This morning, on a Sunday, went to the dining room at 9am. Closed! As we walked in, clearly observed a male just having taken a spoon full the fruit salad and placed the spoon back in the bowl. 🤢 The bowl was 2/3 full. Won’t eat there tomorrow in case the same big serving bowl comes topped up.

No decent towels, so thin just like a cotton sheet, no second pillow, very noisy street noise, one small soap for two people, no tissues

We stayed in this hotel as a group of 50 people and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel could certainly do with a bit of updating as it is quite old, but our room was clean, the staff were very friendly (except for one of the waitresses who should change jobs), and the others were very nice. And the food, Mama Mia!!! Very good food, we ate very well in the evening and once at lunchtime and everything was excellent! Lunch was quite light, not much choice. A second coffee machine would have been appreciated as it was a waste of time in the morning, especially when the bus is waiting for us for excursions. Hotel very well located in this very pleasant city center.

When I entered the room, I was horrified by the appearance of the room - the room is very old-fashioned, the furniture is like you came to your grandmother's house, it has nothing to do with aesthetics. The bathroom is also old, the only positive thing is that it has a window. The towels look more like rags than towels. A marble top on the bedside table. The TV is placed on the refrigerator. Breakfast is a symbolic snack - old pastries, some ham and cheese and a TRASH BINS ON THE TABLE! Basically, it is recommended to bypass this hotel unless you can't afford better.

Excellent structure, good food, bright spacious rooms, absolutely to be repeated, I highly recommend it, polite and friendly staff, abundant breakfast, good lunch, well heated rooms ideal for a peaceful and pleasant stay

It's a disgraceful hotel, instead of hand towels they give runners, instead of shower towels they give blankets, the beds are old, the sheets have not been changed, even though I said they had to sleep with the same sheets on the second night... All the employees at the hotel are on trips, it's like we're staying for free, everywhere is dirty, everything is old, I can't understand how this hotel got 4*, Jolly Tur, take care of this disgraceful hotel urgently.

This hotel is very elegant with lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious with more electrical plugs than usual, and have excellent lighting. Although the hotel appears to be an older hotel, everything is modern and accessible. The surroundings are quiet; the beds are comfortable; and the meals are exceptional.

A hotel form a nightmare. The duvets on the bed haven’t been washed minimum 30 years. All of the walls are black. The curtains have never been washed. The staff in the restaurant is terrible. They did not allow us in the group to eat the same thing as other guests in the hotel could. The breakfast is the same every morning. One sort of the lowest quality. Bad smell in the whole hotel. The doors of the balcony are old and you can’t sleep because of the noise on the street. We still feel pain in our backs because of the most uncomfortable “beds” in the rooms. The amount of food given to the guests for dinner is not enough for a newborn baby especially not a grown person. Horrible.

My second home!
Every summer I visit Montecatini Terme and every time I stay in this hotel. I could not imagine it any other way. The location is perfect in the main street. Everything is clean and very cosy and I feel just like home. The food is to die for and I look forward to it every year. Freshly done with delicious ingredients and lots of love! The hotel is family driven and "El maestro" Dario is the best host. All employees are very kind and helpful as well. Counting the days til the next visit here!
