It was correct but rooms aren’t very bright and clean. Hotel is pretty old. Service is average.

The room is decent, but not overly so. A few extra touches (especially in the bathroom) would make it a little more comfortable.

This hotel is very good. I think it is very cost-effective. I recommend staying here. I think the location is good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There are also many convenience stores nearby.

There is no hot water, they don't buy breakfast, they send you to a bakery and they give you very very little, like 5 euros.

The location is super! It is in between the tower and the city centre. You could enjoy a drink near the hotel as well.

Good morning, it does not have a buffet, they send you to a cafeteria and the breakfast is very poor from the beginning they had to change our room, the lock did not work after two days when the power went out at night, why do the differentials jump due to overload and nothing without load in the mobile, and you can't do anything, they have a receptionist with short hair and very thin with bad early in the morning in short I think there are better

I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that.
The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower.
I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.
