. You can also take the hairdryer from the reception but its outdated so it takes ages to dry your hair. The location is great, near the centre, but quiet in the evening.

The food was very disappointing with dirty cutlery provided during meals. We had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who entered our room multiple times, threatening to call the police, even though we were not being disruptive. Additionally, the location felt unsafe, as we witnessed altercations outside the hotel and experienced harassment from a group of individuals nearby.

Some rooms were old, the bathroom was all flooded because we didn’t have a proper shower. our window view had a balcony (that you couldn’t access) because we had bars on the window and also there was trash all over that balcony, in conclusion don’t go here. also our room smelled horribly

That’s the worst hotel that I have ever seen. Don’t. Just don’t.

Scary place. Like Addams family house, small dirty room, everything is from end of world war II, no improvements from 1945 (looks like that)..
Breakfast is also scary, only tomato olives cheese and boilde egs. For that price 70€ night single..you must be crazy to stay here.
